About this house rental

House Beautiful. Custom Home. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING for your comfort. This spacious, over sized luxury L-shaped Cape with large rooms and lots of windows is on the West-Tisbury/ Edgartown line. Ten foot ceilings give it an open, airy, and dramatic feel. Hardwood floors throughout. Spectacular sunsets from the living area. Well equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar that overlooks a great room with over sized sliders that lead out to the huge deck with access to large back yard backing up to conservation land. First floor master suite. Dinning area that seats 8. Laundry room on the first floor. Second floor has three bedrooms that share an enormous bathroom with Jacuzzi that overlook back yard. An outdoor shower completes this vacation sanctuary. Great for family gatherings. We do Saturday-Saturday turnover in season July and August.

The pictures actually do not do this home justice. It was perfect for our family and well appointed. The number of bathrooms to bedroom ration was appreciated. The backyard space and open concept gathering space was great for our family. I look forward to staying here again.

We loved this house! The space and openness is what we needed. The house was well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We LIKED that the washer and dryer were on the first floor, and not in the basement. We will definitely rebook this house again!!!

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable home, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The deck was wonderful - a peaceful place to spend time, overlooking a lovely yard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the vineyard.

Great location for our weekend events, between Edgartown and the Agricultural Society Hall. The house fit our group well, nicer than the pictures show, and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely consider this house for our next visit to Martha's Vineyard. Thanks for a great weekend.

This house was perfect. We are 6 adults, old friends who used to get houses in MV, Nantucket, Newport when we were 20-something. We all agreed that the pictures didn’t do the house justice—big rooms high ceilings, beautiful, comfortable. Very well located—especially if you are picking up and dropping off anyone flying in. Centrally located for great beaches, towns, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails,etc.

Renting the property was easy and the host was very responsive. All questions were answered. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of room, kitchen was wonderful and enough bathrooms for 8 women. We truly enjoyed this house.

Nice, comfortable house that worked very well for our short, weekend stay. Kitchen was amply equipped and provided a few basic spices and pantry items for our use which is always nice. I thought that for the price linen service maybe should have been included. We had a car for the weekend which was very helpful considering the somewhat remote location.

This was a perfect rental house for our family vacation. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Paul was a great host, easy to reach if needed anything and a pleasure to speak with. My family has rented other houses on this same street and this was by far the best.

We’ve been going to The Vineyard for more than thirty years and have rented several places on the island. But we especially loved our stay at Paul’s home. It was spacious, very comfortable and its location was perfect for us. In addition, this home has a fabulous deck area. Whenever we made contact with Paul, he was gracious and very helpful. We’re already hoping that we can stay here next summer.

Paul was a terrific host, and the house and yard were great for adults as well as young kids. Beautiful and clean inside, with a great layout. The yard is big and great for the kids to run around on, and the large deck was another nice spot to hang out. Will be in touch with Paul again the next time we are back on MV.

Beautiful home with high ceilings; spacious and well laid out. The bed and bedroom configurations were perfect for a mix of couples and single people in our group. We enjoyed meals on the back deck with it's incredible view. Location was perfect. An entrance to the bike path was just across the main road. I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed here now multiple times over the last 10 years. As always our time at Paul’s house was a wonderful stay. The house was well cleaned prior to our arrival. Our favorite part is the back yard, the yard and deck are massive. Family enjoyed spending time cooking out and playing in the yard. We can’t wait to start planing our next trip.

This is our 3rd summer staying at this incredible home and we all agree this is truly our happy place. The layout inside and outside are perfect for a family and the location is nice and quiet but just a short drive into town and several great beach options. This has quickly become a family tradition and we hope to make many more memories at this lovely home.

The lovely house is located on a quiet, tree lined street, located a short drive from Edgartown. The 4 large bedrooms were perfect for our family vacation, giving everyone enough space. We all enjoyed spending time together in the large, bright family room and the spacious kitchen. The deck and backyard are well maintained and the perfect spot to relax. Paul was available for any questions we had. A wonderful home for a vacation on Martha's Vineyard!

This is our second and certainly not our last summer staying at this beautiful home. The home is perfectly laid out - nice open floor plan with spacious and well appointed bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. The backyard and deck are a highlight and where we spent most of our time. Paul is always very responsive and helpful. We can't wait for our next stay!

Spent a weekend on the Vineyard with friends. This home could not have been more perfect. There were 3 couples in total. The house offered plenty privacy for sleeping/showering yet the living space made it so much fun to gather together. The location is incredibly private, the deck & yard are gorgeous and also private. Everything is super clean, and decor is lovely. Location is perfect. Paul, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensured our time away went off without a hitch. This is a spacious and immaculate home. It is located near Edgartown on a lovely lot. The owner is very accessible and helpful. It has four spacious bedrooms and a family-friendly open floor plan. The outdoor deck has comfortable furniture and a lovely view. You do need to provide your own sheets and towels but this was not a problem for us..we brought our own. There also is a linen service on MV. We highly recommend this listing.
