Schwerin ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, die man von dieser Unterkunft aus gut erkunden kann.

City und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es ist ein Parkplatz verfügbar.

Es war zeitweise laut (Verkehrslärm). Das Schlafzimmer war relativ klein (3 Betten in einem Raum)

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende und es gab alles, was wir brauchten.

Es war sauber und alles, was man so braucht, war vor Ort. Das Schlafzimmer war ruhig Richtung Innenhof gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Parkplätze und Hundemitnahme günstig machbar. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Schloss und in ca 15 Minuten in die Stadt.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, sodass in der Wohnküche der Straßenlärm gut zu hören war. Die ganze Stadt Schwerin war trotz offensichtlicher Pflegeaktionen und -Bemühungen ziemlich dreckig (Geschmiere an den Türen und Wänden, Scherben, Hundekot und Müll in den Straßen,…).

Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung, Lage der Wohnung, Stellplatz direkt am Haus 😊

Sauberkeit im Bad (Haare auf dem Boden) Qualität der Matratze, zu zweit in dem Doppelbett ging gar nicht, hatte das Gefühl in einer Kuhle zu liegen und habe jedes drehen und bewegen meines Partners gespürt

Praktische Ferienwohnung, von der aus Schloss und Altstadt zu Fuß prima zu erreichen sind.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1 km vom Schloss entfernt, an einer belebten Straße. Auch in die Altstadt konnte man gut zu Fuß gehen. Nachts war die Straße überraschend ruhig. Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus, der allerdings recht eng war. Trotzdem war ich sehr dankbar dafür, denn so konnte ich das Auto tagsüber stehen lassen. Im Haus selbst war es sehr ruhig und ich habe mich in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

Die Matratze des Bettes war recht durchgelegen und auch die Bettwäsche (Seersucker) fühlte sich nicht sehr gut an. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne, was für mich nichts so praktisch war, da ich aufgrund Arthrose in den Knien Probleme hatte, sicher in die Badewanne zu kommen. Die Wohnung Spatz lag im ersten Stock; es ging über eine geschwungene Treppe nach oben, was für mich mit dem schweren Koffer etwas problematisch war.

Super Ferienwohnung

Tolles Sofa, gutes Bett, Küche und Bad auch bestens. Besser geht es einfach nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

An den Eingängen und vor den Fenstern teilweise Spinnen. Am besten vor dem Lüften schauen, welche Fenster man öffnet und welche lieber nicht. Das ist leider normal in Schwerin. Die Vermieter haben uns die Wohnung aber Spinnen-frei übergeben: dafür bedanken wir uns. Bei einer Reise nach Schwerin am besten Spinnen-Gift mitnehmen...

Superb

Comfortable and functional apartment with great kitchen amenities. Very good location in central Schwerin with the palace and a supermarket down the road, and just a short walk from several attractions and restaurants - we even found a nice little nook to go swimming in the Schweriner See (away from the harbour and main waterfront areas) a few minutes walk down the street. The host was very hospitable and a delight. We very much enjoyed our stay in Schwerin and hope to visit again one day!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful town

Very good location. It's clean,the beds are comfy. Living room and kitchen adequate. Family friendly. Parking spot!

Probably owed to the age of the house/plumbing the water temperature is regulated quite poorly. Not ideal with small children. Also, carrying small kids up and down the stairs to get to the apartment might be tricky if rented for longer .

The staff were very nice and the place was very clean. Location perfect to go around town and castle on foot.

Bed and pillows were really soft and gave no support, WI Fi very slow in the room we were in, street in front very loud at all times and the apartment gets very warm so with open windows impossible to sleep

Exceptional

We were in need of a reasonably priced self-catering accommodation in Schwerin and the apartment was perfect! The apartment was well thought out, had great facilities and was in a perfect location close to the old town. Also, the bed was so comfy I slept better than I had in weeks!

Very good

The apartment was in a good location. Clean, cozy, in a quiet area near a supermarket. Great space for stay with kids. Staff gentle.

I expected four beds ready for sleep and there were only three ready. The sofa bed was not ready for sleep and not covered. I didn't like the pillow. Pay for a towel.
