Great location. Owners were very friendly and very responsive. The house was just the right size for our family of 5. The pool was perfectly refreshing and clean. Very nice stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Location is great. 12 min drive to Siesta Key Beach and Village. Lots of free parking at the beach with multiple access points. House is just a couple of minutes to Publix and other shopping and restaurants.
House is cozy. Ideal for families up to 6 people. Kitchen is outdated but fully functional and does have newer appliances. House was clean upon arrival. Only 1 TV which was fine for us but if you like to watch TV in bed at night there are no TVs in the bedrooms. Master shower had fantastic water pressure but the sink did not.
Pool was fantastic. Neighborhood is quiet. Host was very responsive.

We had a great stay at this lovely house. The location and outdoor space were the best part. Only one TV with no cable, only Roku. The owner was very accommodating, which was appreciated.

Place was clean, easy to locate and close to venues. Pool was excellent and used the nice pool area couch to get some great, quiet, bird singing naps! Watched the Super Bowl on a large, easy to use TV. WE will be back

The pool and the pool sitting Area are the house’s biggest strength but there are some minor problems with the kitchen and the washing machine but it still works fine just not the best.also it would be great if a good grill was added to the house.

This wonderful property gives the feeling of being at your own private resort. It was so easy to enjoy the outdoors, with the heated pool and surrounding patio with recliners so nice to transition to the covered patio area with the dining table and comfy sofa, style seating. The home is lovely with open style kitchen.

A lot disappointments with cleanness of the kitchen pool laundry room. And as a cherry on the top huge jumbo cockroach in the kitchen with moving legs at the last morning. Will not recommend this house

The property was OK but the information upon arrival was incomplete and the response from the owner required a call to VRBO.It all worked out well but was disconcerting at the time.

Family beach 🏖 vacation
This house is so much better than the listing describes! There is so much floor space! There are 8 of us, including our six kids ages 11-21. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool is AWESOME! The patio furniture is covered and so comfy!
Beds comfy. You couldn’t ask for more! The property manager is a delight as well.

Fantastic stay near Siesta Key
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated 6 adults comfortably, one senior with a walker got around with ease. The house was clean and had great amenities, and felt like home for our stay. We enjoyed the salt water pool daily. Location is perfect and close to so many shops, restaurants and the best beach in USA. Evona was quick to respond and address any questions.

Nice property, great value for the money.
The pool had a lot of debris in it when we arrived, and I have seen this stated in previous reviews. Other than having to spend a couple hours with the net, it was a great experience! Very close to a ton of cool beaches and the Sarasota airport!

Great spot
Came down here for a few days in between another property to be shared with my in laws. I worked here all week and had great internet, Plenty of places to work, and a beautiful view of the poool all day. Pool was heated nicely and the property manager was very easy to talk with.

Great stay
This house was perfect for my family of 6. They had beach items for you to use. I know being on vacation you don’t need a tv, but I do wish there was a tv in more than just the living room. It would be nice if they added a mirror in some of the bedrooms. With such a big family it would make getting ready for everyone easier. The heated pool was amazing and the patio furniture was nice to use in that area for just hanging out without swimming.

Our 4 night stay in Sarasota
We came to Sarasota primarily to go to see the art museum at the Ringling. It is amazing. We got the added benefit of being close to Walt's Seafood and ate there everyday. This propery is in a nice neighborhood and is close to a lot of convenient shopping. It is also close to a lot of attractions. The heated pool was super nice. The house was clean and well furnished. We totally enjoyed our stay. One thing I have to mention about this property is that there are a lot of rules. We didn't have a problem following all of the rules but we have stayed at vrbo's before that did not require us to clean anything, just walk away. Also, none of these rules were revealed to us until after we booked this propery. If I had known about the rules ahead of time I might have picked somewhere else to stay. I will at least inquire about this ahead of time in the future.

We really enjoyed this property. Pool was amazing, everything was easy to find. Seems right in the middle of fun things to do. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the bed are very uncomfortable. Maybe a upgrade on the beds. Other then that had a great time. Host was friendly and texted me back right away when I needed something

Wonderful clean well stocked with all the amenities you will need. In a quiet neighborhood near the beaches and everything you’ll need for Florida fun. Coming home to a home with a heated pool was an Extra extra plus! I would highly recommend staying here with a family or friends!

Upon booking the home the owner was very responsive. The home was clean overall, on a quiet street and the heated pool was great!
The reason I give this four stars is because I thought it was a little overpriced, I stayed 13 days, and for the price the pool should’ve been cleaned before a new guest arrives, day 9 pool was finally cleaned; Had debris floating around from landscape. The furniture outside was rusted, the furniture inside could be replaced the couch was very worn. It was an older home updated somewhat, but the furniture and lack of sitting areas could be addressed. When we did watch tv the there was only cable and limited. They could have options for Netflix or Disney+ for those who have small children.
Overall it was nice.

This house is perfect for a family. A nice open floor plan with a great pool. The location is close to many restaurants and parks. There is also easy access to Siesta Key Beach.

Perfect Vacation Home
This home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. With the exception of a very hard bed (everyones preferences are different) we were very satisfied. It was too cold to use the pool but if it were warmer we wouldve had a blast!! We are hoping to stay again in the future! Thank you!!

No Expectations
Nice location, home was nice! Furniture on patio, pool area was rusty and poor shape. Master bathroom doesn’t have towel racks or hooks. We stayed because of the heated pool but it wasn’t that warm. The light in the pool doesn’t work so not much night swimming. We enjoyed the pool but was not as expected. We enjoyed our time but not what I expected!

Nice place!
Great location! Nice heating pool!! We had a great time in this house, the beach is pretty close and there is lots of Restaurant and stores near by. The house is on a Deadend street, no traffic noise very private. the host was very nice and responded very fast to any request. The only negative thing that I can say is that the furniture in the living room and the patio furniture needs to be updated, But that was not an issue for us to have a great time. I recommend this property and I will stay again in the future.
