Welcome to Branson Creek! Villa Vista Golf our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom nightly vacation rental offers the perfect home away from home for you and your family. Also, has a bonus room for use as a bedroom.
Our home is located 8 minutes south of Branson, just minutes away from all the excitement and entertainment that the area has to offer. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, our home features a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and spacious bedrooms.
We also provide a private washer and dryer in the home, so you can make sure everyone has clean clothes for their adventures. We also have a two car garage with plenty of parking space to make sure you have enough room for all your vehicles.
The living room has a comfortable couch and two chairs, perfect for gathering around for movie night. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. We provide all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, so you can whip up tasty meals for the whole family.
The home also has a beautiful outdoor deck.

The villa was very clean and pretty. They should upgrade their paper products from the cheapest possible for such a nice place. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated prompt communications.

The place was in a convenient location and a nice quiet neighborhood. The listing is misleading and not accurate. Only one of the main level bedrooms had a king bed. The landscaping was nice but some overgrown, making it hard to get to the front door. Birds next outside of the front door, leaving a big pile of bird poop you had to step over to get to the front door. The game room is in the garage. Needs a lot of tlc. Towel rod and shower rod need replaced. Several lights were burnt out, and the grill didn’t work. Received a call before the trip saying the pool and fitness room were not available with out any explanation why.

Very nice location, quiet neighborhood, house as described! Only hiccup was needing help on the weekend, and there was no way of contacting the actual management of the house (answering service which cost $$ if you ask a a question, and they could only help if there was a mechanical emergency). Lot's of potential gotcha fees to watch out for on the checkout process which is listed on the app, but not the posted instructions. Even so, we liked the location and property.

We stayed here to meet with friends and check out some things in Branson. This place was great for all of that. It was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough as well. We had a great time.

Two Coffee machines but both had pieces missing and box fan for upstairs was broken . Beds need mattresses flipped but we did like the place a lot and neighborhood was quiet . Swimming pool access was easy and all of the ages we had in our family loved the pool. We used it 3 out of 5 days . Other than those few cosmetic details we’d stay there again . Just know the loft person / persons do not have their own bathroom.

Nice property in a great location. My husband, two kids, parents and I all stayed comfortably for a weekend in Branson. The decor was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The Christmas tree was a nice touch! I had to contact the property manager for an issue and she was very helpful and kind. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful area. It is about 15 minutes from down town Branson but very quiet and peaceful. The outside property could have used a little upkeep, only appliance was a toaster and a coffee maker. Absolutely no spices, salt or pepper, or any other kitchen supplies that have been in other homes we have rented. That said we would rent this home again.

Many doors are pocket doors and most of them were very hard to open and close. All of out door furniture was broken and unusable. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable as were both bedroom beds. The small side room with the pull out should not be considered a bedroom. Not really worth the money we spent for the weekend.

We appreciated being close to four awesome golf courses. The rental suited all of our needs but did notice some deferred maintenance needed (leak in the front bedroom ceiling from a couple of days rain) plus a few other items...

Liked the location. Very quiet. Close to everything. Home was not up to my expectations. Mattress in all bedrooms need to be taken to dump and burned. No directions on how outside auto shade worked. Carpet was filthy ..birds nest above front door. Lots of bird poop on porch. I would never stay here again.

Perfect for our family
This was perfect for our family of 9! Actually only 2 bedrooms. Has a loft with pocket doors on the stairs for privacy though. Front area with pull out couch also had pocket doors. Plenty of space and open concept kitchen and dining room made it seem so much larger. Has cable and internet which we read were problems in past reviews but NO problems here. 👍🏻

The property was a decent size and close to many attractions. The kitchen was ill stocked with only 2 pots available, no pot holders, and minimal dishes. The simple addition of a skillet and some kid friendly plastic cups and dishes would make the kitchen a lot better. They also used the pantry to store cleaning items and locked it. This severely limited storage space and made for a cluttered kitchen our entire stay. The carpet was stained and could use to be replaced. The bathrooms were clean enough and each was stocked with plenty of towels. However, many of the towels were stained which lead us to go buy our own to use. The bedroom linens were brown which is outdated and concerning in any rental property. I was concerned about hidden stains or cleanliness on dark sheets. The linens for the pull out bed where white and clean which was a pleasant addition. The outdoor patio area was great, but the table had many broke chairs and the electric grill was repulsively dirty. Finally, the foosball and basketball game in the garage were fun but there was a cracked chair piled next to them which was rather unsafe and unwelcome so we didn't allow the kids to play in the space. Overall it was a decent stay but for the price it needs a finer attention to detail and some overall improvements to amenities and cleanliness.

However the carpet needs a thorough cleaning and the cookware could use an overhaul (no skillets or baking dish and pots severely dated), thus limited when meal preparation. Could use a grill upgrade as well. Place is acceptable but dated and could use a little TLC....

Nice house and great location
Overall, this was a great property if you are planning to spend time at Big Cedar/Top of the Rock, or any of the golf courses in close proximity (Buffalo Ridge, Payne's Valley, Ozarks National, Mountain Top, Top of the Rock). An awesome little community with some nice amenities.
Bring your own soap though... the management company gives you the equivalent of what you would throw away from your own shower.
Also, be aware that there are only 3 bedrooms, and one of those is a loft. There is nothing wrong with this set up at all. Just be aware that those that sleep in the loft will have a healthy amount of noise if folks are still up in the living areas of the house. In addition, the vrbo site lists this as 4 bedroom home... it is 3 bedrooms (and that includes the loft).
Outside of the above, this is a nice home in a great location.

Was a nice property. Pictures on the site were pretty misleading. The room with the sofa bed looked like it was on another level in reality al rooms but the loft were on one level.

Nice property for golf outing!
There was a very musty smell in the house. No sports channels, espn or golf channel. Advertised as a 3 bedroom which is slightly deceiving with the open loft. Good location for golf trip with the courses just down the road. Would stay there again!

Great location for Big Cedar Golf!
The house was nice and the location was great. We had a group of guys for a golf weekend to celebrate a 40th. I think the only complaint about the house was the lack of good mattresses. Those definitely make a difference after a long day of golf.
