About this apartment rental

Fall in love with the unique design of this beautifully decorated oceanfront condo. This first-floor unit has gorgeous décor in every room as well as bright pops of color and designer furnishings. Aqua couches in the living room are accented with lime green touches and enormous windows and sliding door to the attached balcony. Pale aqua walls flow into the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters. An elegant master suite includes new laminate flooring, a bright blue accent wall and lime green headboard in addition to the private bathroom and balcony access. Each beautiful guest room features two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa is also available. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River, & Hot Tub - Kiddie Pool - Fitness Room - Sun Deck - Parking Garage MINIMAL CONTACT CHECK-IN On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you that your unit is ready for check-in. Simply walk up to our outdoor check-in location and we will hand you your packet and you will be on your way! No lines or waiting in a crowded lobby – this process is quick, easy and safe! ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. ______________________________ COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.
