Apt w 1000sq ft, LR w FP..DR, Kit, and 2(two)Bedrooms, Full Bath privately accessible for each Bedroom. Complete with Linens, Dishes, ect, just bring your clothes and OH yes there is a Washer and Dryer for your use. Great outdoor totally private to you space for your grilling and relaxing, lots of flowers. Very peaceful and quiet...Private entrance and Private Drive, Private Courtyard. Apt. attached to main house. A great find for you..Credit Cards are accepted for your online reservation.. No more than 4 Adults (over 21), min 2 nite stay, EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS. Rates change with no of people and if youre wanting a Holiday week. ..Rate shown here is for two Mature Adults/non party p.. Cozy and pleasant. Everything was in close driving proximity. Very thoughtful amenities. Bed was so comfortable - slept like a baby. Sheets and towels were top quality. Loved the outside patio area. John was very kind and considerate.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip this past weekend and it was everything we wanted and more. The neighborhood is very accessible to downtown but also within a 5 minute drive there are amazing restaurants, shops, bars, and breweries which we explored! John is a fabulous host, he communicated thoroughly with us throughout the experience and met us upon check in to do a quick tour, ask any questions, and give us some great recommendations for places to eat and explore. The apartment was clean, stocked with everything you need, and comfortable. We had fabulous weather and got to sit outside at night in the gorgeous tropical paradise of a back yard. (Only downside is Iâm a magnet for bug bites but thatâs on me! Ha) John even left us some delicious pastries upon arrival! We canât wait to come back and weâll definitely try to rent from him again!

When we walked down the private pathway lined with beautiful greenery and flowers, we knew we had found a gem. The apartment had everything and more for our stay. The beds were comfortable, best night sleep ever, the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of drinks, a snack of donuts on the counter and soft music playing in the background. It was so inviting, we spent most of the days relaxing in instead of sightseeing.. The private patio was wonderful as we were surrounded by beautiful landscaping while we had our morning coffee. It is definitely on my list of places to return. Hopefully next time I will get to do more sightseeing (lots of brochures were on the table with suggestions of activities and resturants. Loved this place

This was the perfect location for our stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located within 20 minutes from everything we had planned. We would definately stay again and recommend to others who are visiting the Charleston area. John was a great host!

Felt comfortable, like home
We had a great stay here in North Charleston in a very quiet neighborhood over the 4th of July holiday. We enjoyed beaches, shopping, exploring, and both restaurants and eating in. While the drive to the beaches was longer than the listing showed, it was still very doable. We absolutely loved the Isle of Palms! Our beds were very comfy, and the whole place looked even better than the pictures showed (it showed very dark). Very nice visit, would love to return here!

Charleston Weekend
My wife and I met some old friends in Charleston for a weekend. The apartment was very clean and convenient to restaurants and beaches. In a quiet neighborhood with a private entrance and parking place. Our host, John, lives in the rest of the house. We met him at check-in, very nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this rental for anyone coming to the Charleston area.

Johnâs place was very well appointed with bath towels, kitchen towels, extra blankets and pillows. He supplied coffee, creamer and even some baked goods for us. We travelled here for a wedding in Mt Pleasant and the cottage is in a great location.

Easy stay
John is an excellent host. He met us when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. And he was gracious enough to let me borrow an extra blanket. He had even provided bagels, orange juice, special creamer and coffee for breakfast!
The unit was exactly as described, with special extras like a beach chair, soft sided cooler and even an umbrella in case in rained.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The property was exactly as described! Clean and spacious and the little touches John adds to make you feel at home and well taken care of are great! We loved the cozy patio with its pretty landscaping and I especially enjoyed sitting there to drink a glass of wine in the evening after a busy day sightseeing. I considered this to be in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood setting, far enough away to be a relaxing place to use as home base but close enough to make getting anywhere in downtown simple and quick to get to! We would definitely stay here again when returning to Charleston.

Comfortable house and welcoming host!
John was very easy to work with and accomodating. The space was clean and had everything you needed. John even provided baked goods for breakfast! The house is very cozy and we loved the private outdoor space too. The neighborhood felt very safe and John's house is the most beautiful on the street. Se would absolutely stay there again.

Clean Quiet and Close to Town
My husband and I went for a quick weekend trip to Charleston. We did not want to stay downtown nor pay downtown prices. We found this quiet place and it was perfect. Quick to get downtown and a nice place to come back to after a long day of running around. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, great host
Property was clean and ready for my stay. Host John was very welcoming and informative. Location is outstanding. Park Circle is a wonderful alternative location to DT Charleston and central to many things that make the low country so great. 6 miles from airport and close to I526 but still peaceful. Culture in old DT N Charleston is great with many wonderful dining and drinking options. Beaches are close too. Having a washer and dryer en suite was very welcomed. Would gladly stay here again. Thanks John!

Great Stay
Great central location in North Charleston. Easy drive to Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston. Very private with a beautiful patio area. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Place
Place is all you need for a stay in Charleston. Little back yard is so cute and private. All of John's landscaping is beautiful!!

The best feature of this property is the lovely courtyard. We ate all of our meals outside, also getting takeout BBQ and other local specialties. The apt is simple and has all that you need and John the owner is very accessible and on hand for any assistance or happy to leave you in peace and quiet if that's what you need.
