The only good thing about this place is the location.

The reception was very rude from the get go and nothing about the apartment was at all what the pictures showed. Very dissatisfied with the fact that they faked how the whole place and facilities was.

Excellent and marvelous sea-view, modern equipped rooms, comfy beds. Fast panoramic elevator.

The room was dusty, ok, no problem, we cleaned a lot. The Air conditioners were really dirty. Only one key for the room, and the elevator works with the key, so se were bound together (group of five) -

Horrible… simply horrible!

The place was filthy. The microwave did not work due to no turntable. Insufficient cutlery and crockery.

Amazing view but wish it was cleaner.

I loved the view from the room, it was great. Also, the location was nice and the building itself is pretty well maintained.

Unfortunately, the room was very tiny and worn down. It had no noise isolation whatsoever and you could hear anyone in the lobby. Also, it was not clean enough. The view was amazing but you could not see much through dirty windows:( It was unfortunate.

Ten minute walk down to the beach. decent enough place to stay although a little pricey considering.

Has sort of seen better days but apartment was comfortable, clean and functional. Trio market in building unusually well equipped.

Hard to decode the shift in language on the tv. ultimately managed it but then didn’t use it.

Run down, not well enough maintained, some electric sockets didn't work, air conditioning in second bedroom didn't work. They fixed the ac.

The location is excellent, as the hotel is on a cliff, hence you can hear the sea from your room. Also, as you leave the hotel you'd find yourself at the promenade. On the ground floor outside of the building, you'd find a minimarket and a good restaurant. The staff are friendly and tried their best to make us happy.

We didn't like the cleanliness of the room. Also, the overall maintenance of both the building in general and of the room, in particular, could be improved.

Not as advertised- apartment looked nothing like the photos.

It was less than 20 seconds. Enough to look… and know we couldn’t spend the night let alone two

We did not stay at all. The room was so poor - the impression from drunk host so disturbing - that we turned around and left. Would appreciate refund.

The room was appalling and ugly. Small, cramped. The host greeting us drunk. Dreadful experience. Embarrassing to me with my friend.

Shady dishonest ownership, dated minimal furniture, unclean

The location was good right next to the sea

We paid for a 44 sq m apartment, in reality it was 30 sq m (we re-measured). The owner was rude about it, said he did not care what the advert or booking said, we contacted booking.com but got no response. Everything was very old, dirty and shabby and to finish off the already unpleasant stay we spotted cockroaches in the kitchen are on the last day....

It was disappointment, they cahrge over price stay for shabat 120, and 90 cleaning fee.

Even though I have ordered 3 people place , they didn’t have bed shits for the sofa! Its unacceptable .only 2 towels.

PERFECT

LOCATION WAS PERFECT. EVEN THOUGH WE JUST OVERNIGHT I WOULD CONSIDER COMING BACK FOR A LONGGER STAY. HOST KIND AND QUICK ANSWER LINENS GOOD QUALITY AND WAS REALLY NICE TO HAVE THE TOILETRIES LIKE A HOTEL

Very good place to stay and to explore Israel from there.

Excellent located appartment with a gorgeous view to the sea shore. Parking space available straight in front of the building and a supermarket with all you need to get. Communicating was fast, precise and very helpful. Searching for washing powder, we got a cup provided immediately. Can recommending it very much.

We are very confident as we got everything we could expect for this price and of course the gorgeous view. We liked it very much despite we spend only time to sleep and to have breakfast. Will definitely consider it again when coming to Israel.

Wonderful location and a good but basic place to stay

The location was excellent and the view is just extraordinary. The room had all the necessary equipment and utensils for a comfortable stay. It was well priced.

The room needs a paint and a new fridge. The room was quite dirty when we arrived.
