“The Comforts of Home.” This spacious and comfortably furnished condo suite in Delavan, WI is ready and waiting for you! This condo suite has a king size bed in a separate bedroom and also features a pull out sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Enjoy an evening on the (parking lot facing) walk-out patio or take in the panoramic Lake Views from the spacious front lobby’s seating area. The kitchenette features all of the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. Perfect for your relaxing, romantic getaway or a family weekend.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

The resort has great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, game room, fitness center, meeting rooms, and laundry facilities. Comfortable lobby features a panoramic view of Delavan Lake!
Sun by the crystal clear outdoor lakeside pool or relax in the shade. To end the day, take a soak in the indoor hot tub. Pool towels are provided at the front desk.
Then come inside to watch cable TV. Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the modern gas fireplace curled up with your favorite book.

*All boat slips are leased by condo unit owners and are not available to guests. Delavan Lake Resort does not provide docks, boat launches, or boat parking. Please call Delavan Community Park at (262) 740-2335 for information regarding the public boat launch.
*Each suite is individually owned and decorations and furnishings per unit may vary.
*TO CHECK-IN: Please go to the front desk of Delavan Lake Resort 4pm or later to register and receive your keys. Check out is at 11am.

PARKING POLICY
Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

This property has a lot going for it- great location by the water, indoor and outdoor pools are available, and a game room to keep young kids busy. The space is clean, except the carpet needs to be replaced. The dock and small beach are great for young kids. My 8 and 5 year old loved the pool, but I did speak to the front desk about the chlorine levels. My kids swam in the indoor pool and came out with red eyes and chlorine rash, which may have meant the pool needed to be shocked. The front desk was very kind and had said they had checked them a day before we came, and would check again. It was a busy summer weekend, so the pool probably got a lot of use, but just something to be aware of. All in all, it was nice place to relax and spend quality time together.

Needed a quick get away to celebrate boyfriend’s birthday. Property was clean, quiet and close to downtown lake Geneva. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks again. We will be back.

The resort itself was beautiful. The room was a little dated maybe but comfortable and clean. It has a large living area and we liked that. There was no coffee pot in the room when we arrived but the front desk supplied one for us right away. The biggest issue by far was that neither television was in working order. The living room one would stay on for a few minutes and then cut off or change channels randomly- very frustrating. We mentioned it on the way out and got a $25 refund for the trouble.
