About this house rental
This beautiful, lakefront home is located in a scenic quiet cove in a family friendly neighborhood. Relax in the new 40 ft. covered outdoor living space with ceiling fans, large round picnic table, gas grill, and sitting area to enjoy the view of the lake or on the spacious dock with a bar and four barstools. The living room and kitchen have a great lake view, with hardwood flooring, a fireplace and 55 inch Smart TV with Dish network. There is also a coffee bar featuring a Keurig Duo coffee maker for your enjoyment and free fi-wi. Three bedrooms with updated carpet and decor feature a flat screen TV and ceiling fan, and will accommodate 10 people. There is a King-size bed in the downstairs bedroom, two regular-size beds in one upstairs bedroom, and a regular-size bed and futon that converts to a full size bed with coil springs in the second upstairs bedroom, with additional room on the two sectional couch recliners in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, each with marble-top vanities and a tub/shower. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. A total of four parking spaces are available and are right in front of the property as well as one 20 x 10 foot boat slip at the dock. There is a great swim area for children and adults protected by the dock and walking bridge. NO PARTIES and NO PETS are allowed or you will lose your $400 deposit. The individual reserving must be at least 30 YEARS Old.

We were pleasantly surprisesd by the wonderful views, the large kitchen/island, and the spacious rooms. Entering and leaving driveways near the lake may challenge larger vehicles, but parking was spacious.

This house was perfect for our girls trip to the lake! Conveniently located within walking distance of 2 swim up bars, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxing. The house was plenty big for all 10 guests to sleep and hang out comfortably.

This property was perfect! We do an annual Mother Daughter weekend and this was our first stay at this house. We will stay again if they will have us. Great dock and deck, close enough to lots of fun activities. Everything we needed was available and Keith was very responsive and helpful!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, and would definitely do it again. The house is well appointed - everything you think you might need is there. There is great fishing from the dock, and the new deck is beautiful! The owner is the nicest person ever - so helpful!

Place was nice and cozy... weather was a little warm doing the day, but cooled off a little later on enough to hang outside on the large beautiful deck and just catch up and talk to each other with cocktails and and dinner cooked on the grill on the deck

Plenty of space for my husband and I along with our 5 adult kids to spread out and have great family fun. We spent hours swimming and fishing off the dock, and enjoyed meals and cocktail hour on the spacious, covered deck overlooking the water. We also appreciated being so close to dining, shopping and entertainment. Thumbs up all around!!

We stayed with a family of 7. Plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the coffee bar and the living room has a beautiful view of the water. It was close to the activities in town and the owner was easy to get ahold of when I had a check out question. Very kind to chat with as well. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

The home was just perfect for our family vacation. Close to everything and the property is well taken care of. The cove in which the home is located was perfect for swimming and fishing. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We couldn't ask for a better setup for our quick vacation down to the lake. Would definitely book again at this location.

A great house for a relaxing family vacation. The house has a variety of spots for enjoying the expansive lake view--large windows in the great room, the deck, as well as a screened-in sunroom. We also enjoyed swimming off the dock. Keith is great. We would definitely stay here again!

great location and overall stay at the lake
This property is located conveniently near Shady Gators, restaurants, shopping, and groceries. We brought over our pontoon boat. The kitchen was adaquatly equipped. It was very hot during our stay so we were pleased that the AC worked well. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend and stay again.

Great Location
Spent a long weekend on a guys trip to commemorate our 50th birthdays. The location was ideal for restaurant and entertainment options. The house worked perfect for us. The home was clean, plenty of cooking utensils, furniture/beds were very comfortable and the deck was great for enjoying the lake view. Bruce/owner was very welcoming and prompt with replies to early questions ref. the boat slip. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was great for my group. We were able to sleep 7 comfortably. We were within walking distance of a few bars and pools. The dock was a great place to hang out and soak in the sun. Keith was a great communicator and very hospitable. We would stay here again.

Extremely comfortable home with the best stocked kitchen on the lake! Anything and everything you could possibly need to accommodate your stay is at your fingertips. Owner made the check-in/check-out process extremely easy and was immediately responsive before and during stay, which was very much appreciated. Just a wonderful stay at this little gem of a place right on the lake. Can’t wait to come back again!
