Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.
Sleeps: 8 in 4 bedrooms Beds: 1 x king size bed, 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds, 1 x bunk beds
Accommodation Ground Floor Living room: 2 sofas, arm chair, occasional tables, flatscreen TV, fireplace. Open plan reception/diner/kitchen: comfortable seating area with sofa, TV electric stove heater. Dining table and 8 chairs. Kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Shower room: shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin, Utility room: washing machine, storage area and patio doors that lead out to the split-level garden.
First Floor Bedroom 1: king bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Bedroom 3: bunk bed, chest of drawers. Bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin, shower cubicle, WC.
Second Floor Bedroom 4: twin beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, restricted head height with sloping ceilings..
Entertainment: TV, music system, Sony Playstation, Outside: split level garden. Parking: on road parking on first come first served basis. General: changeover day Saturday. Gas CH. Underfloor heating in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. 4 star rating. Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: no smoking. Sloping ceilings in bedroom 4.
