Come stay on the 8th floor in my beautiful 2.5BR/3BA condo with bunk room and queen sleeper sofa. It is completely furnished featuring a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room and a separate bunk area and all 3 have their own full size bathrooms. Also, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room or queen air mattress whichever is preferable. There is a 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and in master and 42" in guest bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. A full size kitchen with granite countertops with stainless undermount sink and a Chef's kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need including Cuisinart cookware and crock pot too.. Tile is throughout and ceiling fans!

Pier Park is half mile from Tidewater and Frank Brown Park across from Pier Park. Spring 2025 Dolly's Pirate show theater, Top Golf and McGuires opening by Pier Park too! Family had a hard time with the elevators. Only 6 working for 30 floors. Staff security guard was extremely rude. Man renting surfboards very rude. Rest of staff nice, as was our condo host! Sheets in 2nd bedroom had hair on them. Floors filthy, socks black. socks were black and dirty.

It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms with grown sons and a Fiancee. As was warned elevators are slow during high peak time but taking the stairs wasn't bad. Very nice to have a 2 beach chairs reserved. Shelly Collins was fantastic about getting us set up for the condo with codes and answering any questions we had.

Very comfortable condo. Beds were awesome. Needs a deep clean, bottom cabinets were dirty inside and out,. Bathrooms baseboards, grout and caulking needs some attention. This could be a superior condo but it’s obvious the cleaning crew doesn’t pay attention to details. I do. Great pots and pans but very disorganized and hard to access. Basically some updates are needed and possibly downsize furniture in living room area.

I liked the unit space and location. However the wait for elevators is terrible. I lost more than a day of my vacation waiting on the elevators. My shortest wait was 40 minutes my longest was 1 hr 10 minutes. Now bear in mind I only went in and out of the room twice a day. The check in and out times needs to be staggered. Everyone was there at 4 pm to check in that was terrible, no carts, lines, the parking garage congestion , no parking then and of course the elevators of people already there or leaving. The guidelines of the beach for canopy's was not good for a family. You should keep the beach private but allow canopies to be used. I was a paying person and had to set up away for the resort to accommodate us all. I understand i could have rented more chairs but if this is an incentive provide enough to accommodate the booked party. I am used to easy access to and from my unit and ability to erect my canopy. I will not return here nor would I recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo at Tidewater. Elevators were a little slow but only during peak times, but we took the stairs a few times because it was right by the condo. The condo was very clean and just as it was stated! The view was beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Overall great stay. East check in and check out processes. Room was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals. Rooms were very clean, got to use the beach chairs that came with the room, and the view from the balcony was second to none. Got many photos of stingrays playing near the shore. Will definitely look for this place again.

Condo was spacious, perfect for our family of 5. Beds were super comfy! The view was spectacular. Only things I would change is better cooking utensils and vacuum. Sherry was great at communicating with us and great to rent from. Will definitely be back!

The condo could use some updating, one shower was basically only big enough to rinse off in as an adult- and there’s unused space in the bathroom so could be bigger. (It’s like a triangle size you’d find in a camper) One of the showers could use at least a curved rod to keep the stinky shower curtain off of you and give some more space. And the shower heads could use some cleaning. The beds were comfy. And glad it wasn’t a crowded time to come since the size of the whole building was huge, and that way there wasn’t any wait for the elevators! The pictures made the balcony look a lot bigger! For a quick stay it was fine, but wouldn’t want to stay a whole week!

Tidewater 814 is every bit as advertised. Clean, well stocked, amazing views, on corner by private elevator, and close to the pier and Pier Park. The host is very responsive and made the whole process easy. Will definitely look for this condo next time.

Property was nice. Not many things withing walking distance other than Pier Park. May choose to be further down toward the east end of PCB if we go again. Host had excellent communication and everyone at the property was very helpful and nice! Beautiful beach area.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. The unit was clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and especially appreciated being allowed to enter the unit upon our early arrival. Tidewater is conveniently located near Pier Park which made the fireworks show an enjoyable experience!

My family planned a last minute getaway for my birthday! Sherry was fantastic communicating with us and making sure we had all of the necessary information prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival, the check-in process was extremely simple. Security and the front desk staff was very friendly and answered and questions we had. The property and unit itself was clean. Several of the pictures on the walls in the unit were crooked when we arrived but other than that, the unit appeared to be well-maintained. My only negative comment would be that initially the elevators were extremely slow. However, a couple of days into our trip, it appeared that they attempted to remedy the problem by putting an elevator attendant in the elevator; it appeared to help quite a bit. Would definitely recommend.

As a first time guest at Tidewater, I will say that overall we had an enjoyable experience, however, the check-in reps at the counter (ladies wearing the blue Tidewater shirts, not the security guys) were unprofessional and simply very rude to guests. Their tone when responding to guests, no common courtesy, smart responses for no reasons. These ladies need to be educated on customer service and how to interact professionally with the public before complaints continue. I asked to speak to a manger and was told they were off duty on Saturdays and the the clerk did not try to reach out to a manager or provide a good name/contact number. I’m Very dissatisfied over the request to use a conference room that resulted in a unprofessional manner. Hopefully when I return they will be employed elsewhere.

Comfortable living facility. A few areas need to be addressed but overall enjoyed our stay. Areas that need to be looked at are-crack at bottom of bedroom door, crack in tile near kitchen, scratches on furniture and refrigerator bottom area. Bar chairs need to be reupholstered, badly stained. Photos available if you need them. Minor changes/upgrades needed. Would recommend stay to others and I would re-rent for next year jazz festival if possible.

The condo is in great location and beautifully maintained. Entire staff is excellent. Unfortunately, our property owner didn't reveal all expenses, as requested, before we booked so that set off a sour note. She continued to interrupt us with texts denying her unfortunate mistake, but our vacation went great once we just started ignoring her communication. Would go to same building again, but choose different owner.
