YOU WON'T FIND A MORE BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN ORANGE BEACH!
Our condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is only a few steps behind the condo. Emerald Skye is a low density building ( 37 units). Even in the summer the beach is not crowded like the big high rises. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach and within walking distance on the beach to Coastal restaurant and shops. Cotton's Restaurant, an Orange Beach tradition, is just across the street.
Additionally, it is less than 1/2 mile from three grocery stores and two pharmacies.
'Our Little Get-A-Way' is perfect for a couple or small family to get away for a few days or few weeks! Our condo is on the second floor, so you will not have to wait for an elevator. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area and large private balcony.

From the moment you open the door you will know this is not an ordinary rental unit. We love the condo and consider it our second home. The large balcony is comfortably furnished for relaxing and enjoying the view. We even have a table for two for romantic evening dinners!

The condominium is very nicely furnished and decorated. The living area is very comfortable and has a 50 inch screen TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equiped with custom cabinetry and stainless steel applicances (electric stove, refridgerator, dishwasher, and over the counter microwave. It is very well stocked with nice cookware, dishes, and cutlery.

The bedroom is private from the rest of the condo. It has a very comfortable king-size bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps for reading, a 32 inch flat screen TV, and DVD player.

Emerald Skye has a heated pool (March - November), picnic area with charcoal grills, and a nice beach side lounge area to sit and read or enjoy the beautiful view. As a bonus to our guests, we provide access to our ground floor store room, which contains two very nice beach chairs and umbrella.

A fitness room is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with treadmill, elliptical machine, and stationary bicycle. A full range of hand weights and bench is also available.

This unit is non-smoking except on the balcony. Sorry, no pets permitted.

Parking is limited to one car.

The condo was an older unit but it was very well maintained and spotless clean. The location is perfect. My biggest accolade of this stay is the communication of the owner. He checked in as we arrived via text. He then checked in a day after we settled in. In todays electronic world we really enjoyed knowing that someone cared about our stay and was available if we had a situation. Thank you for the awesome experience

We loved this rental. We ate out a few times and the rest of the time we stayed right there, enjoying the beach, sitting on the balcony and reading books. Having cushions on the chairs on the balcony was wonderful. The kitchen had everything one could need to cook with. The bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet in the complex as a whole, which was very nice. We will be back .

The condo was exactly as listed. It was perfect for a couple or small family. It is right on the beach with a perfect view. There are many restaurants nearby and several grocery stores if you want to cook. We had a great trip and will be back.

We had a very relaxing albeit short trip to the beach for spring break. The condo was exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked for our needs. Squishy cushions on the deck made it absolutely cozy to sit and watch the ocean waves and people watch. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed before and after check in. He communicated with us and we were able to avoid any hiccups that occurred on the trip. We will be renting this condo again if we come back to this area.

Charmingly decorated beach condo with the best views on the beach. Starting with golden sunrises and ending with flaming red sunsets- every day was a gift! Watching the surfers, beachgoers, herons, dolphins, ospreys, pelicans, choppers, jet fighters, etc., from the spacious balcony, offered up hours of entertainment. Walking the white sand beaches, searching for seashells, biking the Gulf State Park, swimming in the ocean ( or pool ) filled our days. Richard, our host, was a pleasure to deal with and very timely with answering any questions or concerns. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The people in Orange Beach are friendly and welcoming and filled with Southern hospitality. We didn't want to leave and really hope to return.

Perfection! Quiet, smaller building with view of beach and gulf off of balcony. So clean and updated. We didn’t want the glitz and shine from a huge place, but still felt we had the same treatment! The beach chairs and umbrella were ideal and so easy to get to!! The powdery white sand is gorgeous and we loved watching and hearing the waves from our balcony. We would recommend this VRBO and are so thankful we found it!! Would definitely come back!!

Awesome experience for first beach trip in 20 yrs. Extremely clean and very cute decorated condo, plenty of room for our 3 member family with the absolute best view ever of beach, ocean and pier from next door along with a dolphin that enjoys the pier area every morning and evening. Condo had a wonderful smell was very equipped with everything you could possibly need with everything in working order. Beautiful safe area for family, the downstairs closet has all kinds of water/sand toys, chairs and umbrella for the beach. Elevator was always working and accessible. The renter was helpful throughout the process, made sure everything was ok when we arrived and very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area! Bonus, the beach was not crowded at all in front of the condo!

This is the third year in a row that my husband and I have stayed at this fabulous condo off the beach! As always, we enjoyed every second. The view is spectacular and there are plenty of places to eat close by. We will be returning next year of course!

The condo was very nice. Upgraded kitchen and bathroom, very clean. Outdoor heated pool was a nice plus and the use of beach chairs and a large umbrella was extra nice. New keyless door locks are also nice.

For the past 3 yrs, we’ve rented this condo in May and August. The condo is equipped with everything you need and is very clean. We love the direct access to the beach, the use of the chairs and umbrella to avoid the cost of renting them and the cozy, homey feeling of the condo. We got a great price for small family trip. We stayed three nights. Spent two full days at the beach. The owner had a closet with beach chairs and toys down stairs close to the beach entrance which was so nice! The bed was super soft and everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with cups, bowls, pots & pans! I will be back! And I will recommend to all my friends and family great place!
