We have stayed at Seaside for many years. This cottage was perfect for our family but the road being torn up and blocked off was very inconvenient. we had to park our car a block away thus had to pack and unpack from that distance. We were told in an email that the road was being paved, but I had no idea it would be this bad. We would have made other arrangements if possible.

I wish we could have stayed longer! This was a cozy house that had plenty of room for my wife, myself and 5 tween/teenage girls. We loved the screen porch and the close proximity to the beach and Seaside "downtown" area. We also took advantage of the pool the last day which was very nice and provided towels. I would stay here again!

The house is dated . Late 80’s.Appliances are dated , stove with oven are max 27”” slammed in the corner against the fridge. No counter space on that end. Bathroom dated .Overall a 5 star out of 10. One again great location, lucky we went out to eat a lot and watched the sun set so the time spent in the house was to rest our head.

We loved our stay at Jasper in April 2023. The cottage is neat and clean, and the location is wonderful - we love being at the north side of town since it's a little quieter than 30A. We walked to the beach every morning, to the Family Pool every afternoon, and to restaurants every evening. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 (two adults, a teenage boy, and two teen girls). All the beds are comfortable, too!

Right in the center of Seaside near everything. The Homeowners Collection was very responsive with any needs and questions we had. We used the concierge service to deliver food which was perfect. If you plan on making gourmet meals here (which we were not), the kitchen is a little small but we knew that going in and it was perfect for us. There were 4 of us and it was a great place for us. But the location to the beach, the square with shopping and restaurants was wonderful.

We enjoyed this beach getaway so very much! It was the perfect size for our group (4 adults, 3 toddlers), but a little bit of a trek to beach and pool with little ones. The distance from the beach did make it a very quiet spot in the community which was appreciated in the evening. Not too far from playground which was also nice. Our favorite part was the screened in front porch with swing, hammock, and plenty of seating for everyone. Would stay here again!

We arrived to discover the smallest oven I’ve ever seen but the worst was that it didn’t work. It was a known problem (it needs replacement) and I wasn’t told. The manager came up with a nearby (also tiny) oven for us and comped one night. We soldiered on. However I would def check with them about the working order of appliances before going if you plan to use any. Bridgette was great and tried hard to help but it was an ordeal. Adorable cottage. Great location.

Great family getaway
We booked a week at jasper for my wife's birthday / new years eve and she was blown away by how clean and cozy this cottage is. We have three small kids and loved how close the cottage was to the beach and the pool. We rode our bikes around town during the week and had a blast. The rooms are very nice size, with the upstairs having the Jack and Jill bathrooms helping alot. In unit washer and dryer is a game changer for vacation as we were easily able to do laundry as we wished. We spent tons of time with the doors open and hanging out on the wrap around porch and hammock. The cottage is fully stocked with kitchen ware and anything you need to make food for the week,the only thing we might suggest with young kids are plastic cups as everything else was glass, but that in no way is a complaint. All in all we are sad to go, leaving our little peice of heaven for the week, but are happy to know we can come back.

We love Jasper! This is our second time staying in the house because it is perfect for our family of four. We parked our car, rented some bikes and never got back in the car again. All we did the whole week was relax and enjoy some much needed family down time. Easy to walk to restaurants, pools, workout facility (right next door!), and downtown Seaside.

This was our 8th year in Seaside. As property owners in another state and regular renters in Seaside, we have come to expect a certain level of hospitality and comfort in regards to our accommodations. First, I will say the beds and lines were extremely comfortable and for that I am very grateful. However, there are a number of items the property management needs to address. Upon our arrival, we found one of the toilets did not flush. We called property management and they quickly fixed; however, we needed to be watchful that the handle didn't stick. Multiple light fixtures either did not have working light bulbs or did not work. We have come to expect labels on wall light switches, especially with multiple switches. On the porch, there were ceiling fans which somewhat worked but were so loud it was not comfortable to have them on. We found a piece of glass on the porch where one of the light fixtures had broken and had not been replaced. The two sofas in the front den were old, uncomfortable, and needed cleaning. There was no broom / dustpan. There were no games; one puzzle; and a few books so bring your own. There were no beach towels or extra beach chairs. Some of the rugs on the floors we moved out of the way since they were more of a danger slipping around. Overall, we will not stay here again. With just a little TLC, this would be a much nicer rental.
