About this house rental
Located three blocks from the downtown City Park and "Center of Town". Straight down Park street to the Library. Easy walk to the best restaurants and bars that Paso Robles has to offer. This beautifully renovated Early Mission Ranch Home has 3 bedrooms each with on-suite baths. Each bedroom features a queen bed & upgraded independent heating and air systems for quite enjoyment. There is a Grandfather Oak located to the front of the property and several outdoor patios allowing for great outdoor enjoyment. A very tranquil setting. A wraparound porch with Adirondack type chairs as well as other comfortable patio furniture are on site. A beamed ceiling sets off the living space. Granite counters, upgraded appliances, wood flooring are a few of the amenities. The kitchen and living room are open floor plan. The Builder paid attention to details. This home has Wi-Fi & Direct TV. We have parking in front of the home and off the alley in back of the property. So many fun things to do in Paso Robles: Biking, Hiking, Pub Crawling, 5 star Foodie, Antique Shopping, and you can take your pick of over 250 Wineries to visit. For water skiing and fishing, we have one of California's finest Lakes about 30 minutes West of town. Boats are available for rent at the Naciemiento Lake. Coastal access is about 30 minutes away if you want to walk on the beach. While I love Dogs, I have a no pet policy due to allergies. NO SMOKING on property, sorry. 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 people if renting as a 2 bedroom & 7 people if renting as a 3 bedroom home. An additional charge or $25 per person per night for guests in addition to 6 will be assessed.

We loved the property, and Sarah was extremely friendly and responsive.
We reported an issue to her and included a video of an issue in the back bathroom. One of the bathroom vents would make this horrible loud sound intermittently throughout our stay. (we think it was coming from a vent) There didn't appear to be anything that caused it, as it would just randomly start making this high pitched noise. It went off several times in the middle of the night, waking up the person sleeping in that room.
It really needs to be looked into and fixed before other people stay there. I don't know if it's an electrical short or something but it definitely impacts the person sleeping in that bedroom, and it's not ideal to be woken out of a dead sleep while you're on vacation.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house in Paso. It truly is the most convenient location around - being located near the park area, restaurants, everything in town is easy to access. They even have bikes if you wish to use them! The house is well equipped with all that one needs to enjoy themselves fully. It has two outside areas to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or perhaps a beverage of your choosing in the evening. Having 3 bedrooms with private baths is also a bonus. The hosts are gracious and responsive. We love this GEM of a house.

This house was perfect for our stay in Paso. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was nice and well equipped and everything worked great. The location, only a few minutes to walk into town, was so convenient! Also, having parking there was a plus. We had a couple of questions and Sarah was available and helpful which is so appreciated! Highly recommend. It rained while we were there, but the front and side yard would be great for a group to hang out, bbq, etc. Next time!

Each year we trek to Paso to pick up our wine allocation from one of our favorite vineyards and this was the first time we stayed in the Downtown Paso area. We like to cook and enjoy the space inside and more importantly outside a house so to say it simply - we are floor plan driven. We thought we would take a chance on this cottage and I'm so pleased we did! The photos do not do it justice. This is an ADORABLE place with plenty of space and is hands down the best location in Paso Robles, and we visit often! Just a few short blocks (easy walking) to the downtown square of Paso where you will find all the restaurants, shops, and activities. Around the corner, LITERALLY, around the corner is a cheese and meat shop - A fabulous find. Each room had its own private bath, and the house was WELL stocked with everything you would need, extra pillows, blankets, towels and there were even curling irons in each bath. If you like to cook like we do, there was plenty of counter space and all the essentials one needs to create a good meal. There were also bikes to use and a private outdoor seating area to take in the sunshine.
The host was just as terrific being extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We had a delightful time and would not hesitate a second to book another stay at this location, infact, we look forward to it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was a perfect fit for 3 couples. Great amenities...truly provided all of the comforts of home. The location is outstanding... only 3 blocks to the historic downtown area. The owner Mitch was very attentive and quick to address our questions during our stay. Sarah, the property manager, was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Paso Robles. Thanks!

We three stayed here two years ago and enjoyed it so much we came back. The house is perfect for three adult women and would be just as perfect for couples and families. Three en suite bedrooms are almost unheard of at such a reasonable cost. We hope to come again.

Two couples stayed comfortably in this charming house. Each bedroom had ensuite bathroom and the kitchen, living room and dinette were plenty big enough for 4 adults. The location to downtown was terrific....could walk from the house and didnt have to pay for parking downtown. We even had take-out dinner and brought it back to the house to drink with the wine that we bought at the wineries. We had a great time.

We had three couple on our visit and the en-suite bathrooms was ideal. Very seldom do you find this setup. The location was perfect, quite, low traffic, plenty of parking and an easy stroll to the town. Communication was excellent. The only downside was the heating. We had trouble figuring out how to get them to work. My suggestion would be to put some instructions in the visitors book.

We loved the set-up of the house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms-perfect for our 3 couples. A few things that could have been better: no sponge or scrubby in the kitchen for dishes; the bathrooms had lovely large showers but no place to put toiletry items; the heater in one bedroom drove me crazy but that could have been my inability to properly gauge it.

Everything about the home was just as advertised! The location was wonderful. We walked to all restaurants and tasting rooms in town and enjoyed numerous vineyards outside of downtown. The 3br, 3ba setup was perfect for our group of 4 and separate AC in each room was so convenient and comfortable for all. The 400 year old oak tree in the front yard is truly special! Thanks for making sure we can all enjoy it! We would rent again if we get back to the area!

Perfect spot for vacation
The was the perfect location for three women to stay. We each had our own bedroom with en suite bathrooms. We were walking distance from downtown and all the wonderful restaurants and tasting rooms there. Communication was great. We had a small issue with there not being any extra rolls of toilet paper, but once they were made aware, a package was dropped off within the hour. Didn't have a chance to use the provided bikes (it was just too hot), but maybe next time. We will definitely be back.

Location of the home is great. En suite bathrooms and layout of the home was perfect for our group of three couples. The kitchen and dining was a great open concept and the kitchen had most of what we needed for breakfast and dinners at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO ever!
Aside from the fact that the house was clean, quiet, beautifully appointed and comfortable, the location could not have been better!!
My husband and I live in Michigan. We planned a trip to Paso Robles with our California daughter and Arizona sister-in-law and brother-in-law. We each had our own bedroom with a comfy bed and our own a/c unit, which was awesome since I like it cooler and my SIL likes it warmer. The bathrooms were nice and clean with beautiful updated, luxurious showers.
We never had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to visit wineries and great restaurants. We could not have been more pleased! Each evening we returned to this comfortable home base to watch the Olympics together. Everyone was comfortable and happy. It felt like home the entire week we were there!
Mitchell and Sarah were quick to respond to any questions we might have had and could not have been nicer. We hope to visit again!
If you’re thinking about whether you should book this place, do it! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful house!
My friends and I really enjoyed our girls weekend trip. The house is laid out well, kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware., etc. Great appliances - cooking was a pleasure. The outdoor patio was lovely to enjoy breakfasts. We loved the majestic oak tree out front. Location was excellent- easy walk to town. Thank you for such a charming, comfortable home to spend our weekend together.

Perfect for getaway for three friends.
I have been staying in vacation rentals all over the world since 2012 and this was the best. We are three adult women and we each had our own en-suite bedroom with bath. What was nicest of all was that each of the three suites were equal. No one felt that her room was not as nice as the others. In addition, the house was spotless and well stocked. The location is ideal, too. If I ever vacation in Paso again, this is where I want to stay.

This house was perfect for our 3 night stay. It’s only a few minutes walk from City Park and all the wonderful restaurants and shops. 10-20 minute drive from most of the area’s wineries. Very clean and comfortable for our group of 4 friends. Will definitely book again for our next wine tasting trip to Paso!

This home is beautifully remodeled and with high quality finishes and furnishings. Getting to town was a 5 minute walk. The old tree in the front of home is almost magical. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back. It was perfect for our family of 4 but would also be ideal for 3 couples, each room has its own en-suite bathroom.
