We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you. We’re only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

There are so many great things to do in the area. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive a link to your customized guidebook, but here are a few of our favorites in the meantime:

☞ Take a hike at nearby Mount Baldhead Park
☞ Bike into town, grab a cup from Uncommon Coffee Roasters and explore the cute shops on Butler Street
☞ Head to Fenn Valley Vineyards for a wine tasting

Other than the locked “owner’s closet” that just has boring stuff in it anyway, nothing is off limits so make yourself at home. Feel free to use the 2-car garage, bikes, and backyard.

Welcome to your home away from home here in Saugatuck! The first thing you'll notice is how sparkling clean the house is. That's because we partner the absolute best cleaning partners in the biz. Next you'll be amazed how much bigger the home is than it looks in the pictures.

The Main Floor is where the adults will spend most of their time, between the fully stocked kitchen, sitting area with smart TV, or my personal favorite the Four Seasons room with windows on three sides. Sadly, the windows are inoperable for the safety of our guests and the ears of our neighbors. There's also the king master suite and a queen bedroom on the Main Floor, easy for anyone who doesn't do well with stairs.

Additional highlights:
~Seating for fifteen between the dining table and kitchen counter
~Large front porch w/ Adirondack chairs for sipping coffee in the morning
~Two car garage, driveway parking, basketball hoop
~Outdoor games (Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, Croquet, Horse Shoes, Whiffle Ball, Frisbee)
~Beach gear, including chairs, towels, and beach toys
~Patio area in backyard w/ couches and fire pit*
~Living room w/ wood burning fireplace*, 55" TV, and board games
~BBQ grill
~Fully stocked kitchen
~Half bath
~Laundry room
~Four Season Sun Room directly off the kitchen that looks out into beautiful wooded and landscaped yard
~Master bedroom w/ Memory Foam King Bed, real down pillows, real down duvet, walk-in closet and en-suite full bathroom
~Second bedroom w/ Memory Foam Queen Bed, real down pillows, real down duvet

★”Beds are so comfortable.” - Super Guest

If you're tired or want to get some work done, head upstairs where you'll find the third and fourth bedrooms as well as a quiet office area.

~Office and sitting area w/42" Smart TV
~Third bedroom w/memory foam king bed with down alternative pillow and duvet, and additional smaller day bed, great to relax during the day or for children to sleep
~Fourth bedroom with two memory foam king beds with real down pillows and duvets, and a crib for the littlest ones
~Full bathroom

If you're looking to play, head downstairs where you'll find activities that will keep your kids from ever having reason to say "I'm bored". This is also where the fifth bedroom is located.

~Game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and more
~Children's play area with toys, pretend play features, and lots of places to hide
~Sofa and 65" Smart TV
~Wet bar
~Bedroom with two queen memory foam beds with real down pillows and duvets
~Full bathroom w/tub

Most guests come and go by car, but if you’re flying in, Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) is a 47 minute drive. There’s also the Holland Station for Amtrak. Once you’re here, most folks get around by car, but the bikes we have at the house are also a great way to get into town.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space, the surroundings, and the neighbors with respect. For us and our neighbors, the most important thing is to be seen but not heard, especially after dark. What that means is we adhere strictly to the quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Noise and talking from the rear patio, and even the four seasons room with the sliders open, carries very well, so if you are enjoying this space at any time, please keep your voices to a close, conversational volume. We have noise monitoring devices that will alert us if the noise is an issue. We also have neighbors who will alert us if noise becomes an issue.

Other than the need for our guests to play and enjoy the outdoor space at a reasonable volume, our house rules are pretty standard. No pets, no smoking, don't burn the house down. That kind of thing.

We DO NOT allow pets. We love animals and we know you love yours, but we cannot afford the cost to clean and maintain furniture and interiors associated with allowing pets.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you may be asked to complete our independent verification through our partner Superhog/Know Your Guest. Please expect an email and/or text from Superhog shortly after making your reservation with a link to complete the guest verification and purchase the $35 accidental damage waiver. This covers you for any damages that may occur up to $500.

Grill & Fire Pit: Both are propane fueled. Guests are responsible for getting their own propane tank(s). Guests often leave an empty one at the house, so our recommendation is to go to the house first and see if there are any low or empty tanks. Here are some options for new and/or tank refills:

This home has everything you need for large families or large groups of friends. All of items mentioned in the listing were accurate. The spacious living spaces were filled with all the items needed for a great time! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The home is located close to town in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very attentive to questions. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to visit the area.

Our daughter was getting married at a nearby venue at the Felt Estate and we needed a home that could accommodate our family and my Mother and Father in law. This was the perfect house. It was well stocked with anything you could need including a professional steamer that we were able to use on the wedding dress. The bridesmaids were able to get hair and make-up done with room to spare. Every bedroom is spacious with very comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy. Ian was prompt in answering any question I had. Eva is the owner and is equally lovely. We had a lovely weekend and I highly recommend this home. The garage was filled with beach toys bikes and 2 coolers. Multiple families could stay here very comfortably I definitely would return

Great amenities! It looks like you put a lot of thought into everything that anyone would want in a VRBO rental. We had a slow drain in one of the showers, we called the host at 11am and a plumber was there by 1pm! Well worth it!

Big home with excellent toys for one year old to adults. Play area set up for little ones. Foosball and Shuffleboard for adults. Outside games available. Tommy Bahama beach chairs. No need to bring your own. Be sure to check out interurban bus for a ride to and from Oval Beach. Traffic was crazy to drive there. $1 each to ride the bus that picks you up. Gather in grill area, basement rec room, three season room and front porch. Big kitchen with lots of seating at the kitchen table. We barely rode our bikes, not really a bike friendly area, at least for road bikes. In the area we enjoyed eating at Southernly, going on a river cruise, and especially liked the dune ride. We also found a set of 8 pickleball courts in Douglas. Of course, all the very cute shops. Great days here with our three adult kids and their families… 😃😃

We loved our stay at Evas place. The front yard and driveway were perfect for young children play (including scootering!). Nice quiet street. Great option of 2 fridge spaces and 2 washer/dryers. Basement full of toys for kids. Only complaint was the floors. Made our feet and socks black. Likely due to too much soap just moving dirt around vs actually cleaning. House has had some love overall but the location and size was great!
