Our 7 bedroom East Beach gem is steps to the beach, has a huge screened-in living porch and a private pool. This says Saint Simons Island all day long. Perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions or friends who just want to be at the beach and all stay under one roof. Our cottage boasts a huge kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, comfy bedding with pampering linens. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Completely redone with attention to the smallest detail. Feeling social? Let’s meet for a game of pool or a quick BBQ in the back yard. Feel like a swim? Have at it. How about a walk on the beach after dinner? Yep, this too!
This coastal castle has it all. So, bring 14 of your favorite people and try it out for size. This cottage is "shore to please".
Two dogs under 50 lbs. are permitted. $150 pet fee per dog.

We have stayed at this house several times and our family loves it! We especially enjoy the back porch.

This house had a perfect layout for our family, which includes 2 grandparents, 2 adult couples, and 4 grandchildren. We had a lot of family fun in the pool and on the screened-in back porch. The East beach location and proximity to the ocean were additional advantages. There was an issue with the second TV that was not addressed; but we had better things to do than watch TV. Overall, it is a wonderful house.

We found this gem for a two family get together over Labor Day weekend. We were able to get five cars in the semi-circular driveway. The pool was nice, and the screened in porch was a good place to eat in. The den is cozy for a large group of adults who want to watch Ga. Football. If you are a TV junkie, you should bring your own streaming service. The direct tv channels offered at this venue are somewhat limited. We will be back if the opportunity presents itself.

Plenty of room for our party of 14. Less than a .25 mile walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Outside porch was a great gathering place. Only minor concern was the pool vacuum system didn’t really seem to do the job and hooking/unhooking was a pain. Overall a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things! Would def consider staying here again!

Perfect all the way around!
Now we’ve stayed on SSI many times in different rentals. This one is just PERFECT. It’s newly remodeled in many areas and has a ton of space for gathering and for everyone to feel like they’re not on top of each other.
It’s a comfortable walk to the beach and here’s the best part, it’s down towards the end of East Beaxh where there weren’t many people! Lots of beach space, not crowded at al all like it was further south.
The pool was big and roomy for all 9 of us. The furniture out there was plentiful and new with umbrellas, pool noodles and toys.
Everything was updated and in excellent working condition. We’ll definitely stay there next time!

The home is beautiful and located in a perfect setting, two houses from the beach walk entrance and a block from the marsh. The rooms are generous and organized in a manner to provide space and privacy for everyone. The adults loved the screened porch and the kids loved the game room. We are already planning our next visit.

The pool was especially popular with our family! The pool table also enjoyed a lot of use. The house has spacious living areas which lead to a lot of interaction with among the eleven of us. We hope to return again next year for another enjoyable, comfortable family week.

This house was perfect for us! Tons of room! Great location! We absolutely loved the pool, the game room and the screened patio! We would definitely stay here again! We have stayed in many beach houses but felt this one stood out with the quality of the pool/patio area and plenty of towels.

7 Cousins and 4 Parents
My husband and I and our 4 children along with my brother and sister-in-law and their 3 children wanted a beach getaway with a pool (in case the beaches were too crowded to socially distance). This beautiful property was even better than we anticipated. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch and pool were absolutely wonderful. This place was much bigger and better than the pictures represent. It’s definitely my favourite rental ever!

Fantastic Family Fun
We had a great vacation at this property for the past two years. We especially enjoyed the 7 bedrooms, the pool, pool table room, and the large screened porch. We enjoyed biking several times in the nice neighborhood. We were very blessed to enjoy our time together there at St. Simon's.

We rented this house for us to enjoy a family vacation with our 3 daughters and their families. It was a wonderful location and the pool was a nice way to relax after spending most of the days on the beach. We will definitely plan on renting here again 😁

Great hang out place
The house was great for hanging out with family. The yard, both front and back, were extremely well designed and maintained. The PORCH was where we spent all our time. Large seating area and a long table. Overlooks the pool and yard. Location to the beach was great - was surprised at how far it is from the street to the actual ocean, but this house is about as close as you can get.
One small critique - no toaster. Got bagels and “toasted” them in the oven....
Overall - I’d rent this again.

Idyllic Saint Simons
Our party of seven, ages 18 months to 68 years, had a fabulous time in this lovely Saint Simons home 1/2 block from the beach. Seven stayed and two other couples visited, enjoying the huge screened-in porch over the perfect-sized pool with all amenities we could have asked for. The bathrooms have been re-done and all appliances worked well. It was just right for families and entertaining. Electronically updated as well. It was simply the ideal week’s getaway for our family.

Large family room, large outdoor porch. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was perfect for after beach time or evening dips. Very nice pool table. Many thanks to the property manager for her great response and assistance. Good information was sent a week before our stay. Instead of bringing our tents and chairs we rented them this time and happy we did. We all enjoyed our time at St. Simons!!

Family beach trip
This was a great house for a large group/multiple families. The house was well appointed. We loved the screened porch and pool. It was a short walk to the beach. We had an issue with a broken dishwasher for a few days. That was the only negative. The property manager was very responsive though. She worked hard until it was repaired.

Great vacation!
The property was nice and well kept. The house was just the right size for us--with eight children ranging from 2-12. The children and adults enjoyed the nice pool and the pool table. It was nice to have the beach access close by. The property manager was friendly and helpful, responding quickly and professionally. We enjoyed the large porch and table on the porch, as well. We were blessed by our stay there and will have many good memories.

The whole family loved this property. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was so well stocked...and the screened in porch and pool area was absolutely perfect. Beautiful neighborhood to ride our bikes. We definitely hope to come back.

First Family Vacation
All, at first I was worried because this house had no reviews. Reviews really tell you a lot, I cancelled another house because of them.
We loved this house, it was so comfortable an spacious. It really tried to compliment anyone staying. We did have problems with TV, they offered it but it mostly was password protected no basic tv options for a rainy day. The walk to the beach is short, but not for anyone handicap or with leg or back issues. We had a great vacation!

We loved our stay at your property!
The house was beautifully decorated and we loved everything about it. The only thing I would change is the parking! Take out the grass and make it all gravel. I would highly recommend this house for a large family. 😍
