Bello ma... l'ascensore a pagamento no!

struttura moderna, comoda e pulita a due passi dallo stadio. ottima per assistere agli eventi

l'ascensore a pagamento (accetta solo monete) con la struttura situata al sesto piano di un condominio che andrebbe ristrutturato

Che dire, Napoli è straordinaria sempre, tutto perfetto!

Ottima posizione, struttura pulita, comoda e accogliente.

Piccoli particolari, tipo qualche gancio x asciugamano in bagno e, essendo al 6º piano, necessita di ascensore che funziona al “modico” costo di 20 cent…. Naturalmente questa non è una colpa da attribuire alla struttura ma al condominio.

AMBIENTE PULITO E CONFORTEVOLE

Siamo arrivati sabato mattina e non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad aspettarci, portone chiuso e nessuno in portineria, abbiamo aspettato che qualcuno rispondesse al telefono per darci il codice d'ingresso, purtroppo pioveva ed è stato un disagio per noi avendo dei bambini piccoli. Nel momento del check in ci è stato comunicato che avremmo potuto usufruire di uno sconto del 20% presso il bar convenzionato alla struttura che all'indomani era purtroppo chiuso.

A nice and clean place, so I recommend it.

In fact, I was on a business trip for a short period and I chose this accommodation because of its proximity to the place. Actually a very nice and clean place. Kasun works in reception is a very nice person and attentive to the guests and very helpful. Also the owner of the place is nice and helpful. So I recommend it

Great budget stay in Naples

Near public transport, owner was super nice, even though we couldn’t communicate in english, he still helped us get around Naples. Big apartment with own kitchen and a big bathroom.

Could be a little cleaner.

amazing time

the property is stunning, and very clean, nice modern decoration. 5 minute walk from the stadium and we had a view of the stadium from our window. easy check in and check out, there was someone there to check us in who was very kind. Very comfy beds. Great location for us as we wanted to see the stadium but it’s not right in the centre however can get a train. bus or taxi easily to centre , driving only takes about 20 minutes. would stay here again.

Big bedrooms, big bathroom, very clean.

Not enough kitchen applies, missing things to dry dishes and stuff after cleaning them, too small fridge can't even fit basic stuff in it.

Very good

Very nice design of bathroom. Super confortable bed. The staff was nice and responsive. The location is great! Right next to stadium and train station.

The air conditioner wasn't working. It was really hot at night.

A really good location for the whole day city tours. The apartment located very close to the train station. 6th floor, nice view, quiet. Safe area around. Pleasant stay.

Clean, no fuss

This clean collection of a few apartments on the sixth floor of a nondescript building across the street from stadium and the Mostra d’oltramare was perfect for me, a single traveler attending a conference. There was someone in contact with me via text before and during my stay. This person was also available for questions. As there were no staff on site the vast majority of the time, this was very reassuring. Though there was very little staffing on site, someone did come after three nights to clean my room and change the towels.

This area of Naples does not have much to offer other than the stadium and the zoo. It is difficult here to find a taxi, thankfully there are apps on your phone.
