Great property! Wonderful home for a family vacation. Has a separate bedroom downstairs if someone can't climb stairs.

The house was very well maintained, well furnished, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Location was great, property clean and very comfortable. Only small issue was that I wish they had some beach chairs, we brought our own so we were fine, but if I had flown it would have been a bummer...that is all I have..will for sure stay there again

Great property with excellent location and beach access. Towels and kitchen items could use a little TLC but overall nice place. Would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect location to feel like the beach was yours and yours alone . Except for beach walkers we were mostly sitting on a long stretch of beach all alone . Water was delightful, with sandy bottom and perfect depth. Many groceries / restaurants etc with 5-10 minute ride so supplies were easily available . We were only four so didn’t take advantage of the full capacity of the house, but the downstairs suite was perfect for those of us needing to minimize stairs . House was moderately well equipped . Beds were comfortable and laundry area was large and handy . Only critique would be that the towels are well past their useful life and need replacement . All in all We would definitely use the property again .

The house was mostly clean with a beautiful view of the beach and in a great location; however, found some issues: stained hand towels and blender base sticky with residue; mattresses were sinking in the middle and grill only had half side working. There was an important instruction in front of air unit that was not visible. With some minor fixes, some trimming of back vegetation for better beach view and quicker replies, this property would be total 5 out of 5.

The Tommy Bahama house is absolutely perfect. We had 5 people, more than enough space, amazing views, a private beach and every amenity we could want or need. We ended isolating there due to COVID-19 and the property manager and owners made it seamless and easy for us to stay safe and feel welcomed and taken care of -- they were in communication with us whenever we needed anything. They were prompt, caring and reliable. We would recommend this home to anyone and would rent again and again.

We originally reserved another property but with Hurricane Dorian bearing down we had to reschedule our family vacation. Collier Properties, more specifically Arlan and Jamie were very helpful in providing us with alternative options. We ended up in this house which they assured us was comparable. While I can’t compare, this house was exactly what we needed for our family to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

We stayed at the Tommy Bahama house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. Beautiful sunsets ended each day!

The Tommy Bahama House was a perfect place for Nana, Papa, daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren to spend a week. The kids of all ages loved the little back-yard beach as well as being able to go on the large beach as well! And the sunsets … sensational! The house had everything we needed/wanted … complete with a fully equipped kitchen, beach towels galore, fresh white linens, ceiling fans, air conditioning, Wifi, lounges and sand chairs for relaxing, sand toys for the kids, outdoor shower, etc. I highly recommend the house and Arlan the manager … anything we needed before booking, during the booking process and while staying there was well taken care of!

Great location! The beach is lovely. This well-equipped House has everything a family needs for beach fun. Modern appliances and great AC. Minutes to great restaurants. Plenty of parking. Worth every penny!

It wasn't that the blinds didn't work well, or that the dryer didn't dry the clothes well, or that someone before us had damaged the kitchen faucet and it didn't work well, no it was that we had received a confirmed reservation on June 2, 2018 for a stay on March 2-March 11, 2019. 8 days prior to the busted vacation, we received a text that they could only honor through March 9th. We happened to be driving to this destination, and all we husbands heard, all the way there was, HOW COULD THEY DO THAT TO US. It really destroyed the vacation mood and strained the relationship between us. When I finally called and spoke to the agent, we were told that the owner of the house had cut the time short, and that it is in the contract that they don't have to honor any commitment. My wife and I went to his office during the stay and it was then that he agreed to meet us at the house, he told us that the HOME AWAY/VRBO site and his calendar didn't match and he offered us another place to stay for those two days, but nothing like where we were staying. We finally decided to abandon the vacation early and drove back home. Not a pleasant situation.

Our family enjoyed 2 weeks over Spring Break at this amazing home on Bonita Beach!! We had the best of weather and enjoyed the beach each day. Many of the homes were vacant next door so it was as if we had all the privacy to unwind and experience the "Salt Life"! A perk to this home is the lower level additional living space and bedroom! Also the outdoor deck and private enclosed sand area where we played ladder ball and lounged on the chaises!! Hope to return to this beautiful home soon!!

The Tommy Bahama house is a throwback to the classic beach house you have always dreamed about but with all the modern conveniences you want to make your vacation all the more enjoyable. While the modern thing to do is tear down beautiful houses like this and replace them with huge, concrete monstrosities - it is refreshing to see that there are still a few classic beach houses on Bonita Beach. This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our group. Everything you need is here from the fully stocked kitchen with tons of dishes, utensils and appliances and a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are large with plenty of space to unpack and get organized. All the beds were great! We especially loved the lower level that featured a king bed, a small living room area and a kitchenette - we put our two teenage girls down there and called it the teen cave and they could not have been happier. They literally could roll out of bed, open the sliding glass doors and be on the beach. They were in heaven. My favorite spot is making coffee early in the morning and sitting on the screened in porch where I just relax and watch the surf. I can just sit there and not move until the sun sets. The home is located amongst a strip of private homes so the beach in front of you is private! Which means there are no public beaches around or the crowds that come with them. This is a big bonus when you have kids playing on the beach, we didn't have to worry about them at all. We thought we got GREAT value for our vacation dollars and can't wait to return!

We stayed three weeks at the Tommy Bahama House. It's a very comfortable house with easy beach access. It's very nicely appointed, with the best equipped kitchen we've ever encountered in a rental property. Arlan, the manager, is always very attentive and accommodating.

Our family just finished a one week stay at the Tommy Bahama House and I’m glad to report that every one of us loved the property. The house is an older Florida style home wedged in the middle of some larger modern homes but for me that just added to the charm. The house has been very tastefully decorated and updated and was extremely comfortable-from furniture to beds. It truly felt like a home away from home for the week. The view from the porch overlooking the ocean is to dies for and the patio furnishings super comfortable. It was a quick walk out to the beach each day for a stroll and to sunbathe. The downstairs apartment (perfect for in-laws or to get some quiet space away) also had a gorgeous view of the water. And the property manager (Arlan) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He touched base with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and even came to take the trash and recycling out (despite our offer to take care of ourselves). Arlan insisted that our only focus should be relaxing and enjoying the beach. If there’s a downside to this property at all it might be that it is not within walking distance of any restaurants or stores though that is true of most properties along this stretch of beach. Within 5 or so miles there is a wide variety of options for dining and shopping – everything from WalMart to Whole Foods. The kitchen is well set up and well stocked, so I would recommend shopping for the week and just going out for occasional meals as you will not beat the view from the dining room table or the deck at any other area restaurant. There were plenty of televisions and the wifi worked well enough to satisfy our teenage kids. There is also a nice supply of games, CD’s, books and other entertainment distractions stocked in the house as well as a variety of beach toys and chairs. In short, this house has all that you would want or need to enjoy a great week on Bonita Beach. We hope to return some day and hope that others get to enjoy the property as it truly is a special place!

This was our second summer at the Tommy Bahama. The new property manager Arlan was a delight to work with. Very professional. My husband ran into him outside the front of the house one morning. He had stopped by to take the garbage bins to the road so we wouldn't have to worry about it. Who does that? Super nice guy. The house is well kept. We have been renting beach homes on Hickory Blvd. in Bonita Springs for 24 years. We love the location. Coming from Miami, we enjoy the slower pace. You cannot beat the sunsets. We'll be back next year God willing.

We have stayed on Bonita Beach for many years and have not had a bad stay yet. Tommy Bahama did not let us down. I'll start by saying when we entered the home it was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning team. It was very comfortable and roomy enough for us 6 adults, 2 small children and one infant. Having the downstairs worked perfectly for some division for the little one to be able to nap and sleep as needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (when we wanted to cook). I was concerned for a minute with the number of bath linens until we opened ONE of the huge hall closets and there was linens galore! One closet even had two children's step stools which were perfect for the little ones to use at the sink. The room closets were amazing with built in shelves that made unpacking and feeling at home a breeze. The house is very tastefully decorated with such pleasant colors. The furniture was comfortable and in perfect shape. The view was unbeatable and enjoyed from both inside and from the screened in porch. We had brought our own sand toys, buggy and umbrella but there was plenty there we could've used if not. The outside shower was a little hard to find at first but was a great bonus when needing to wash off the sand. The parking was ample and this worked great for us so each couple could have their own vehicle there to come and go as they needed to. We also had other family scattered along the beach and bay that week and our place was a perfect sunset gathering spot on the beach. Not that Bonita Beach is very busy anyway, but this is on the north end and a quiet place to be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tommy Bahama to anyone as it was a wonderful home to enjoy our "beach week" with the family. I must not forget to mention that Arlan (property manager) is the best!!! He's always been very easy to work with, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions.
