Bearadise is a deluxe cabin located 1.5 miles off of the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge with easy access to Dollywood, comedy and musical theatres, shopping and the Great Smokey National Park It is in the private and wooded Brookstone Village Resort, an ideal choice for relaxation or a peaceful retreat. The 3-story cabin has three levels of decks overlooking the mountains.
The grill master in any group will enjoy our stainless steel gas grill with table and plenty of chairs for a perfect cook-out on the second deck. A 6-person hot tub, located on the first deck, overlooks the mountains, plus multiple chairs and rocking chairs on all three levels for sunbathing and stargazing. Relax on one of three decks with a loved one while watching the sun set behind the mountains. Or, if you prefer, go for a swim in the resort's pool just a short walk or drive away.
Inside the cabin you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen and an adjacent dining room with a large table that seats 8. There is also a cozy kitchen bar that can seat 4 more.
Enjoy a crackling fire in the gas stone fireplace in the cooler months, or just sit back & enjoy your favorite book or watch a movie on the TV/DVD.
The game room features a pool table, foosball, table games and lounge area with sofas, chairs and a TV.
Bearadise contains three large king bedrooms on the third floor, including two master suites. The main floor contains one large King bedroom. The 1st floor contains two large bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen). There is a Queen Sofa Bed in the Lounge Area. On the second floor in the sitting area, there is another Queen Sofa Bed. Each bedroom is furnished with log, Aspen beds and deluxe, pillow-top mattresses for quality sleeping. In each bedroom, there is a Roku Smart streaming TV, so that you can retire to the privacy of your bedroom and watch your favorite movie or read a book.

Great location if your goal is Dollywood and the National Park. We liked the house has six bedrooms with large beds. The owner was a clear communicator. Easy to work with. We had a nice stay.

The location was good if you wanted to do the "touristy" stuff. Our family was vacationing to just hang out and do some hiking in the Smokies. The age ranges were 6 to 86 so having different levels (with different thermostats) was ideal! The pictures of the cabin were a bit deceiving. There was no outdoor space for younger kids to play, which I thought the pictures showed a bit of grass. The rooms looked bigger than they really were, so 13 people in the living room/kitchen area was crowded or downstairs by the game area. We appreciated the extra chairs outside that we used to eat all together. Which brings me to the kitchen facilities....there were an overabundance of plates in cabinets and didnt leave much space for the snacks and food items we planned on preparing. The pots and pans for us to use were minimal for our size group. (I realize many families might not want to cook while on vacation)
All in all, it was a nice place to stay. The host was responsive, it was pretty clean, it had everything the post said it had just not big enough for the 11 adults and 2 kids.

Took a small group to the Rod Run. Everyone loved the cabin. No crazy loud thru traffic. Plenty of room and enough parking for 4.

Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Parking is ample for 4 vehicles. Arrangement of rooms gives families a place to gather, visit and share meals while also providing separate areas for sleeping and rest. Kitchen has room to cook and serve with excellent supply of kitchen tools etc. Master bedroom on main floor was roomy but arranged awkwardly. There were no nightstands or tables next to bed. Bathroom lacked places to put items from home such makeup case etc. Cabin overall was fairly clean though noticed under beds were dusty as were books in holder in master on main floor. Overall great trip and a nice place to spend with family.

The property was exactly as listed. It was perfect for our 14 family members over Christmas week in Pigeon Forge. We especially appreciated the festive decor and Christmas tree. Theresa was super responsive and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

The cabin is nice it is in basically a subdivision and parking is tight! If there is bad weather good luck getting in or out! The bathroom upstairs leaks in the kitchen no matter how careful you take a shower! The place close to pigeon forge and gatlinburg! It just has some odds and ends that need to be fixed! Besides the tub leaking we had a good stay and would possibly return! Also it is pet friendly and we brought our dog and there is very minimal places to let them use the restroom! But all in all for a weekend get away we had a good stay and no one complained besides the leaking shower! Thanks again

Great location and beautiful view. It’s convenient to everything- stores and hiking. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Every adult/couple had their own king bedroom and most had their own bathroom. There is a lot of “stuff” in the main living area making us have to move things away from the kids. Housekeeping/cleanliness on the main floor was not good as area rugs needed vacuumed and cleaned. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Soap was provided but No starter shampoos are provided. Be sure to bring some.

Our stay was good. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The cabin location was good being close to food & entertainment. The floors & rugs in the house were not very clean. There was a leak from an upstairs shower that dripped into the kitchen. There were ants by the front door inside the house.

This was a very nice property for family get away. Description of property very accurate. Host was very easy to work with. Also, went out of way to correct our check on electricity when it went out in the very cold weather. Her lady that manages property was an exceptional manager and took care of every thing, went out of her way to make sure we had lanterns and heaters when electricity went out! Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was wonderful ! It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, but still maybe a mile away from the middle of Pigeon Forge. It was the best of both worlds, and I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again.

Mountain Vacation
In the past we have always gone to the beach but this year we decided to go to the Mountains. Pigeon Forge seemed like the best with Dollywood and the Mountains. The cabin we rented was perfect for our family and our 2 dogs. Plenty of bedrooms and amenities. We have rented many homes for our past vacations but this home stands out! The hosts were the most gracious and informative people we have delt with. They were always pleasant even after I called them many times with lots of questions. Any place we have rented in the past. we always had to go out and buy various accessories that the house didn't have. This house had everything and I mean EVERYTHING -PLATES, POTS, PANS, GLASSES, TOWELS, BLANKETS, ETC!!!!!!! We can't say enough about this house and the hosts. Thank you for making this vacation a success for our family. We will definitely consider renting this home if we go back to Pigeon Forge.

Smokey Mountain Get-A-Way
We’ll equipped mountain home, spacious, comfortable with close access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities. As our week was unseasonably warm, the community pool was a welcome treat for afternoon fun with the grand children. The hosts were responsive and communicated promptly.

My husband, daughter, and I shad a wonderful experience staying in the cabin. Our puppy enjoyed it even more! The cabin is beautiful just like the pictures and has the best location! This home is amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. Cleanest vrbo we’ve stayed in—definitely well kept. Of note, the bedrooms on the lowest level are smaller than upstairs—better suited for kids than couples—great that each has its own bathroom. The cabin is beautiful and spacious. It is also conveniently located to the main strip; plenty of shopping, activities, dining close by. Plenty of plates and glasses and basic cooking supplies. We really enjoyed our time there. The only “complaints” from our group would be the lack of backing on the rugs that made a trip/fall hazard for the youngest and the elderly in our group (we ended up rolling up and stowing away a couple of the rugs for safety); the kitchen while having plenty of dishes and flatware, the cookware was not ideal for cooking for a large group, not enough large pots, and also the knives could use a sharpening or just an update. But overall, the entire family really enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend it to others and go for a repeat visit.

This cabin was excellent for our group of 11 adults and 2 children. It's equipped with everything we needed and more. Location not far from town was great too! Loved the decks on all 3 floors as we spent a lot of time on them. Enjoyed the hot tub also even though half the jets worked but that didn't hinder any of our stay. Would definitely stay there again if I bring another group down.

The place had bed bugs and cockroaches...l couldn't just leave because we had a dog and wedding activities... I spoke with the owners but nothing was suggested except for us to move..Some where able to but most had to stay due to the dog and no time to move...we had to eat out due to the infestation of the cockroaches and we moved up stairs to sleep!!!

Wonderful cabin for family.
Celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with kids and grandkids. We have stayed in a lot of cabins but none that were stocked like this one. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already there. Very clean and had a nice deck area. Very cozy. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend!

Parts of the cabin need work. Railings poor shape, decks need a good painting. Inside was fine. Need more garbage receptacles at the cabin. Location to town, good.
We had Five cars , at first not enough parking due to a car with Ohio plates already parked there. Phoned the owners of the cabin , left message but no response. Having stayed at other cabins I would not consider this a “Premier Cabin”. Overall okay experience

Anniversary celebration
Beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Lots of dirty laundry left in hallway. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was excellent except for nearby noisy construction. Parking limited for large family gatherings. Inside and exit doors stuck due to moisture. Some downstairs recreation equipment in need of repair and not useable.
