A cosy confortable apartament

Chouette appartement mais .... :-(

Bel appartement à l'origine. Quartier safe et sympa.

Service à la clientèle en dessous de tout. On n'a vu personne de tout le séjour. Aucun état des lieux de l'appartement qui a pourtant de très nombreux problèmes visibles. On a du faire pour se protéger un reportage photo de tout l'appartement afin d'être sur de récupérer la caution. Aucun manuel expliquant le fonctionnement des appareils dont la clim-chauffage. On a du chercher pour savoir ce qu'il fallait faire avec les poubelles et s'il y avait de recyclage à faire. Aucune explication concernant les transports en commun disponible, ni aucun conseil de restaurant dans le coin ou de commerces. Matelas ressorts archaïques. Je ne savais pas qu'il était encore possible de trouver de tel matelas digne des tous premiers matelas à ressort du siècle passé. Merci pour le mal de dos. La chasse d'eau coule en permanence. merci pour les économies et l'environnement :-(

Enjoyed our stay we were 4 Adults. Liked the location was quick going to downtown Lisbon.

Easy to use door code to the building and lock box for the keys to the apartment.

The beds were a little hard for my liking. Too bad it only has one bathroom.

'fresh interior, great shower/ bathroom. big appartement which can also facilitate as a office to work from. Good communication with the host. Supermarket within 50 meters of the appartement.

Perfect place for a city trip

A lovely place with all the needed supplies. The kitchen is well equipped with tea and coffee and a large fridge. You'll find a vast TV in the living room, even with a PS4, but we didn't use it because we were mostly outside. A great plus is a small shop and coffee in the house.

We used uber quite often because it's too far to walk to the center. However, there is a bus station right in front of the house. At night it can get loud.

Hope to stay there again on our next visit to Lisboa!

Very spacious apartment, nicely furnished and very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Not downtown, it is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Easy to connect to airport, the highways to drive to areas outside Lisboa like Sintra, and routes into city centre.

The double bed needs a mattress topper for more comfortable sleep.

It was clean and well equipped. A little grocery shop downstairs that has most things you would need. Can get most places with Uber or Bolt for around €3 - €7

We contacted Maria about several issues that came up about the apartment. Communication was prompt but nothing was done about the problems. The toilet leaks, so there is constant loud dripping sound. The hand held shower disconnected at the wall, so were unable to use that function and the light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work.

Would have been a good apartment if not for the bad management company

The apartment is steps away from the train station where you can go to center Lisbon easily. A 10-15 minute walk brings you to the river side where you can relax on the many benches, take further walks along the river. There is a cafe/restaurant as well as a mini market right down stairs.

Management company had to be pushed to do anything. Our check in was late, then they wanted to charge us for late check in even though it was not our fault - I knew my rights so I refused. They gave us the wrong parking space number. I noticed that the parking is in a different space than photos the next day and had to contact them to get the right number. We probably would have been towed if we didn't realize this and the space owner was very angry with thus for parking in the wrong spot. They also advertised for paying more taxes - there are laws on maximum days one can charge tax for extended stays. The washer in the unit was broken for the entire time we were there. They then promised a discount for it, but it yet to materialize 3 weeks later. With the broken machine, I had request that they deliver clean sheets almost 2 weeks into our stay. They did, but then one of them was the wrong size and we had to improvise a bed sheet (old ones were taken away).

Can’t ask for more

Property is situated in a good location, modern clean and well stocked with necessities. Hosts were absolutely brilliant, constantly checking up on us. Private parking in a secure garage - not that you need it as the area is safe and well populated. 2 coffee shops on the ground floor as well as a supermarket.

Late checks in will cost you but it’s expected

Everything was excellent , the host was friendly and kind and explained to us everything . The apartment was clean , warm , big and so beautiful . There's grocery store and coffee shop and bar near the apartment and the train station is like 5 mins away .
