Very peaceful setting and only a few steps to the water. Sleeps 6 in bedrooms with more space available in the rec room for additional mattresses, (provided). Home has great kitchen and appliances. Also includes washer and dryer, gas BBQ grill on the rear deck. Sun deck in front with a view of the bay. Row boats and life vests. Swimming raft. Crabbing and fishing right out front, mooring buoy in the water.
Large screen TV for your evening leisure time. Wi Fi, Netflix, DVD player, Xbox.

The home and the host were amazing!!
The home was everything that was describe, it was extremally clean and large. The host and hostess have everything a family would need for cooking and having fun on the water! If we were ever needing a place to stay in the area John and Shala's home will be our first choice!

Great stay at McKee’s beach
Our stay was very, very nice! Attended our son’s wedding and the birth of our grand daughter. The house was excellent and the host was very responsive!

Relaxation with a water view
The property was perfect for a family of four, particularly with a teenager that prefers her own space. She took over the lower level of the house except for when she was doing homework at the kitchen table.
The house was well stocked. Beach access was super easy and it was fun to walk and kayak. I really appreciated having the kayaks available to use.
The owner was also extremely responsive and helpful with requests. We would definitely stay at this property again and recommend to others.

This place is A+ and John was great. It was very well appointed and the access to various activities (kayaking, crabbing, hiking, etc) was almost incomparable.
Views - A+ too. Spectacular.
The neighborhood couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and nice and quiet as we were there to relax and rest.
There is a high likelihood that if/ when we travel back to the pacific NW, this will be our first, second, and third option.

Our group of 7, ages 5 to 85, had a great 4-night stay at McKees Beach House. The upstairs was spacious enough that we could all enjoy cooking, eating, talking, watching movies and doing puzzles together (this was the tail of the pandemic, so we were just so happy to be together!) Our family with 2 kids took the lower level, which gave everyone some privacy as well. We walked and rowed to nearby Kayak Point Park, watched movies and played games, and cooked a lot of good meals. I really appreciated the extra mattresses, movies, pots, dishes, supplies like oil and sugar and tea -- it was perfect!

Wonderful home & neighborhood
The worst thing that happened was a TV remote ran out of batteries and they didn't have a carrot peeler. I can't even say that was frustrating in the moment. This home and neighborhood were comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and fun for my family. We stayed for two weeks and would happily stay again. The beach was wonderful and the house was fully stocked and furnished with VRBO standard items. This property deserves its 5 star rating!

Smooth sailing! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we might need for 4 adults and 4 young kids. John was a helpful host. The neighbors were friendly. The beach was steps away and when it was too cold and rainy we watched through the window. Everyone was sad to leave!

Gorgeous view, comfy beds, private beach access across the street
Completely enjoyed our time at McKees beach. During sun breaks we played in the little park, walked the beach at low tide, and ate meals on the deck looking out over the water. When the winds and rains came we were cozy in the house and watched the stormy waves from the windows. Super quiet and restful. Owner John made check in and check out easy and answered all questions promptly. We are already planning our next visit!

Awesome home away from home
This place was perfect for our yearly getaway. Two families of four. We always look for something with water/beach access and John’s house fit the bill.
Very clean, all the amenities we could need like coffee, WiFi, grill. The community is tight knit and supportive. The kids enjoyed the play area nearby. Even with the smoke, we enjoyed moments outdoors.

Amazing stay on McKees Beach!
Our family had a wonderful time here on McKees Beach! Our kids (ages 15, 13, and 10) absolutely LOVED it here. The private beach access was amazing. I can't say enough good about this property and would definitely stay here again.

McKees Beachhouse
We had an amazing time staying at the McKees beach house. It was clean and comfortable. Nicer than pictures portray. They have everything you need and available for use including full kitchen, bedding, beach toys/equipment, and lots of extras. We used rowboat, crabpots, and other beach items. Cooked up a feast of crabs for our dinner. Our group's age range was 11-79 years old, house friendly to both young and elder. It felt like it could be our home away from home which was really nice.

Perfect vacation
We drove all the way from Iowa not knowing anything about the area. The house ended up being perfect. My kids loved it and the homeowners had it stocked with everything you could think of. The neighbors were also super friendly and my kids fell in love with the neighborhood dog. It was a perfect way to spend a few days before driving back home. Thank you!
