About this house rental

Your vacation begins the moment you walk inside 2 Elkstone Place. Surrounded by luxury and beautiful views, immediately you will feel relaxed. This three level townhome feels like your own private home with everything you could think of. As you enter the large entry foyer, there is a lovely powder room and stairs to the upper and lower levels. The entry (main) level consists of a large living area, gourmet kitchen and elegant dining room which seats 10 people. Off of the great room there is a spacious deck with fabulous mountain views.

Upstairs there are two master suites, each with luxurious baths, walk-in closets and king beds. The lower level features an additional den/game room and a bunk area with a double sized bunk bed. One guest room has a queen bed which shares a double bath with the bunk room. The second guest room has 2 double beds and a private bath. Just outside of the lower den there is a private patio with a hot tub. The oversized laundry room is also on this level.

Once you arrive, you won't need a car as the location is very convenient. The Mountain Market grocery and the gondola station are directly across the street, providing easy access to the Mt Village core and the town of Telluride. There is ski in/ski out access at the end of the driveway on the Double Cabins run (100 step walk from the front door). In the summertime, the deck is fully furnished and has a grill. This property is perfect for 1 or 2 families, or several couples... your ideal on-mountain Telluride vacation rental.

We stayed 3 nights with 7 people in the unit. The property manager was very good and got back to us with any questions. We had something that was broken when we entered into the unit and she had it repaired immediately. The unit was spacious and well appointed. We would definitely stay at it again.

This house is wonderful! The location is perfect - an easy walk to both the local grocery store and the gondola, and walk down the street to ski right on double cabins run. Beds are comfortable, kitchen beautiful and fully stocked, bathrooms are updated and showers are amazing. Plenty of space to hang and all bedrooms were a nice size. We had 2 families and was great with 2 masters upstairs and 3 rooms downstairs for all the kids. Highly recommend this fantastic Telluride location!

The home was in great condition, well equipped and spacious enough for our group. The location was perfect- ski in/out a very short walk away and the market gondola across the road.

We were in Telluride with another family to ski and snowboard for 4 days. Gorgeous property with the most perfect location. Each day we had a choice to use the gondola to get to the slopes or we could literally walk a few hundred yards to ski in and out. The master bedrooms were large and bathrooms have heated floors. The fireplace was inviting and the kitchen and dining area became a gathering place after skiing each afternoon before we headed out to dinner. The condo is very well stocked, with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc… We had a couple of maintenance issues which were resolved quickly. Management and owner were very quick to respond and address any issues. Garage has convenient space and fixtures to store skis, snowboards, and boots. Check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. We fell in love with Telluride! This is most definitely our new ski/snowboard resort hands down!

We traveled with little ones and the house could not be more accommodating for us adults and our boys. The home provided a great downstairs for the boys and upstairs for us adults. The living area felt like home and the kitchen was well suited for our needs. As far as the skiing . . . it's a simple/easy walk to "Double-Cabin." Easy in-easy out! When we return, we will look here first. Thank you.

We had a wonderful family/friend vacation and coukd it have been happier with our choice of where to stay! The house was perfect! It came fully stocked and the management company went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. we had a total of 4 young kids with us and this townhome had plenty of room for all of us! We didn't rent a car and definitely did not need one! We were walking distance to the market and gondala. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Our entire family was thrilled with this beautiful home. We had our first experience with VRBO and were not disappointed! This home had a wonderful Colorado vibe and was clean. It was well stocked in kitchen and the bathrooms, as well as games for children. The master bedrooms were especially lovely. It is very convenient to the gondola in Mountain Village and my family wants to return to this lovely home.

We loved this property! It is large and perfectly laid out with two master bedrooms on the top floor and two masters (+bunkbeds) in the basement. The kitchen was well stocked and so convenient to have an ice maker! The view from the deck was fantastic. We had a group of 9 and everyone LOVED the place.

We had a family wedding to attend in Telluride in mid-October, and we're looking for a home that would hold 8 adults comfortably. We wanted to be close enough to the gondola so we wouldn't need a car . . . and this property was PERFECT!! Everything was so well stocked and cared for. There was nothing additional that was needed and we appreciated all the little extra, high-end necessities that were included. The gondola (located next to the grocery store) was less than a 5-minute walk so getting around was never an issue. Everything was better than expected (including all communication) and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future!!!

Can't say enough good things about this house. We were a group of 8 adults and there was lots of room to spread out and have your privacy. Taking the FREE gondola into town made it even more fun. We rented paddle boards from Telluride Outfitters which is right next to the gondola station. Everyone agreed that was a lot of fun and so convenient. All in all a great property and an awesome vacation.
