Great quiet stay for Independence Day!

Convenient food to go 24 hours 7 days; loved their tub, quiet stay. Able to see fireworks from our corner suite. Could hear planes lift off but not too too noisy. Loved the hot water carafe & coffee maker.

We will come back to stay again...

Our connecting flights through SFO were severely delayed and the staff held on to our room s=as we arrived after 2:30 am. We could only stay for a couple of hours before we had to head back into the airport for our flight. The staff made sure we were offered the services of the hotel for our brief stay. We really appreciated their accommodating attitudes especially at 2:30 am!

Hotel was beautiful and so convenient!

Hotel was beautiful and so convenient. I was a little concerned about the noise being so close to the airport, but we couldn’t hear a thing! I would definitely recommend staying here for those long night layovers.

Perfect stopover hotel.

Staff were lovely and hotel was in a brilliant location for a stopover. Suite was large, with a bath and shower. Big comfy bed. Perfect.

Would definitely stay at the Airport Hyatt again for an early morning flight.

Very convenient to take BART/AIR TRAIN. Solves the parking/shuttle issues.

Our stay was very comfortable in many ways!

We really liked the amenities, the comfort of the beds, and the friendly mess of the staff who were eager to please! Also, it should be noted that it’s very convenient to access the San Francisco airport.

After a long flight, it was everything we needed. Friendly staff, good food, comfortable bed, decent facilities. Excellent hairdryer btw!

I would stay there again!

We needed a place to stay to make a very early flight. This hotel is at the airport and accesses the terminal through the airport shuttle system. The entry is right through the hotel. I expected an airport hotel to be fine, but not exceptional. This Hyatt is outstanding -- the staff, the facility, the convenience, and even the bar and the food were excellent.

Staff at the restaurant were a little overwhelmed.

Prefect hotel for the long journey home for our honeymoon.

Perfectly clean and with all facilities you would require. They have a 24 hour market with hot food and as we arrived late at night this was a real bonus. Good range of food and drinks. Staff were hard working and friendly and most importantly we slept so well.

Treat yourself on a long layover.

We had an odd, long layover from Europe and didn't want the stress of getting to and from the airport. This is the ideal splurge midway through a long, exhausting trip. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more than a shower (with luxurious toiletries) and the bed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, 24-hour staff were both essential (if you're leaving at 4am, as we were) and attentive. If you need to get into the city, the BART is conveniently there.

It's an expensive splurge and specifically convenient for the airport, so in other circumstances (e.g., vacationing in San Francisco or doing anything other than a layover), I probably wouldn't stay there.
