(3) Bedrooms have Queen Size beds, the (4th) Bedroom has Bunk beds with full and twin size mattress. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with Dishware, toaster Oven, Blender, microwave and much more. There are (2) separate living room areas. Brand New Outdoor Shower. Huge Backyard with Gas Grill and Patio set. Also a fire pit! Central air condition. Outdoor Shower. Driveway fits 3+ cars - 6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!!! - Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs / Umbrella /Beach Buggy all kept in shed to be used during your stay. Linens can be included for additional fee. This was obviously a flip - cutting corners for quick money. There were rusty nails sticking out of deck, none of the blinds fit the windows, not a well stocked kitchen, and obvious poor craftsmanship. The listing did not mention being right next to a restaurant which was a lot of noise and a privacy issue. The worst was that each bed was so loud you couldn’t rollover without waking yourself and you rolled a lot trying to get comfortable in the most uncomfortable beds. There was even a condescending note in the stay booklet about not to expect the comfort of your own bed - odd very odd. If only the owners would invest in the property and the guests comfort - then they would make the money they obviously want. But without investment I don’t recommend. First poor review I have ever written in over 10yrs of consistent vrbo stays…

Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.

Great location and setup of house, walls could use fresh coat of paint , cleaning company didn’t do a great job of cleaning after prior renting leaving, a closet door was not on the track and couldn’t be put back, a screen was off one of the back windows, door to yard is hard to lock or open and there are ants in the home

My sister and I enjoyed a fantastic week in this updated home in the best part of Beach Haven. The layout was ideal for our kids and was modern and spacious. Much time was spent playing corn hole in the back yard with family or having coffee on the deck! We will be back next summer.

This is my second time renting this home. The location is perfect and within walking distance to a ton of restaurants, shops, and in season attractions. The set up of the house is perfect because you never feel like you’re right in top of one another. Great place!

We had no issues renting this wonderful property. There was plenty of soace for 7 adults who were in town for a wedding. The house was located close to the wedding venue. We had no problems with traffic and we had beautiful weather ! The hosts were quick to reply with any questions and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing stay with plenty of room.

The house was in a great location and met our needs perfectly. The two separate sitting areas was a nice way to divide up the kids from the adults. The only issue we had were the beds. They were comfortable but very creaky.

House had great ammenities and plenty of room and lots of TVs. The mattress on the queen bed in front room was very soft and the box spring was noisy. Could you a new set there, otherwise everything was great.

Great place and location. House needs potholders, dish towels and a working can opener. We had to go buy these things. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!
