My dream can be your dream now! I purchased this very private unit in an exclusive gate-guarded community. The unit has been refitted with new furniture, appliances, artwork, bedding, and linens. This is a jewel of a ski retreat. The Arrowhead Ski Lift is literally 100 steps away and yet because of my unique location it is extremely private. From Arrowhead you are able to ski the entire Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch resort. After skiing you can choose to relax in our year-round pool or hot tub. Or if you prefer use your own private jetted tub. I'm an amateur chefs and a former restauranteur so the kitchen is fully stocked. Full size washing machine and dryer! But let's be honest, one of the real reasons I love this area is the food. There are numerous fabulous restaurants literally minutes away. The fantastic Vista restaurant is just across the street. Year around you can enjoy the valley and all it has to offer. How lucky can you be??!! Mountain biking, road biking, skiing, hiking, fine dining, and shopping! All at your fingertips. I have travelled the world and I kept coming back for a reason. And I haven't even mentioned the people here, friendliest on earth. UPDATE: Remodeled with hardwood floors and ceiling lights. New kitchen countertops installed. Both bathrooms new flooring, countertops and sinks. You will be spoiled! ***Please note: There is a refundable cancellation policy. This was our first time in Beaver Creek, and we were thrilled to find this condo as our home base. It is 350 feet to the slopes, and the place to rent skis and get lift tickets is right there at slopes. Perfect location!! There cherry on top was that Shawnee was such a kind and helpful host. She was proactive in texting me about the road conditions the day we flew in. You never know what you will get with individual rentals, but this condo was stocked with lots of helpful amenities and details! Aveda hair products, coffee and tea, even a stash of hot hands! They even provided some bubbling water and Prosecco as a welcome gift. I am telling all my friends because this was truly a great experience in every way.

Curl up next to the fire and listen to the babbling brook outside after a nice long day skiing. Great location, 5 min walk to the lifts, well appointed kitchen, plus in unit washer and dryer. Had a terrific stay!

Arrowhead is a wonderful place to stay. Everything is beautiful and convenient. Shawnee's place is right in the heart of the condo complex only steps to the pool and ski lift. We hiked and biked right out of the condo. Her condo had everything we needed, including a garage parking spot, huge washer and dryer, comfy beds and a fully quipped kitchen. We loved hearing the sound of the creek just outside the windows.
Shawnee was very attentive to us during our stay and sent all pertinent information before and during our stay. We look forward to staying with her again!!

This is a great property. The rear entrance to the building leads right to the base of the mountain for your outdoor activities. Our two dogs appreciated that convenience! The condo itself is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to relax and enjoy being at a home away from home. There is a great deck that overlooks a creek that we enjoyed every evening sipping our wine and listening to the birds. Checkin was easy. Shawnee was very helpful and quickly responded when I had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and hope to be able to come back soon.

This was our first time to Arrowhead and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations at Spruce Tree. Shawnee was super friendly and incredibly responsive. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve had on any vacation - and we travel frequently. We will be back for sure.

Great place to stay for 2 couples with the right privacy and common living room and kitchen. Our host was very kind and responsive and the location was great (about 30 yards and a few stairs from the ski lift.. We have been visiting Edwards, Avon and Vail many times and we will return. Overall a great trip.

My family and I had a great time skiing Beaver Creek from the condo. Well stocked kitchen, big outdoor pool that the kids really enjoyed, truly ski in and ski out

This property was in a perfect location. Just steps from the lift, pool and hot tub. Well appointed 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Washer and dryer in the unit was also an added benefit. The owner was great and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a great place to stay for ski in ski out this is the place.

Lovely 2 bedroom condo. We used the second bedroom for our grandson to spend each night with us. That was very special as we see him about every 3 months. Condo in very walkable at base of mountains. It is very well equipped with spices and cooking utensils. Also very close to restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book it

We had the best experience of any of the guests at the wedding! The place was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in Arrowhead. Communication was clear and helpful. We will 100% stay here again and recommended to others already!

Everything we wanted...
Have stayed in Arrowhead lots and lots and always love it. Shawnee was very easy to deal with, immediate responses to a few questions that arose during our stay and couldn't have been nicer. Will absolutely go back... already looking at the calendar!

Amazing Vacation
Perfect location, just steps away from the ski lift and the pool and hot tub were even closer. Both bedrooms were very good size with extra closet space and each their own bathroom. The kitchen and amenities within the unit were very clean. Looking forward to another stay hopefully really soon!

The location was great, just a few steps to the lift. The condo was clean, comfortable and very nice. The check in process and communication was flawless.

Condo is great, but I am not a fan
of Arrowhead. Due to lack of snow and staffing issues, Arrowhead's lift and trails never opened, so we had to drive or shuttle to ski. Since the lifts weren't open, the bars and restaurants were not open. Could have stayed off mountain for a lot less. But the condo is perfect, if Arrowhead is open.

Luxury Mountain Escape
Shawnee's home is exquisite! It is located in a quiet, private area, while maintaining easy access to the Arrowhead ski area. The home has comfortable beds, chic alpine decor, and the kitchen is well stocked from wine glasses to cutlery, which I mention as many rentals have the bare minimum in the kitchen, but not this home--it was a chef's delight. The garage parking was safe and convenient. All in all the home is a 10 out of 10! We will 100% return to this home as it made our vacation perfect. Thanks, Shawnee for the lovely hospitality.

Our pre-Thanksgiving stay
It was a very lovely home in a beautiful area! Chatting with neighbors along our walks we could clearly see why people would want to live there! It was a wonderful experience, prompting us to plan our next trip there!

Paradise in the hills...
What an amazing property and best of all it was at the beginning of “mud season” so we had everything to ourselves. If you are looking for a private getaway with the feeling of staying at a five star resort without the price tag, this is your place. Comfy beds, open floor plan, wonderful view, stream flowing below the 2nd floor deck, and private underground parking makes this a 5 out of 5 condo. Can’t say enough great things about our host Shawnee and her attention to every detail. From providing us the digital door code, answering some last minute questions and allowing us to check out a few minutes past our scheduled departure, Shawnee puts her guests needs first. Hope to visit again soon!!!
