Corazón de Cortez is located in the exclusive community of Costa Diamante, on Sandy Beach. The community offers a pool, hot tub, 24-hour security, direct private beach access, spectacular views, and unparalleled tranquility.
The home is updated and beautifully furnished. Dramatic boveda ceilings and amenities throughout will provide you with endless comfort. Corazón de Cortez (with the add-on optional casita with an additional fee) is for 12 people MAX. It comfortably sleeps all guests in beds (unlike other rentals that depend on pull-out sofas and cots to meet guest numbers).
Bedrooms #1 and #2 are two equally wonderful primary suites with king-sized beds and private bathrooms.
Bedrooms #3 and #4 are connected, share a bathroom, and are separated by only a privacy curtain. Bedroon #3 is a "bunk room" with a queen bed, twin bed, and two upper twin bunks. Bedroon #4, the "round room," is a sweet circular room with a comfy queen sized bed.
The Casita (bedroom #5) is INCLUDED in the calculated cost of any rental for 10 people or more. It is essential that your guest count when booking is accurate. Above nine (9) people, there is an additional $50 per person, per night fee, but the rental will then include the casita extra bedroom. The casita is an additional suite with a king bed and private bath attached to the main house with a separate entrance. It is very quiet and private.
If your group is smaller than 10 people, you can add the extra bedroom for $100 per night. For example, multiple adults with children will often rent the Casita so that each adult / couple will have an equally wonderful suite. While there are plenty of beds for 10 people in the house, even 5 individual adults have rented the castia so each person has a private room...no need to draw straws! To include the Casita with a group smaller than 10 people, just let us know and we will send you an additioanl payment request for the extra bedroom at $100 per night.
Unlike other private home developments, Sandy Beach offers easy access to amenities such as restaurants, bars, beach activities (banana boats, jet skis, etc) within walking distance or an easy drive. Do not underestimate the value of being close to “town” while still enjoying the peace and solitude of a quiet, safe, gated neighborhood.
Costa Diamante is suggested for families, adult getaways, and quiet group celebrations. A well-trained pet is even welcome on a case by case basis! This property is NOT recommended for young spring break crowds, loud parties, smokers, or groups larger than 12 people (any age, NO exceptions). No guests / friends may enter the neighborhood. No laundry facilities or garage spaces are provided. No trailers are allowed in the neighborhood. The HOA rules are strict and renters agree to abide by all HOA regulations as well as local laws. No illegal behavior or breaking of HOA rules will be tolerated and will end your stay with NO refund.
If you are looking for a loud party atmosphere, this home is NOT for you. If you are looking for a family friendly, quiet neighborhood as close to the beach as you can get - then you have found your home!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible rental in Rocky Point, and our experience was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived we were thrilled by the prime location, thoughtful amenities, and the warm hospitality extended to us from both the property manager and the owner. The location was a dream come true. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and we appreciated the convenience of being so close to the beach - it was steps away from the house! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals for a group and the spacious living area allowed for everyone to have their own space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the entire house was impeccably clean. The property manager was incredibly responsive, ensuring our questions were addressed promptly. What truly set this rental apart was the owner’s exceptional commitment to making our experience a positive one. From very detailed directions, personalized recommendations for local attractions, to going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, the owner’s hospitality is second to none. Our group is already counting the days until we can return. We continue to book this beautiful beach home year in and year out for my family’s annual Rocky Point vacation. There are 10 of us, 2 being minors and there is plenty of space for all of us. Besides the ideal location, what we love about the property is that it feels like a “home” since it is frequently utilized by the property owners, unlike other properties that you can are strictly rental/investment properties. So there are plenty of personal touches that we appreciate throughout the home. Our only small critique of the home is that the central air doesn’t reach the bunk bed or round room as much as one may want in the hot summer months, albeit there are plenty of fans provided for guest use. We highly recommend this property and we’ll happily continue to book here down the road!

The house was easy to find and large enough for 11 family members to stay comfortably. It was farther from the beach then I expected but the owners had a nice cart and ice chest with big wheels that were very helpful for getting our stuff back and forth to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, but we could have used a larger frying pan and cooking pot. I suggest that you bring extra kitchen garbage bags as there were no extras provided. It’s a beautiful home but it is showing signs of wear and tear and the many throw rugs could use cleaning. We felt very safe behind two separate security gates, but the houses are very close together, so you don’t get much privacy as lots of folks were using the walking path behind the house that looks right into the backyard. The casita was a very nice extra. All in all I would recommend the house and I would definitely stay again.

There were 8 adults that stayed in this wonderful home. It was very comfortable. You are close to the ocean and the community pool. The home had plenty dishes, pans, silverware and water available for the house. We fixed a few dinners and had everything we needed. I suggest buying the large shrimp in town and cooking them on the grill. I would recommend you consider this home when staying in Rocky Point.

We rented this spacious home for a family trip. It is just as pictured with a large fenced courtyard around the home. There are plenty of supplies for cooking, and the children enjoyed cartoons on the TV. Please note that guests are not allowed onto the property. Only your party will be allowed in. This assures the safety of the property. Our two small dogs loved discovering the walks to the beach.

There were six of us, all adults, and one chocolate lab 🐕. We were very comfortable and relaxed in this home. Plenty of room and privacy as well as wonderful access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My family and I celebrated our mother's birthday. The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic! Words cannot describe how amazing everything was. All I can say is that we are so thankful and happy to have had the opportunity to stay at this property. We made so many memories and will definitely be coming back again soon!

We loved staying the this beautiful home, near the beach! It had everything we needed and communicating with Noe and the owners was easy. We felt safe in the neighborhood with gated entry and guards. We were Close to restaurants and shopping. But the peaceful sandy beach was heavenly. And to be able to stay in such a luxurious home was the the icing on the cake! Thank you so much for having us!

My family really enjoyed the house and the big backyard. We wished we had more time to hangout back there. The property manager Noe met us at the house for check in. He walked me through the property and showed me where everything was and how to work things. Which doesn't usually happen but I appreciated that he did. He responded quickly when I needed him.
The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The house was big enough for our group of 9 and pretty close to the beach. It's maybe a 2 minute walk down the pathway. And the swimming pool was about a 2 minute walk the other way. So the house is in a perfect location. We couldn't find the park. But also didn't ask anyone where it was. We played games in the backyard. Some I brought. Others provided by the owners. They really thought of everything when equipping the house. The property is in a double gated community so it's very safe. We had no issues. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is easily our "go-to" home for Rocky Point!
This is the 3rd time staying at this property because, well, WE LOVE IT. First off this is a true "home" as it is utilize by the owners often so it gives that homely feel and is jammed packed with those personal touches that you don't get when staying somewhere that is strictly used for rental purposes. Also lots of games, available bluetooth speakers, device chargers... the property overall is VERY accommodating, as are the owners. We were very pleased to find that there is now a beach cart available for our use (along with Kayaks, beach chairs and sand toys for the little kiddos). The beach cart made moving our items back and forth from the beach much easier than in past visits. Thank you VanPeenan and Goldfinger family for continuing to open up your lovely home for others to enjoy. We will be back no doubt! Cheers!

Great Long Weekend End of School Trip
We all had an amazing stay. The home was wonderful and had everything you needed including water provided, gifts, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc... The beds were comfortable, lots seating in the living room space with soft blankets for all. The kitchen had everything you would need and more. We love this neighborhood and this is our favertate home yet!
