雖然房間稍微老舊了點，但平日價格非常划算，而且乾淨整潔，接待也很親切，這樣的價格與服務對我們來說已經很滿意了，附近也非常好停車

舒適的住處，有小陽台和冷暖空調和電梯。

有小陽台，外面的景色非常美。衛浴是乾濕分離，但是水如果太大還是可能會流出來，原因可能是那間店蓮蓬頭剛好對著門，所以容易流出來。空調有冷氣也有暖氣非常舒適。有電梯，不需要擔心大包小包還要爬樓梯的問題。有高級的飲水機在一樓，在南部需要有飲水機可以環保地裝水。跟他們要多一個被子或是礦泉水也很願意提供，態度良好。有專門的停車場，可以在門口下行李後再開車去停車。位置也好找。整體房間的大小也非常剛好，提供兩種吹風機的使用，一個在浴室一個可以隨意找插頭即使用的吹風機。窗簾很遮光，但是可能需要用夾子再稍微別一下，讓光線可以完全不透出來。邊躺床上可以邊看電視還滿舒服的。 Wifi直接連結即可，非常方便。

一月前來，要注意風超級大，晚上的風尤其大，如果把窗戶關起來，可能會比較不會有風大的聲音。洗髮精洗起來會稍微澀一些，但沒有提供潤髮乳，因此有需要的話，可以自行記得攜帶喔！

浴室水壓大，冷熱水適中，沖澡舒服。

陽台風景很好…… 但陽台角落地板，目視看得到塵土、枯草，看起來很久沒掃了，所以我們隔著窗戶看風景，人沒出陽台使用。

1.視野很好，雖然不是海邊，但落地窗灑落的陽光，讓人一整個好心情耀動 2.平日CP高，2023/12不用900元台幣 3.房間坪數大，不擁擠，有沙發，桌子，化妝台 4.由於沒有浴缸，讓廁所可視感超大，淋浴空間也好 5.開車至恆春夜市不需要8分鐘，超近 6.外邊有7-11，走路等紅燈過馬路不用10分鐘 7.check in員工講解很仔細，加分 8.浴巾不足兩件，員工馬上補足放在櫃檯，很貼心，再加分

1.看起來是社區大樓改造成民宿，這種集合式住宅，樓上小孩跑步或是槌牆壁，共振噪音非常明顯...睡不好，跑跳碰到凌晨00：00完全睡不好，本來想反應，但櫃檯沒人，也不方便跟其他房客起爭執，這種噪音無解，只能祈求公德心跟當天住客品質了.. 2.浴室地磚非防滑材質，真的就是一般磁磚，落水容易滑倒除此以外，都蠻喜歡的。

非常舒適且有值回票價的感覺。

乾溼分離的浴室不錯、熱水夠熱、陽台望出去的方向很適合拍日出照、床鋪軟硬適中、WIFI穩定、大廳備有飲水機、電梯是透明門，感覺很有新穎，退房的時候，還有遇到可愛貓咪送行。

枕頭稍高且偏硬，電視頻道較少選擇，二館沒有一館的漂亮造景跟內部停車場，得停到不遠處的戶外停車場，稍嫌不足，但整體還是優點較多，房間的椅子有點搖晃。

Comfortable stay near Hengchun with great staff

Super friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. The room was comfortable and bright. The king size bed was spacious and comfortable.

Very good

The room is clean and big with balcony, and the view from the balcony is great. A good choice for the value of the money paid. The location is a little outside the town area but easily reachable if you are travelling on a bike or other means of transportation.

The counter was not staffed at all times, but they did have phone numbers provided at the counter in case we need anything.

The room rate is fare.

I don't like the staff keep calling me to ask me I need to check in before 21:30. Because they are out of duty at 21:30. If they can't wait for guests to come 10min late, they should not accept booking. It is supposed to be written on the booking detail.

Be careful

Location

There were drunk people shouting and beating kids and a woman in the mid night. One of them was a woman who seemed beatean crying loudly. It really terrified us, so we couldn't fall asleep.
