Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. Offering a dining table for 6 and boasting one of the largest floor plans at 1400 sq. ft, this unit is perfect to accommodate a large group of family. The property was best of both worlds with having all of the space of a condo yet enjoying the resort amenities. The condo could have been cleaned better, however.

Beautiful resort in singer island. The condo had wonder view from balcony of the beach & bay. Derek took great care of all our beach needs chairs etc. FYI take note, amenities are not included in this listing you have to purchase the Marriott resort fee to take advantage of all the amenities this Marriott property has to offer. We’ll definitely be visiting this property again, wonderful location in Palm Beach.

The Marriott has a great beach and is in easy proximity to spring training, which are the two factors we were looking for. Lovely staff, good restaurant, very good overall.

This is a beautiful resort and unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend to others.
Some minor things would be helpful like sufficient dishwasher detergent and paper towels to cover duration of stay. A new kitchen sponge should also be provided (old one in unit). And salt and pepper should be available. Some items that need to be fixed: faucet in guest bathroom, one of the burners in the kitchen did not work, light above stove was out and kitchen lights flickered.

We rented this property for our girls trip. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of space. We had only 1 problem and that was that the refrigerator went out on us and we'd bought food. It was out for about 12 hours before the maintenance man figured that the outlet it was plugged into was out. I contacted the property manager and she stated we would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, we never were. Other than that, I don't have anything bad to say at all. We had a great view and it was an overall wonderful stay.

Comfortable & Spacious
We are from NC & rented this property for our son's wedding in South FL. The unit was clean, comfortable & spacious. We were able to relax & spread out which helped during this busy time. The property manager was very accommodating & with a change in our schedule, they were able to re-rent the unit & gave us that as a refund...we are most impressed & very appreciative. We highly recommend this property.

Check in was easy . Apartment was very clean and had all the utensils we needed to cook our own meals. Appreciate attention to detail, for instance my name on the TV when we walked in and little paper roses on bathroom paper.. It was great to have a dining table, which not all units had. Will stay again. Highly recommended

Fantastic condo on the beach
We were pleasantly surprised at the resort once we arrived. It is valet only, so that can be an issue if you plan on coming and going a lot, but that wasn't a problem for us. The condo itself was very nice (on the 20th floor) and with the property run by Marriot, there were a lot of amenities available to guest. The pool area was clean the and the beach was great.

Singer Island October Getaway
People were very nice in spite of the covid restrictions which forces us all to take the personality out of our interactions. The room is starting to show some age. The shower drain was clogged and the hotel management fixed it for a day. It was not completely fixed. The Toaster needed to be replaced or fixed. The wall outlet in the master bedroom behind the bed headboard is inconvenient and can be fixed with a simple addition of a power strip. The Master bath outlets are not GFCI and the main breaker would kick off by simply using the hair dryer provided shutting off all of those outlets. Not enough trash bags were provided. The door lock battery was dead when we arrived and we could not directly get into our room. This was an inconvenience after a long day of travel, however, hotel team reacted quickly to fix this and allow us in the room. The technician was friendly and worked swiftly to help us out of the hallway with our bags and into the room. He did a very good job. I valet parked every day as I was informed at the door on my arrival that there was only valet at the property. I found out later that this was incorrect information which was frustrating.

Perfect getaway
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. The room was clean and stunning, the property was beautiful, and the communication with the owner and staff was so easy and convenient. We never even left the property once checked in everything we needed was right there. I have two little ones that absolutely enjoyed themselves between the pools, beaches and games provided. Can’t wait to go back!

The Condo was perfect! Nicely decorated, clean, and perfect size for our family. At first we thought we were going to be disappointed that the view was not directly facing the ocean, but instead loved the view from the side! We saw the ocean and the river/causeway side! A lot of ships, cruise ships and fireworks on the weekend. The 2 pools were perfect. The kids loved the children's pool, actually the adults did too! A great resort for children and adults! We did not mind the extra fees, parking, valet & internet. It was worth it!

Great property with awesome customer service
We stayed for 14 days in July 2017 and we rented appartment 2008. This was our third time staying at the Marriott. The appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The property is well located, the kids enjoy the 2 pools and you feel just like home. Our 2 kids each had their own queen bed and their separate bathroom. But what really made a difference in this stay was the quality of the customer service. Right from the moment of renting when Robert Scarmazzo called me to determine what type of appartment would best suit our needs to the numerous times we used the email address of Guest Services. I could not believe we were getting replies within a couple of minutes only each time. These are the small things that make all the difference. That and the fact that we got an unbeatable price. There is no doubt that I will book from Robert Scarmazzo next time.

Great amenities, location and beach access!
We had a very nice stay while our kids attended a local day camp off the premises in Juno. The condo was perfect for our family and two kids. The kids loved the play pool with slide and waterfall, we enjoyed the beach with its bountiful seashells and beautiful, warm ocean water. Adult pool was also very nice. Wish we'd been able to take advantage of more of the amenities, which sounded great -- weekend movies by the pool and kids club but we had other plans. The Oincierge was also extremely helpful- recommended a great lunch restaurant, called ahead for us where we were given royal treatment. Starbucks inside the lobby was a great convenience. Did not try spa but looked very nice. Would stay again.

The hotel staff is extremely pleasant. The room view is great, ocean view. The apartment furniture was very dusty as well as the furniture in the complex, however the apartment was well equipped nice furniture. Two electrical outlets in both the main and 2nd bath room were not working. The toilets were not flushing well but my husband tweeked the chain and we moved on. All in all we had a great time! I reported the above at the front desk.

Family friendly condo
Pros:
The condo's layout was ideal. The kids enjoyed the property and had a great time. The floor was quiet and we did not hear any construction.
Cons: Other families that vacationed with us reserved units through the hotel. They paid less and had daily room service and toiletries restocked.
Recommendations: Limited number of towels, especially for family of 6. Buy extra detergent.

Loud construction!
Way overpriced! With the construction next-door we couldn't utilize our balcony or the pool was so loud it was not relaxing! For the MONEY we spent including the parking. I feel while construction is going on there should've have been a large break in price. The unit was ok.

Wonderful family condo and resort
Bob's condo at the Marriott resort is a true gem! We vacationed for a week and enjoyed all of the amenities; pools, beach, fitness center, restaurant, etc. The condo itself is spacious and clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean and bay is lovely to gaze over. I would definitely recommend this vacation home for anyone wanting to enjoy a true resort experience!

Very good vacation!
We stayed at the condo the week after Christmas. The actual condo was very good, we had four adults and one child. There was enough room for us mostly, yet I had to sleep on the pull out couch. The beach was awesome and one of the best I have seen. The water was warm and very sandy with very little "creatures" around. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. A few negatives are the pools were a bit crowded and not much sun as the tall buildings around block the sun for most of the day. The building next to us was under construction and they started at 7:30 am until 5pm. Good thing for soundproof doors, however, sitting on the patio was annoying a bit with the loud noise, but we made the best of it. There are not many restaurants in the immediate area, but a quick ten minute drive and there are some very good ones. I would definitely return to the condo.

Best resort beach front and clear ocean water
We are repeat renters from this owner and have been delighted both times. The rental process is easy and communication is excellent. The service from the owner and the resort is outstanding. Yes you do have to pay for valet parking but it just adds to the overall feeling of being taken care of as they bring you your car and hand you a cold bottle of water on a hot day. Each of the pools have flavored ice water as well as the lobby. Any time you ask a staff member something they go out of their way to fulfill your needs. This renter communicates with ease and you have no problem checking in or in any time during the process of renting from them. The view from this unit is breathtaking. I would have been happy just sitting on the balcony all day. The pools are great and the beach is the best I have found in Florida. It is that clear water that makes it so wonderful.

Very nice unit
I stayed in this unit with my husband and two daughters, ages 16 and 7. We live local, but wanted a staycation for the weekend. The unit was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the 4:00 check in and there is no budging on the time. The pools are great as well, but were very crowded. We ate lunch by the pool with the slide until the room was ready. The food was shockingly good. The hotel was sold out that weekend. The staff we talked to said it was such a crazy weekend and they didn't know why it was so busy (we stayed the last weekend of July). The realtor that manages this unit is very nice and responds quickly to emails or any phone calls we made. We will stay here again.

Our first impression was very nice. The Marriott is a first class operation but once your there ?
For starters parking your car is quite expensive $28+ a day! Then when u want your car it takes forever for them to get it. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Next why do they need to charge $30.00 a day for a beach chair? I went with 5 people and my idea of relaxing is to not be ripped off like they did. Next I went to the pool area. Very nice again just like the beach but if u want to feed your party of hungry travelers u better have a deep wallet. They charged us over $200 for our 5 guests to have one drink and one burger. Too much!!

Wonderful Unit and Amazing Views!
We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Amazing large balcony with awesome ocean views. The unit was clean, had lots of room with high ceilings and comfortably slept 6 without even using the sofa bed. It had modern appliances with a nice kitchen and washer dryer! Had beach chairs and umbrella which helped us save on costs as well. The hotel was extremely kid friendly with pool that has a waterslide and a Kids Club as well. We would recommend this unit to all our friends or relatives and can't wait to go back again.

Great alternative to a hotel
My three children and I stayed in unit 2008. The place was great. Very spacious, clean and very comfortable (especially the beds). It also looks newly renovated and had a washer/dryer, which was extremely convenient. We had full access to the hotel facilities (beach, pool, etc.). Pool was great for the kids (there is a waterfall and pool side bar/restaurant) and the hotel rented umbrellas and lounge chairs for use on the beach. There are also many restaurants and markets (including a Whole Foods) nearby, so easy to shop for food if you don't want to eat out all the time. The owner was also very pleasant and make the transaction seamless. I would highly recommend it. The only downside was the WiFi. You have to purchase it through the hotel and it was really, really slow (almost as bad as dial up). I complained to the front desk and received a refund, but would have much rather had good Internet service. Also, note that the hotel requires that you valet park, which costs extra.

Great unit, except for CRANE next door!!
Our 5th time at this resort...Spacious clean unit, very modern with great views on the 20th floor (21 floors) of the ocean and intercoastal. Excellent kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom is spacious and master bath is huge (shower and tub). Only downside is the Humongous Crane next door working on the new condo (Vista Blue). It's eye level on the balcony. We checked in Sat-Monday, no construction took place on Sat and Sun, but Mon morning the noise started at 7:00am. 👎🏻👎🏻 The price was substantially cheaper than Marriott's rate, I would go back. Tip, ask for room facing north side and head to the beach, too much noise by the pools (construction)
