A single story two bedroom, two bath villa close to the main pool area and community fitness room. The property offers a master bedroom with a king bed and guest bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom and has a combination shower and tub. There is a stacked washer and dryer in a closet adjacent to the guest bathroom. The spacious living room features a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa and a dining table with seating for five. The living room opens to a large patio with a dining table and seating for four. The full kitchen has a gas stove and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The queen areo bed in the living room provides sleeping for up to six. The gated resort community of Legacy Villas in a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort. The property offers comfort and value in a great location. It can be combined with LV021 to create a 3 bedroom villa with 2 master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 2 bedroom and studio units. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

The Legacy Villa community is a gem. The unit we rented (2 bedroom, 2 bath) was very clean with plenty of kitchen accessories, linens, etc. Amazing view of the moutains from the patio. Main pools were crystal clear and warm. The main spa was clean, appropriately hot and the jets are strong. Everywhere you look, there is an incredible view of palm trees and mountains. Plenty of places to jog and walk. Also many lovely areas to relax with a coffee at breakfast, or take in the late afternoon views with a glass of wine. Highly recommend rentals in this community to experience La Quinta and the greater Palm Springs area with ease and comfort.

This property could not be in a more perfect location. It is right across the street from the main pool. Being able to park in the garage was a major plus, as opposed to having to park in the lot. The property was clean and there were no issues while I was there. I would have no issue booking this property again next summer.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We love that it is pet friendly! The location is key as it is right across the street from the main pool. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

We have vacationed in the Coachella Valley 2xs a year for the last 12+ years and stayed at a number of condos including this one during a previous visit. This is the first semi-negative review We have ever written.
We were very sad to see the condition of this unit has slipped. Some of the furniture and woodwork need an update, the kitchen is very poorly stocked, and the unit needs an overall floor to ceiling cleaning including windows, blinds, baseboards, walls, drawers, and carpets. There were dead cockroaches on the patios and walkway (glad they were dead) upon arriving. The patios were extremely dirty and not useable until they were cleaned by my husband.
On the positive, the kitchen and baths were well cleaned.
We happened to have friends also renting two other units in the complex. Both of those units were in better condition including deep cleaning, a nicely stocked kitchen and furniture that wasn’t worn out or broken.
The unit is across the street from the main pool, which is convenient and Legacy Villas is a lovely complex. We did receive a very quick response to a couple of issues by the rental managers.

Though the location of the property was great, the state of the unit was poor. It was quite filthy with dust everywhere, grime on the walls, and dirty utensils and dishes. The furniture was very outdated. Was expecting a better state of the unit with how much it cost.

There are a couple of issues that need to be addressed. Master bedroom fan extremely loose. No able to use. Bathroom in hall kept running. Had to remove cover to manual stop it.
Second bedroom no dresser for clothes.

Close To Pools and Accommodating
Place is clean and in great location. It is across the street from the main pool. The team was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay by one night and requested late checkout. They were able to grant both requests. Thank you!... the only issue was that there were mosquitoes and we all got mosquito bites inside the apartment (even when doors were closed at all times). If given the opportunity, I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the great time!

Spring break get away
The villa was nice and clean. The location was absolutely perfect! Right across from the main pool and easy access to the lap pool. We will be back. It’s a great place to relax.

Location , size, and side patio wonderful! Condo needs some updates-wood shutters that work to let the sun in and blinds that work; plus wood tables are warped and scarred. Comfortable beds and pillows . We expected a hide-a-bed, as we were party of 3 women, but there wasn't one. I would rent from you again.

Good little home
Enjoyed the townhome, secure neighborhood, very nice pool with full service. Went to store and bought chicken and steak for the grill before we learned the grill was broken and shorted out the breaker.

Quick Family Getaway
Our stay was only two nights, but we will be back! Proximity to the main pool was perfect because came with our one year old. We loved the splash pad and beach entrance pool in the evening. Places like this are perfect when traveling with kiddos. It was just what we needed.

Perfect location
LV213 was situated perfectly between the main pool and smaller community pool. The unit was clean and well stocked. The area is so peaceful and quiet. This was our second visit to the complex. Communication with California vacation rentals was easy and responsive. Will use again

Memorial Weekend Getaway
My family and I rented this family and we had a wonderful time. This unit is located right across from the main pool however we spent all of our time at the lap pool. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We made breakfast, lunch, and dinner it was great! We also appreciated the new sponge and dishwasher soap provided to clean up. We will definitely return this was so much more than we expected.

The television and thermostat took a little getting used to but worked great as well as the internet.Our 11 nights went by without a hitch and we look forward to returning.

This was our first time staying in the Legacy Villas and we really lucked out on finding a single story 2B, 2B unit in one of the best locations, across from the main pool with few neighbors.
Check in could not have been easier and everything was as expected, including an empty 2 car garage. I loved the secluded, quiet atmosphere of LV surrounded by the gorgeous mountains that dominate the view throughout.
We caught the end of the quarantine in January so we basically had the pools to ourselves. The soaker tub in the master bath was huge but the oversized spout and good water pressure fillled it in no time.
The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it quite often. The little electric grill on the patio was surprisingly very effective and we used it often. The television and thermostat took a little getting used to but worked great as well as the internet.
Our 11 nights went by without a hitch and we look forward to returning.

Awesome Location
Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and eady to check in and out without any contact. Kids did not want to leave and really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back and recommend this to everyone.

Clean condo, poor management
When we arrived, the door code was inaccurate and I didn’t receive a door code that worked until day 2 of our trip. The front gate was extremely strict and would not let any of my guests in until I connected with the property management company.

We enjoy staying at these villas 4 times a year or more. Everytime we have a great experience. Our kids love it as its secluded but makes for a fun community experience then a free standing house. Many pools so you can have some quiet time at one of them .During Covid you need to sign up for pool time on weekends only. They are enforcing which is great but We didnt know this so didnt get a spot until late Saturday at 3: If you want to do the big pool you need to get there at 8:30am and line up for your 2 hour spot.Kinda a bummer but we were happy to have a getaway that was safe. this particular unit needs some upgrades. The couch was so uncomfortble it made watching a movie not enjoyable that we pulled it out and figured we could lay on it but it was broken so I dont think it can be used as a bed if you need extra space

Good- great location, well stocked with daily needs(utensils furniture). Great patio. Grounds in the villas were spotless and beautiful. We asked guest services for a few issues and response was quick. We spent a few hours cleaning before we could unpack. The kitchen cupboards and floors were very dirty. The bathrooms and linens were clean however. Biggest complaint is living room furniture. We put extra pillows under couch cushions in order for us to sit on it. Other furniture pieces need to be updated as well.

A great location, confortable accommodations. The only issue was the furniture needs to be up dated, the Sofa, was completely broken down and the upholstery was dirty, we used a towel to cover it up before we could sit on it.

Great Condo and Location
Stayed here for just over 2 weeks. The complex is great (nice pools, hot tub, and fitness center), and the unit's location within the complex is really good.
Joy at the property management company is excellent, and was able to address a couple of minor issues for us immediately on two separate occasions, and had someone come over and fix them right away.
Legacy Villas is close to Old Town La Quinta, food shopping, restaurants, and great golf courses.

the place was as described. the unit was clean and accurate to the description. I had a few prior questions for the owner the they were quick to respond. my family had a great stay. the place is really close to the main pool. i would stay here again.
