We had a great time staying here with our three kids. They loved waking up and looking at the ocean every day! The view of the beach and diamond head were both great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the parking was an added bonus. We can't wait to return!

The property was very well maintained with exceptional views of the ocean and Diamond Head. The property is within walking distance to everything Oahu has to offer. Tom inquired that we made it to the property and was quick to reply to questions throughout the stay. When our departute flight was delayed, Tom offered additional time to check out. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for anyone that is seeking adventure and relaxation along with a property owner that genuinely cares and appreciates tenants.

Often when you stay in a Condo, you get a great ocean view or a view of the condo building next door. However, this view is exceptional. Waking up to get a panoramic view of Diamond Head, no obstructions. A frequent traveler to Hawaii with family; pool was kid friendly (2-foot depth), close to beach, zoo, Waikiki strip. Everything in the unit was clean and appropriate: Kitchen, Bathroom, TV, Wifi. Most important was parking was free, available and easy. Nice touch was included: coffee, beach towels and chairs. Great experience for Hawaiian visit. Thank you, Tom.

The location of this property is ideal; close to many of the restaurants and beaches. There was sufficient space for our family, and we enjoyed having the full kitchen. Although the rooms were clean, other parts of the apartment were less clean (bathroom, rugs). The towels also had a strong smell of mold. Having free parking was quite nice! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as expected, comfortable, everything we needed. The owner was remarkable responsive. A coffee carafe cracked, a replaced appeared within hours. It was so good to be in a condo in a good location with a great view.

We selected this VRBO for our first family vacation in Oahu, Hawaii. It is perfectly located, close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. This VRBO made our stay memorable and enjoyable! We were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was our first real vacation in 4 years and I have to say - I LOVED being here on vacation. The location really is fabulous. Just a block away from Waikiki so you're out of the gobs of people on the main strip, but close enough to pop over to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm a runner and was super happy to discover that you can run/walk along the beach for quite a ways without having to cross any streets. This was a definite plus in my book. The condo really does have everything we could have needed. It was well stocked. We were happy to find and use the beach chairs and even a little ice chest that we were able to use for a day out. Parking was fine, but a tip is to plan to leave 5-10 minutes before you would normally leave. Being on the 35th floor can take a while in getting up and down the elevator. It can also take a few minutes to get out of the parking gate with the attendant checking your pass. My biggest negative on this experience is that the building doesn't have recycling. I don't know how that is possible, especially when they have a display on the lobby monitor about making Hawaii more eco-friendly and promoting recycling. PLEASE convince your building management to join the 21st century and start recycling. Aside from this, we loved this place!

The apartment was great! Use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler was very helpful and appreciated. Use of the parking pass was convenient and saved quite a bit of money. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked a lot and there wasn’t anywhere to put dry goods so we left them on the island and that worked out well. The location was great; 2 blocks to Waikiki beach and many eateries. The elevators have no air and became stuffy but nothing the condo owners can do about that. Great hosts!! We would stay again for sure!

The apartment is very centrally located, just a few minutes walk from Kalakaua Ave. and Kuhio Beach. The contact with Tom Link was always very friendly and fast. Two weeks before arrival we received detailed information so that no questions remained unanswered. Parking and wifi were included and worked smoothly. A late departure was also free of charge. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with enough storage space, comfortable beds and a fantastic view of Kuhio Beach. In addition, a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. On the whole, everything was clean and in very good condition. The amenities also include a sufficient number of towels for the apartment and the beach, a laundry basket and basic cleaning supplies. The coin-operated washer/dryer is located right next to the apartment. The beach equipment that was available to us was also great. Four comfortable, easy to carry beach chairs, two umbrellas, a small cooler.... The only drawback was the bathroom. It showed very obvious signs of wear, especially in the shower with mold on the grout lines, slippery tub floor and a loose mixer faucet. The blinds on the bathroom window and electrical outlets did not work. These things should be repaired in the near future. We enjoyed our three week stay very much and would book the apartment again at any time. A 100% recommendation to any traveller!

The attention to the extras were very much appreciated! The beach chairs and umbrella were like new and so appreciated. The cooler was great, as well. Extras in the kitchen were things like chip clips, Saran Wrap, paper towels, food storage containers, even laundry detergent! The attention to this kind of stuff matters to me! We also stayed at another rental on a different island that had NONE of this! I don’t know what kind of mattresses they were but they were so incredibly comfortable; even my husband who is a mattress snob enjoyed restful sleep each night. The location was great for us; close to the beach but not in the middle of the chaos! We walked to the beach with all our gear and it only took 3 minutes to get there. Loved the views of Diamond Head as well as the beach/ocean. Absolutely loved that we didn’t have to pay extra for parking. Check around before you reserve your condo or hotel because that is very rare! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and up to date. And, we NEVER heard any of the neighbors at all! Crazy that you can hear the roosters when you are up on the 35th floor but I’d rather hear them then people talking, watching TV or doors slamming! GREAT STAY. GREAT OWNERS. GREAT LOCATION. GREAT CONDO! Thank you!

Property and management were wonderful. The only drawback was that the bathroom was very small. Other than that it was a great place to stay for a week.

Along with the GREAT views from this 35th floor 2 bdrm Waikiki condo, we enjoyed being on the eastern periphery of the Waikiki action (near the Zoo). Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and coffee! Host Tom was very cordial & quick to respond. Mahalo!

We enjoyed staying at this place. It was a little crowded for six of us, but overall it worked for us.

The condo was just off Waikiki beach and totally walkable with kids and was perfect for us. The views are amazing! It was a convenient place for our family and we enjoyed our 7 day stay and will return again. Tom was great and we never had issues with the condo or the host so this makes this a thumbs up review for us.

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. This gorgeous apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-stocked with amenities such as beach towels (all very much appreciated). The location was ideal for our needs, communications with Tom beforehand were excellent, and once there, we never had any trouble reaching Lani, who was invariably friendly and helpful. It was an absolute delight to stay here. We can't recommend the property, or the people, highly enough!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location can't be beat! Everything was comfortable and loved sitting on the lanai everyday for breakfast and after dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Waikiki Sunset. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the condo overall was updated. Views from the balcony and bedrooms were amazing! Location was also great! We could easily walk to the beach, resturants and to town. Communication with Tom was excellent. We would definetely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Tom & Lani were super delightful and very responsive to any of my questions/concerns. They are very conscientious, which I really appreciated! The condo's view is truly amazing - being able to see both morning sunrises AND sunsets was thrilling! The location, on the edge of Waikiki, was very convenient - close to the tourist madness but away from having to live in the thick of the noise & bustle! I also really really enjoyed the convenience of not having to carry a key to access the room - it was one less thing to worry about! I also really appreciated having the convenience of right-next-door laundry facilities & garbage disposal. And parking onsite was super easy - wow! I highly recommend this particular unit as well as any accommodation that Tom and/or Lani rent, as they are easy-to-work-with and very trustworthy -in addition to being extremely efficient! Yay! I really felt in good hands with them. THANKS to both of them! If you choose to stay here, you'll love it! I can't wait to go back!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was perfect for what we needed travelling with two boys 9 and 12. Tom made check in extremely easy for us. We walked in and were taken back by the cleanliness and amazing views out the ceiling to floor windows. Diamond head out the living room room window and beautiful ocean and sunset views out both bedrooms. The place was well stocked with all the little things you need like paper towels, soaps in the shower and bathroom and kitchen, garbage bags, salt n pepper and spices, great wifi, ice machine in the freezer, beach chairs, boogie boards, lots of beach and shower towels, and Laundry In the room right next door. It even had coffee and creamers but we opted to use our own kona brand. There has definitely been a lot of thought into supplying the condo with the little basics people need which made all the difference. There’s a convenient store on the 5th floor that had a great variety of everything. The location was great with only a 3 block walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and lots of surrounding restaurants. There were two other families we knew here who paid around the same price as us and our experience was definitely better than theirs. Thank you Tom for making this such a memorable trip! Blaine

We were very pleased with our accommodations. What an incredible view! It actually looked like a postcard picture of Diamond Head. This condo is in a great location. It was clean, beautifully appointed and convenient to so many dining, shopping, and entertainment options. I look forward to staying here again on my next Waikiki visit.

This place is sparkling clean, Comfy beds and a spectacular ocean and Diamondhead views. It's only one block from beautiful Waikiki beaches. Tom and Lani were excellent hosts. Will defiantly stay here again.

My husband, son, and I stayed at this condo for our family vacation. We absolutely loved it. Beautiful view, nice and cleanly.. Effective management for any questions and concerns we had.. It’s so much better staying at a condo vs. a hotel and we will definitely be staying at this condo again.

This condo is exceptional. The views from every room are breath taking the beds are to die for. Everything was just great. Hope to be lucky enough to stay at this place again.

Great spot, beaut views, very helpful owner. One beach chair short but sorted immediately by Lani. Very noisey plumbing but still worked ok. Huge fridge very helpful. Beds were both very comfy as were pillows, well recommend this condo.

Aloha, We spent 8 nights in total in an amazing apartment. It was easy to get to, within a short walk to the beach and all the Restaurants and shopping. I cannot express how comfortable and immaculate the owners made us feel, with more than enough of your everyday necessities. Communication with the owners was absolutely wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay their again and also refer them to family and friends visiting Waikiki..... mahalo nui loa

We really enjoyed our stay, at the Wailea Grand Champions Villas. We immediately felt at home, in this beautifully appointed condominium complex. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with gorgeous flowering plants, native to the area. Our day typically started with morning coffee on the Lanai, which was a great way to start the day, considering the beautiful views of garden and sea, coupled with a background serenade from local resident birdlife. Recent upgrades, including new carpeting and window coverings, make this property shine. We enjoyed use of the full kitchen, and were pleased to find a Safeway a short distance away. The unit is very spacious, with multiple sitting areas to relax in, following busy days of excursion. The units air conditioning functioned well, and provided for a comfortable night’s sleep. We also made use of the closely located swimming pool, for an afternoon dip, one warm evening. We found the location, just up the street from The Shops at Wailea, made for convenient access to some of the area’s best tourist attractions. Be sure to catch a free Polynesian dance show, at The Shops, for an entertaining display of local dance. Numerous resteraunts are also within a short drive, making sampling of the native foods and recipes easily accessible. The marine life is prevalent in the numerous accessible coves along the local coastline, and we also were able to catch a snorkel tour to Molokini from the closely located Pacific Whale Foundation. The management of this rental accommodated all of our expectations, and ensured our comforts were being fully satisfied during our stay. I highly recommend this property, for a visit to beautiful Wailea, Maui!

Just returned after spending a week at this beautiful condo. Tom was a fantastic property owner and was a great communicator before and during our stay. The condo was immaculately clean, AC worked perfect, beds were comfy and the views were as splendid as in the photos. The kids loved the outdoor pool and the 5 minute walk down to Waikiki Beach. We paid for a parking pass at the condo which was only $10 a day and totally worth the convenience. If we ever travel half way around the world again to visit Honolulu, Tom’s condo would be our first choice. Mahalo!
