Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:
- You must be 33 years of age to book this home
- A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
- NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
- Occupancy is limited to 14 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day
- No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
- A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
- Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
- Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.

Beautiful Mansion
Everything about this rental property was amazing, from the rental process to check in to location/views/amenities. The pictures really don't do this place justice! I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a fabulous vacation and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great backyard!
Love the backyard of this property, and the grill! Grilled for the whole family, and had a relaxing time by the pool (we used the pool heat of coarse). HOLIDAYRENTAL gave my family & I an unforgettable vacation, I cant wait to book again!
They also helped me find a great restaurant to take the family to for my daughters graduation!

Easy to entertain!
The pool was awesome , and the option to add pool heat was great! Easy to entertain at this property, and has stunning views! It truly felt like I was at my own private resort! The maid service was an added bonus!

Amazing Property
This property was more amazing than I could have ever imagined. We have rented many VRBO properties since we have such a large family and this property was more than we could have ever expected. When we posted pictures of our trip on Facebook, people thought we were staying at a resort because of the gorgeous pool and water slide. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There were nine of us (5 were children) and we had an awesome time. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Arizona.

Great comfortable place with amazing views!
Perfect getaway. Very relaxing, we hardly left the property the entire weekend. The home and lot were much more than we expected from viewing the photos. Great location!!!
