The large living room is great for family gatherings. This common space is complete with 42' flat screen TV, DVD/CD, Wi-Fi and cable, as well as an ipod docking station. The owner's unique art and furniture adds character throughout the home. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances throughout. There are two ovens - including one convection oven - as well as all the kitchen gadgets and cooking necessities you may need. If you decide to take the cooking outside, there are both a propane and traditional charcoal grills for your convenience. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has its own bathroom. The two larger bedrooms each boast exceptional ocean views, and the third bedroom is eclectically decorated for the inner child in us all. There are two short trails located at the back of the property. One of these leads to Osprey’s private beach where you can look for agates and sunbathe. The other trail takes you to the Trinidad town center and all its unique shops, restaurants, and pier. One aspect that can not be overstated about Osprey House is the complete privacy you will experience during your stay. Unlike most homes in the area, the property is not located on a main street or in a crowded neighborhood. Once you have entered through the private gate, you needn’t worry about the ‘outside world’ - the large property offers plenty of secure parking, as well as shelter from the curious gazes of people passing by.
