We had an unusual experience and our host came through in a pinch! He was great to work with. The house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful neighborhood, so close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The kitchen was adequate to cook several meals also. It was a wonderful place to enjoy a special Senior Trip for my daughter, son and their friends!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for the second time, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities truly make this vacation home a standout choice for our group of 6 golfers.
The heated swimming pool was a highlight and the private fenced-in backyard with banana trees provided a tropical oasis. Entertainment options abound with a pool table (cue tips needs replacements), ping pong table, and a large screened-in Florida room, ensuring that there's always something fun to do.
The kitchen, although missing a few items such as a potato masher, was well-equipped with plenty of plates, cups and bowls and was a joy to cook in.
One aspect that truly sets this property apart is the exceptional communication by the host, Stephen. From the moment we inquired about the booking to our departure, Stephen was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. His dedication to hospitality is truly commendable.
The location of the property is also noteworthy, being just a mile from the beach and a short drive to Town Center Mall and Delray Beach. The proximity to various parks, and restaurants adds to the overall appeal.
Having stayed at this property for the second time, we eagerly look forward to more future stays. The consistent quality of the accommodations, combined with the warm hospitality of Stephen, makes this vacation home a top choice. Highly recommended!

We had a group of family in town for a memorial service. This place worked very well for us, as it had just the right number of bedrooms. We were out much of the time, but the kids did enjoy the pool one afternoon. The place was clean, and in generally good condition. The front door lock didn't seem to work quite right, but we mainly used the side door, anyway. All in all, I would recommend this place to a llarge group that needs a place to stay in Boca Raton.

Overall a good rental and priced appropriately.
Pros: The swimming pool was awesome-it was warm and we used it all hours of the day, large number of bedrooms and amount of space to spread out, beds were comfy and clean, plenty of beach and bath towels, excellent location and proximity to I95 and to beaches, great neighborhood, Steven was friendly and responsive.
Cons: The house appeared clean but shortly after arriving and for the remainder of our trip, our feet were black after walking around the house barefoot, the kitchen was missing quite a few things (we had purchased brownie mix and found that we had no means of cooking the brownies- nothing oven safe or measuring cups whatsoever), we ran out of toilet paper, found an outlet with no cover and a cabinet with no handle (easy fixes that should have been done), pool table was unusable. Rental overall reminded us of a house you'd rent in college with your buddies. However, we were traveling with 3 moms and 8 kids and didn't mind. It served our purpose and we had a great time at the home. The kids loved it.

House was built in the 50's and little updating, lights under microwave and over breakfast table needed bulbs, washing machine used hot water on cold setting and handyman moved hot water hose to cold spigot, no hot pads/dish cloths/ limited kitchen towels, no measuring cups or spoons, knife set not sharp, no Kleenex or paper towels, toilet paper was single ply, master bedroom bed frame creaked when sitting on it, springs squeaked when you moved on them and two people spent the night trying not to roll into each other, pool table cloth was torn, bumpers were hard as a rock and one of three pool sticks had a tip, one paddle and no balls for the ping pong table, grill grate were not cleaned, grease on bottom of grill started on fire when the juices dripped, no catch pan under the grill, and the hinge was broken on the grill lid, outside lights at entry did not work, no gutters on house so arrivals got "waterfalled" from the roof during the rain, junction of tile roof and patio roof leaked inside the patio during the rain right on top of the ping pong table, pool was good, Chattahoochee stones were unraveling from the pool deck, no lights for night cooking at grill by cabana, one garbage can was full on arrival and all three recycle bins were full, exterior of home could use a pressure wash and a coat of paint (many stains), back yard was large as advertised but family gathering was fun and successful.

Arrived to property in rundown low end neighborhood. house was not as pictures depict. There was discarded take out food packages behind a pillow in one of the beds. The screened porch with the game tables was filthy with floors coated with dirt. There were swarms of flies over the pool so badly we couldn’t go outside at pool area. There is no pool deck or seating area at pool anyway. It was. Heap and nasty and we left immediately and couldn’t stay.

Great for large groups!
The house was very big and had plenty of rooms for a large group. There was a pack n play as well as a small cot. The pool was wonderful as well as the ping pong and pool tables. Everything was very clean. Plenty of places to gather and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Holiday Getaway
This property is a fantastic place! Not only is it a great home, it was a perfect set up for our family. It is in a wonderful safe and clean neighborhood. It was very convenient to get to the beach, stores, movie theaters, etc. The house amenities, the pool, the pool and ping ping tables, the basketball standard, as well as the whole back yard area, were perfect for our group to have fun and enjoy our stay.

Comfortable, Clean, and a perfect base for time in Boca Raton
We had a great stay at this house and it made a perfect home base for our time in Boca. The house was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The pool was warm and we enjoyed sitting out and soaking in the Florida sun. The screened-in porch is a terrific space and we had fun playing ping pong & pool. While the tables aren't totally level, they were perfectly fine for our crew. There were plenty of beds/bedrooms as well as space for people to spread out. The kitchen worked well for cooking a few meals and the fridge seemed new.
We enjoyed walks on the nearby El Rio Rail Trail as well as taking in all the Christmas lights in the neighborhood (wow!). It is worth being aware that the house is close to the airport and there were a number of private jets and small planes flying overhead, but they only flew during the day and were only an occasional minor annoyance - definitely not enough to detract from the experience. Steve was a responsive host and overall, we'd strongly recommend this house and location.

Absolutely Perfect.
We were pleasantly surprised and had a great time. Steven was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. The house was freshly painted (just before we came) and had brand new appliances. It was extremely clean and it resembled a resort-like feel. I loved the pool and huge yard. Highly recommended.

The furniture around the house needs to be upgraded. The pillows in the living room are dirty.
The comforter and bed sheets are stained and dirty.
The table at the patio was broken. and all the wall around the house need to be painted.
The patio screen door is broken too.
Conclusion: the house needs to be repair as soon as possible.

Awesome Stay, Great Location
The house worked perfectly for our group of 11. Kitchen was fully stocked, pool was great, and everyone felt like they had enough space. We accessed the beach via the Spanish River Park several days and appreciated the short drive from the property. Overall this property provided a great home base for our group and made for an excellent trip.

Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious this house was. Plenty of beds, home away from home location. Would highly recommend to large group. Felt like we were in a safe neighborhood and great central location to different areas near Miami. Rooms were very clean as were the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool had safety enclosure which is helpful with smaller children. Highly recommend!

Burned out lightbulbs in the overhead lights in some of the bedrooms prohibited reading.The dishes in the cupboards often had dried particles of food. The house was in general disrepair. Some of the screens were torn, and a chair collapsed by the gazebo when my 5 year old girl sat down. Not even the interior light worked in the ancient refrigerator. Our first impression was the broken deadbolt in the front door. We requested a refund for the unused part of our stay, the owner stated that he would check the house out and let us know. That was the last we heard from him. Truly a disheartening experience in every respect.

Some what satisfied
Was not working the door code but side door was open so we made it in. Pool is very good but pooltable it not what is to be expected. Pictures in the website are mix with other rental. Our table was not working as table was not level and all balls goes around so don't think can be use. Beds, are very comfortable, we encounter issues with the fridge but maintenence guy was very helpful and ended fixing it. Very nice we use the grill and really have fun.. owner very pleasant to talk to and try to get accommodation as best possible. Just recommend to housekeeper to check that fridge is working for the next rentals as it is very important part of the house.they have everything to be able to cook so very well maintained. Thank you all for let us stay in your place and work hard to maintain the house the best you can..

The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 7 on our annual golfing vacation. Everything was provided and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was fantastic and was put to use almost everyday. The host was amazing and provided quick responses to our questions and made our stay a very enjoyable one.

Spacious and clean
This was a wonderful property to stay at with my family. We had 12 of us and we never felt cramped once. We were close to the ocean with nice beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The pool was great and we had so much fun!! I would stay here again with my family. Steven, the owner was very helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend this property. Sometimes when traveling from far you wonder how it will be renting a house not a hotel. Let me tell you this is the best way to go!!! Memorable holiday vacation
We had the most unbelievable time ! The house was clean and spacious. The manager was available for any issue big or small. The backyard was so large the kids enjoyed countless ball games. The pool was clean and heated. They had a brand new gazebo that we loved and really took advantage of. The house exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to stay there again!

I have been to many homes..this was the most pleasant person to deal with, and magnificent home yet!
The home itself is neat and new. I am definitely going to try and come back with my family. It has many rooms and everything one can use for a great family vacation or a quiet escape. The backyard is tremendous and private and well kept. Perfect for a ball game with the kids...with loads of beach chairs to relax and sun bathe. The pool is the perfect temperature and a great size as well, but gated/netted for the little ones protection. There is a perfect area with a pool table and ping pong table that has all the parts in an organized little corner. The bedrooms are not just neat, the linen is beautiful and extremely high quality quilts and pillows. Bathrooms are beautiful and jacuzzi works great! A definite winner of a rental. I would highly recommend for anyone taking a family vacation or just looking for a quiet beautiful place to unwind.

We were a group of eight women visiting a friend in Boca to play golf. The location of this property was perfect for us. Close to so many great restaurants and shopping. And in a nice quiet neighborhood setting. The pool looked very inviting but I must say none of us took a dip. The ping pong table and pool table also went unused by our group but it appeared that all the necessary equipment was there. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We couldn't figure out how to lock the front door (duh) and the property manager and owner were quick to respond and tell us how to work it. They also responded quickly to our question about the internet - like sometimes at home, it was simply a matter of unplugging and replugging the router and it worked fine to support the many different electronic devices being used by 8 women at one time! If you are going to dine in and are big into cooking, the only little thing is the cooking and eating utensils and glasses available in the kitchen. There aren't enough of either. Wasn't a huge deal for us as we ate out most meals and were happy drinking out of coffee cups (of which there were plenty). I would highly recommend this property for groups of friends or families!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and accommodated my party of 9 with room to spare. We were fortunate that the weather allowing us to make use of the outdoor pool which was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to return at a later date. Property manager came by to ensure that we had everything we needed and made himself available if needed. Great Stay - Great Vacation accommodations!!!!
