About this house rental

This beautiful Home is professional decorated and will comfortable accommodate a family of 4 up to 6 comfortable - 3rd bedroom with pull out sofa - comfortable only for kids. You will feel right at home.

Our villa futures a total living area under air of 1751 Sqft. -
two car garage, specious screened in lanai, solar heated pool, large screened in pool area 58 x 25 sqft.
2 full Bedrooms, and 1 Bedroom with Pull out couch, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large spacious great room, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensil, breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, formal dining room overlocking the pool and our private back yard.

Large Master Bedroom futures a king size bed, ceiling fan, large walk in closet, sliding door and french doors lead to the pool area. Master bath futures his and her vanities, walk in shower and a bath tub.
The guest bedroom side futures a total of 2 bed rooms- one guest bedroom futures a queen size bed, French doors lead to the pool area. The second bed room futures a pull out couch which can be used as an extra bedroom for kids only - comfortable only for small kids to sleep.
The Guest bathroom also doubles a bathroom / pool bath, it has direct access to the pool area.

The great room has an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, leather sofa, love seat and couch . For entertainment, we have a 54 inch HD TV, DVR player, DVD player in Living Room and a 42 inch Flat Screen TV in the Master bed room
Two Stereos with CD player. Wi-Fi Internet, computer desk / area.

Lehigh Acres features 1 - 18 hole and 1 - 9 hole Golf Courses, and 100 more courses are within an 1/2 hour's drive. "Top Golf" just a short drive in Ft. Myers ( opened in 2021)

Lehigh Acres is east of Ft. Myers and just a sort drive from I-75, making everything what Florida has to offer easily accessible - from all the Theme Parks in Tampa or Orlando, Golf Courses, the beaches and so much more.
For the shopper, it is a paradise, 5 major shopping malls within 30 - 45 minutes - Edison Mall, Bell Tower Shops, Miromar Outlet Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Coconut Point Mall, you can find great deals.

Just bring a good book and relax by the pool enjoy the beautiful weather and your stay in our home.

Screened in pool a big plus; nice back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Two bedroom house with a third bedroom used as an office. Plenty of kitchen supplies and several large nearby full supermarkets, also fast food. If you plan on eating out a lot most sit-down restaurants are about 20 minutes away as this neighborhood is a residential neighborhood not near tourist destinations. Walking paths and several nearby parks.

concern because there wasn't any cancelation refund, if I wanted to cancel. The house was large. the interior was outdated. I was hoping for a more southern look. the inside has some insects and bugs. not sure if the ant traps work. the master bedroom definitely needs a new mattress, we had electric outage, wifi outage. it was taken care of that day. the pool and solar heat was great. I probably would not rent in lehigh acres again. my questions were answered by Martina very quickly. she did a super job.

There was no TV service from the time we arrived. Contacted owner and only heard back once about getting fix. We arrived in Sunday and left on Friday. No TV at all with 3 kids. Can you imagine. This was a bad stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I was able to bring my dog. The pool was amazing. Everything needed to cook was there. There were multiple bathrooms. I can't say enough about how awesome this property was. Martina, the owner, was great too. I had a question and she answered when I called. The property was amazing. Thank you!

Martina was great! The house was clean and well appointed. The only 2 negatives were the pool and the king bed. We were not able to use the pool as there was no chlorine (we bought a testing kit because the water looked off). This was very disappointing as it was the main reason we booked this house. The king bed was not comfortable at all. The only saving grace was that we were exhausted when we went to bed so we had little trouble falling asleep. Overall, we would have been extremely pleased, except for the pool. That said, Martina did make the effort to address our concerns but the pool people never came.

The home was very nice and comfortable too! It is exactly as described. Our one big issue was the neighbors. Sometimes very loud and angry late at night. Never directed at us but disturbing nonetheless. We also had an issue with DISH TV. We alerted the owner to this and she addressed it promptly.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this property. It had so many amenities. Kitchen utensils and silverware. The pool was fantastic. And the house was extremely clean. Will definitely consider this place when coming to Florida.

Positive first. Great ease of booking. Very nice hosts. Children enjoyed the pool. While the house looks quite charming on the whole, it is in need of updates. Furniture was very worn. The beds especially. Also, there was hair (pet?) everywhere. We ended needing to buy a broom, mop, and cleaning supplies, and cleaned ourselves so we could relax a little more. The neighborhood was also iffy. Neighbors up late with loud music. Congregating in the street, etc.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for about a month and a half while we searched for and bought our new home (moved from Indiana). It was very well supplied with everything we needed (and then some). We spent a lot of time by the pool which was lovely. It’s just a short drive to Fort Myers and Cape Coral which made house-hunting a breeze. We had a few issues pop up but a quick call to Martina and those were very quickly resolved. We will be recommending this home to friends and family who come down for a visit!

The house is beautiful and clean. Great location! Pool area is fantastic! Property manager is fantastic too! We unexpectedly had to bring our dogs on our trip and she was very understanding and allowed us to bring our dogs. Dogs loved the house too! Glad that everything we needed was there. My only issue is that I didn’t know we need to bring toiletries like soap, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. You are supposed to leave some for next person, but unfortunately, we didn’t get any soap or trash bags. So we went out to Walmart to get everything we needed for our 10 day stay which I already was planning on getting it because of our son moving to Florida,. The next time we visit Florida, I would definitely look to see if this house is available again. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was my first stay outside of my time share and I have to say this will be my new way of vacationing. The process for booking was easy. The house is beautiful, fully equipped as your home is, communication with the host was easy, any questions I had were always answered quickly. I will be making plans to return to this lovely home.

It's an older home with great potential. Martina the property manager was wonderful in handling all the issues. The pool was very nice and well maintained. It's very dark out there and the backyard could use some lighting out into the yard. I would update the photos, I didn't recognize the home when we drove up based on the photos online.

We had a very nice stay. Kitchen has all the supplies you need. No need to bring anything. Pool is quite big. We had a lot of fun there. Location is a little bit isolated but completely manageable. Martina is quite responsible. She sorted out every problem that came up immediately.
