3 Bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. Unit is completely furnished including washer / dryer, complete kitchen, linens & towels. Free Wifi, plus cable TV in all the bedrooms and living room. Private parking for one car. Heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Master BR has King Bed, 2nd Bedroom has a king bed and third bedroom has two double beds. Balcony has incredible ocean view, and south facing exposure helps avoid heat. New Carpet throughout.

This place was better than the pictures and as described! They have a well-stocked kitchen and the place is huge. The two changes would be to have a shower curtain on the master bath shower and a new mattress in the master bedroom. You can literally see the grooves where the mattress is sinking in from previous use. They added a padded mattress pad cover to it but the fitted sheet doesn't stay on the mattress in the middle of the night so it pops off all night. Some wonderful benefits was everything they have for you for the beach from beach chairs to sand toys to coolers and ice packs. You only need to buy the food and drinks to put in your cooler to head to the beach. And for now, the beach is your water because unfortunately, due to past hurricanes, the pool is destroyed....but that is true of many places up and down the beach. Driving down beach you can see all the damage and repairs from the past two hurricanes. But the pool is not necessary because the beach is right there. We would stay there again if the mattresses were replaced.

The property was beautiful. It was easy from beginning to end. We had no issues at all. The house had everything you could need. The view was beautiful. Everybody in the building was very friendly and everything was clean from top to bottom! We would definitely stay again!

This condo is just beautiful with everything you need. We had a lot of space to do everything. Right on the beach - although unusually cold weather while we were there so we didn't go to the beach.

Our vacation was planned around our beach wedding. The wedding was perfect. Working with ken and communication was beyond we could imagine. We stayed during Hurricane Ian, hints the chaotic. Ken and building staff kept us informed and stayed in contact at all times. I had zero worries and even though we lost power for almost 24 hours we would do it all over again. Literally best vacation ever and we will be returning!!

The property overall was awesome!! We’ve stayed in condos in the past but this one by far was way more roomier and nice!!! Lisa (the one I communicated with) was awesome! If I’m not Mistaken she is the cleaning lady but she was super helpful.

Great condo! Super clean and very quiet. The only negative I could see was that there were ZERO umbrellas at the tables on the pool. There was no shade until late in the afternoon so umbrellas would have been a huge plus. Overall, fantastic place.

The place was very clean. Fully equipped with all towels, paper product, and kitchen supplies. The pantry had a lot of left products, still good to use. It was only ocean view, but good sight of the water and no wind. Everyone was very happy with the stay.

This condo was amazing to stay in! The pictures don’t do it justice, it was much larger than I thought! The keyless entry made coming in from the beach so quick and easy! Walking/driving distance to everything you need! The condo was immaculate and we will be back!

This was a nice, spacious three bedroom condo. It met all of our needs and was conveniently located across from Congo River mini golf and Dollar General. Winn Dixie was just a block down. We really appreciated all the beach chairs/towels/boogie boards, etc. There was also excellent security throughout the property!

This location was exactly what was listed. Owners were in contact with me at all times. Was prompt on answering questions. Condo was spacious for 3 Adults and 2 children. Had kitchen well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Not far from the pier or shops. . Would recommend.

Stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo is HUGE and so welcoming. The views of the beach on the balcony was beautiful. Felt right at home staying here and the garage was nice to keep my car in! Pool and hot tub were great and beach access from pool. Perfect location on Atlantic Ave. definitely cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Ken was super great when we had any questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend booking here!

Owner accepted my signed rental agreement and deposit check and took down my credit card information to charge remaining balance for the dates of March 14-19. Sent the owner an email a couple week prior to our stay to follow up since the balance was never charged to my card. He indicated he had tried "several times" to get a hold of me via email because the condo was not available-yet I had no emails from him. I asked for a copy of the emails and also asked him to return my deposit check and have not heard a word. Followed up on my request a week later-still nothing. 5 adults and one baby left looking for a place to stay in Florida, during spring break, with their travel dates just two weeks out - not cool. Also, a simple "sorry" goes a long way.

We met family members who live in Jacksonville here and shared a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend at the beach, enjoying each other's company, the oysters, and cocktails at the local restaurants. The condo exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to go back again. It was spacious, beautifully decorated with plenty of room and the necessities for six of us.
