This cozy cabin is nestled on a very private hillside overlooking the BEST views in Ellicottville!

Relax and enjoy the 360 Panoramic views of surrounding Mountains from the large covered front porch. The Cabin is set back from the road just enough to feel completely secluded while still enjoying the convenience of being just 5 minutes from the Village of Ellicottville.

Everything was fantastic about our stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was amazing. All the pictures and description of the property were right on, and surpassed our expectations. We even saw shooting stars!! The location was just outside of the village of Ellicottville. There’s a cool hiking trail right down the street which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back again!

We stayed for the total eclipse and enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer. The hot tub is amazing! The surrounding forest is very nice and quiet. The kitchen well appointed. Bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. In being critical, the only critiques would be: The dishwasher isn’t installed properly, still works though! Privacy is tough, but it’s a cabin, expect noise to travel. There is a dead rail on the pool table (the side away from stairs). Please forgive, I am very picky when it comes to pool. Again, overall, we loved this cabin. Thanks Tom!

My friends and I had a great weekend experience at this property. The close location to Holiday Valley was very convenient. The cabin was clean and well appointed. Our group also appreciated the large hot tub! We would stay here again!

We had such an amazing weekend getaway at this property. The space was clean, cozy and we really enjoyed the pool table and rec room. There were 4 adult couples, and plenty of sleeping space. The owner is very responsive and went out of his way for us! Which we really appreciate. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!! Thanks for everything :)

We took a couples trip (6 adults)out to Ellicottville, Tom went above and beyond with communication and making sure everything was in perfect order before we arrived. The property is exactly as pictured, the views are wonderful. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and seeing the stars from the hot tub at night. The drive to town is short and convenient. We even got some lovely couples pictures with the beautiful flowers and landscaping of the property. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind to stay again!

Great place…perfect for our family. Host was extremely helpful and available to help us. Amazing view of mountains and stars. Short drive to ski resorts and town. Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, grill and open floor concept. There are two bedrooms and a open 2nd floor loft with two queen beds. Enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Our host, Tom, made our experience easy and very enjoyable. There was an unexpected issue with the hot tub and a serviceman was at the property within 5 minutes to have it fixed. We would definitely stay here again for the location and privacy. Thank you!

We stayed here with a few of our closest friends and could not have been happier. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pool table during the day. It was only 4 minutes drive into town and 20 minutes from the casino. I can not wait for a reason to stay again!

We all had a really great time staying here, everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and Tom was super helpful and quick to respond. It was peaceful and relaxing and a short drive into town, and less than 10 mins from Holiday Valley. Overall a perfect stay! Definitely would recommend this awesome cabin to anyone!

FANTASTIC Weekend in Holiday Valley!

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end; Tom texted me several times before our arrival and answered every question I had. The cabin is a very convenient 7 minute drive to Holiday Valley and was as cozy as can be on a long Presidents' Day weekend stay. Beds were super comfortable and cozy with thick fleecy quilts; hot tub was excellent; kitchen fully outfitted with cooking supplies and spices and ziplocs/foil/etc... very comfortable living area for apres ski. The cabin's side door opens into a large cement floor mudroom that was great for storing ski gear and the view from the front porch was simply gorgeous. We will be back!

Our family pod enjoyed a winter sports weekend in Ellicottville and found this cabin to fit our needs perfectly. The upstairs loft worked well for our adult children and the well equipped kitchen made meal prep fun. Communication from the owner was great and responsive.

This upscale cabin was great for a New Year's getaway ski trip. It had almost everything a family would want for a more private stay during a pandemic or any other time. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The walk-out basement was perfect for ski gear. It was less than a 5-minute drive to the center of town and Holiday Valley. We missed not having a fireplace but it had everything else you would expect in a cozy cabin.

The cabin is a short car ride to Holiday Valley. The family enjoyed skiing during the day and then returning to the cabin to relax and recharge. The hot tub was a hit with the family. I appreciated the kitchen with fully stocked cookware, dishes and utensils. The cabin is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely week at the house. The location was beautiful, and the house was very comfortable. The fall color was spectacular, and the house is an easy drive from beautiful hiking trails and Ellicottville. I would recommend this home enthusiastically.

Our group of 8 stayed for a long weekend in October and the cabin had EVERYTHING we needed. We were able to grill a fabulous dinner, sit out by the firepit in the late aftetnoon followed by a dip in the hot tub after dinner. Drank coffee on the porch in the morning taking in the stunning view of fog lifting over the colors of fall. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials like dish soap and t.p. as well as plenty if towels, dishes, pans and bakeware. There were even multiple blankets we could use to take the chill off if we sat outside. Most importantly, Tom was such a gracious host and checked in with us several times via text. We couldn't have had a better weekend! Thank you, Tom.

Cabin was lovely, close to everything, and very peaceful. Tom has the property thoughtfully stocked for guests, everything we needed was there and in a common sense location so that we could easily find it. Tom is a responsive owner and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this property!

We stayed in this beautiful cabin and quiet place for 4 nights. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub. All of the conversations with the owner were very polite, any questions and anything thing you need he responds to the messages so quick, and he's always there to help you out.
