All in all was a wonderful stay. GPS did get us a little lost but the host was able to talk us to the destination. Excellent place to spend the weekend and celebrate my mom's birthday. Thank you guys!

Very good location for kayaking the Caddo. Nice place as well.

Nice place but too far from the river and the living area is only suitable for two adults and one child. We had four adults and one 16-year-old. There was no place to sit in the living area to hang out in the evenings. It was way too small for that size of a group. We had no idea that it would be that small and no place to sit.

The cabin was a great weekend getaway for our family. It was just a couple of miles from the river entrance for our float. It was clean, cute, and so nice and quiet out. However, one of the bedrooms had trouble cooling off because the sun was pouring in the window. The second day I managed to hang a blanket over the window and that helped quite a bit. It also helped keep it dark in the morning. The bedrooms could greatly benefit from some light-blocking curtains. Overall, it was a really nice visit and I would stay at the cabin again!

Great location ! Awesome communication with property owner. This is our second visit to the property, stayed in a different cabin. Good distance from town as well and Hit Springs. Only negative was the cabin we picked this time was more like an antique store, furniture/ beds / sitting were super uncomfortable and small. Even with that we will be returning for another float ASAP

Best weekender EVER! We will definitely be back. The cabin was so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The acreage was stunning. We floated the river with River Run Canoe & Kayak. They picked us up right at the property to float and our float ended at the cabin. It couldn't have gotten any better. We will only stay here when floating the Caddo.

It was a perfect spot! The cabin was clean and so was the property. My kids had a great time! The owners were quick to respond back to me. We will be staying here again when we come back in the future!

All we had to bring was our food. Property was quiet and peaceful. Our granddaughter got to enjoy the river for the first time and she loved the cabin. We will definitely be back 😊

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Weather was great and got to enjoy a nice fire outside while watching the fireflies do their thing. Getting the TV to work was a bit of a problem, but got it going. Checklist will need to be updated. There were no trash bins next to the cabin.

The flies were awful. You need to check on something dead under the building. Cabin needs updating. A/C in main room is too small to properly cool. I had opportunity of staying in lg cabin directly in fron and was expecting that quality. I was sorely disappointed. I only get grandchildren once a year and out stat was all about killing flies!

Excellent communication with host. Home was charming, comfortable, clean and offered a great location.

This cabin was perfect for what I was looking for and it was realized even more upon arrival. It was so peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet place for a couple or with a kid or 2, this is great. There is plenty of space to do things outside and just enough space inside to not be on top of each other. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to go back myself one day.

We had a blast! We took our 5yr old for all of our first Kayaking trip! Theres a shuttle from right by the cabin to the drop off and you end at the same spot! About 3 min walk from the cabin! Local food was great and friendly people in town!

The property was beautiful. Pictures on-line are accurate. Love how close the river is to the cabin. Would definitely stay there again.

We drove to the diamond mine sat and sun and still had time to fly fish the river! Breathtaking beautiful and the whole setup was super cute! Great job. Oh by the way the can opener was really hard to use and we only had 3 coffee cups.
