This house was everything it said it was and more; our family enjoyed all the amenities and the kitchen was well equipped for our holiday meal.The owner was extremely responsive with any questions before and during our stay. The location is minutes from Mount Snow and downtown area. Highly recommend this family friendly, clean and cozy home!

We stayed here in the winter a few years ago and came back this summer. We loved the fire pit, hot tub & sauna, grill & deck- open kitchen & living room for sharing snacks & game playing- and being so close to Harriman Reservoir.
Tom is kind & responsive & the home is comfortable, clean & well appointed.
For reference, there were 8 of us- two adult couples, two teenage kids, a 6 year old and an 8 year old.

Me and my family stayed for 2 nights in the property.
It was comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essential supplies. The rooms were clean. Bed spreads and sheets were washed.
We only made limited food stuffs as we went out to local restaurants for most of our needs.
The hot bath was enjoyable, Also the ping pong š which kept us busy before we relaxed .
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and even the kids enjoyed.
You may please consider keeping toys and puzzles to play for small kids which fortunately we carried was very useful to our kids.

This house was literally perfect. The location was ideal in a small, established neighborhood minutes away from everything.
The living spaces were all inviting and the house is gorgeous overall. The bedroom setup fit our needs better than any other place I saw on VRBO (two couples, one single friend, one child (5)). The kitchen was well stocked. The grill was placed in a great spot, but we didn't get to use it since it was a short trip, unfortunately.
The jewel in this crown of a house was the incredible spa space. I saw it on the pics for the home when I was researching and was hooked. Let me tell you, it's even better in person. The hot tub has been replaced with a newer salt water version, and it is MONEY. The steam room is good for a few people and the shower in the room between the sauna and hot tub is well placed. It's one of the most well thought out homes I've ever had the pleasure to stay in.
After the home itself, Tom is AMAZING. Incredibly friendly and super responsive. One of the the best hosts I've ever dealt with.
All in all, this place ROCKS and if you're considering it just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful!! We came from Puerto Rico looking for the winter wonderland but apparently brought our warm weather which made it feel like home while BBQ-Ing in a sweater, swim trunks and flip flops!! The house really made our time in VT very special with its quaintness and vibe!! Next time we hope to light up the fireplace!!š

There was plenty of room for our party of 7. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals. All the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna immensely. The outside space was gorgeous with the fall colors. We will definitely come back to this one! Thank you so very much Tom.

This home and owner deserve a 5 star plus rating - it has everything you and your guests need for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I booked this home, the owner was very responsive with suggestions for things to do in the area. We went for a family getaway - there were 5 adults (2 couples and a single adult). We each had our own level of the house with our own full bathroom. Found the hot tub and sauna to be very relaxing after our hikes. Grilled one night - kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfy. Hammock outside was also enjoyed - Vermont air and peaceful setting was so nice. Highly recommend this lovely home!

House was big and clean. Fit me and my group without an issue. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and go for a nearby hike. Tom was responsive prior to the weekend and I didn't have a reason to reach out to him once we arrived. Everything was what I expected from the listing.

Had a great time here with friends over an August weekend. The layout is great for socializing. Everything was well kept. The property is secluded enough, while being pretty close to amenities. The hot tub and sauna combination were an excellent bonus. Owner was very helpful and communicative. No complaints other than that I wish I booked a longer trip. Would highly recommend.

Great stay in VT
Our group of friends and family enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described - was even more spacious than the pictures. Our adult children enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, TV, and ping pong table on the lower level. Kitchen and living room were spacious and open. Tom was responsive when we had a question. Dover is quiet but offered enough for us - we enjoyed local swimming holes, day hikes, and restaurants.

Amazing House
This house is beyond amazing. It has plenty of room and a beautiful set up. It is conveniently close to shops and to Mount Snow. Tom is the man. Every time I had a question it would take him no longer than 10 minutes to get back to me via text message and was super helpful every time. I want to thank him again for everything and hope to be able to rent his place again in the future.

Perfection
This is our third rental in the area and I feel like we finally found our dream spot. The hot tub and sauna are certainly the highlight, the location is perfect and the home is well appointed. Tom is easy to communicate with and made sure we felt at home.

Very nice in rain or shine!
We had a week of cooler summer days and 2 afternoon/evenings with signicant rain but we still enjoyed family board games, ping pong, hot tub, shops in Wilmington, the variety of movies & Olympics on smart tv & streaming services and did grill one night in spite of rain! For 6 year olds, the bunk beds and hammock were favorite novelties plus the local school has a great playground-even with kidsā zip lines. House is spacious. One negative was for the "eldestā of our group who suffers from Parkinson's. He really needs safety rails in bathtub enclosures and they weren't present on main floor. We managed and description of home was accurate so not a complaint just an observation. This is a very peaceful setting that made for a relaxing stay. Thanks.

Great House!
The house ended up being better than we expected! Because of all the restrictions, we spent a lot of time back at the house, and there was so much to do without ever leaving. We used the fire pit and hot tub both nights of our stay, and Tom was very helpful in clarifying any questions that we had.

Perfect escape

Location + Privacy + Powder = Perfection!
This is a fantastic property! Nestled between downtown Wilmington and Mount Snow, this home is in a perfect location. We found the amenities a plus for all ages and it offered enough space to spread out. Tom was extremely responsive and informative. Having a two-car garage during the snowy season was such a plus, not to mention plenty of wood to keep the fire going. We are looking forward to next year's visit!

Great home!
We loved our stay here...the home was so easy to stay at and we were so comfortable. Stocked with plenty of all the essentials we were thankful we did not have to make a trip to the store for anything. Our first family trip to West Dover and when we make the trip back, this home will be our āgo toā home.

Great spot convenient to Mt Snow
We had a great stay. The home is lovely, well appointed and was very convenient to Mt Snow. Lots of nice touches including coffee pods and coffee as well as a supply of wood in the garage. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. The home was very clean and our host was very helpful, providing a lot of information to make our stay pleasant

Great mountain home
Tom's property was perfect for our group. There was plenty of beds and all were in good shape and comfortable. If the temperatures were cooler we would have used the hot tub and sauana more but is hard during a heat wave. Kitchen had all the utensils and items we needed and the grill is great to cook for larger groups. Would definitely use again.

This cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway with family and friends. Very relax!
I came with some friends during the winter to get away from the city and this cabin was perfect for that. We were able to go skiing and snow boarding in Mount Snow, and relax in the jacuzzi afterwards, with the perfect fireplace, grilled warm food and great space, we felt like it was all we needed!
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, yet chill weekend :)

Sauna and Hot Tub were fabulous!
House was clean and very well stocked. Really appreciate having the basics available instead of needing a grocery store run (hand soap, TP, paper towels, even coffee!). Having 2 areas to hang out (downstairs sectional w/TV & upstairs sectional with TV) worked well for two families with kids. Appreciate having TV with Netflix already loaded. Wifi worked fine. Upstairs sectional was a little uncomfortable for watching movies, it sagged alot, but that is a very minor issue. Really appreciated having entry area for wet boots and garage for cars. Once of the nicest houses we've stayed in over the past 7 years. Location was terrific as well.

Awesome House
My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. Plenty of room for everyone! The sauna/hot tub was an amazing perk and the house is very close to Mount Snow. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back in the future!!

Convenient for Skiing and awesome indoor hot tub
I stayed at Tom's with a group of 8 recently and we had a great time. a few of my favorite highlights:
- proximity to the mountain: 10 minutes to Mt. Snow by car. totally good enough of a mountain to ski on without having to drive the extra 45-90 mins to other VT mountains
- Hot tub / Sauna was awesome - owner clearly put in recent renovations and nothing is better after a long ski today. The facilities are well maintained as well
- Firewood: kind enough to provide a ton of firewood and other related amenities for our stay
- Parking: two cars for in-garage is a nice perk especially during a snow storm
- Owner was extremely communicative and responsive. House manual was simple to read and he was kind enough to provide some tips on local restaurants etc.
One thing i might note for anyone looking to stay- as usual with most ski houses the master (top floor) is much nicer and bigger than the other rooms. That said, the bathroom on the first floor was recently renovated so that was nice.
