NEVER AGAIN.

It was infested with cock roaches. I checked in around 9pm on September 8th. I informed the facility manager immediately and was told there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I was then offered another cabin or a refund. Roaches on all three floors of that cabin. Mostly behind the light socket in the kitchen and behind the fridge.

Disappointing cabin but nice view.

The view was nice.

The decor was very dated with lots of green plastic fake greenery. It was generally clean other than the cockroaches that made a nightly visit to the kitchen. The gas log fireplace did not work. The cabinet doors were loose and almost falling down. The pool table was not level and therefore unplayable. All of the surrounding cabins are also rentals so the weekend was quite noisy due to all the other loud guests. Overall, it was disappointing.

The property is very close to Gatlinburg is just a couple minutes drive. the house is very big and has a lot of space and the beds are pretty comfortable. over all for the price is a very good choice.

Is not well maintained. it needs better cleaning and a little bit of an update to the tvs and other electronics.

Bad start but ended well

The view. The hot tube was great loved the setup.

I didn't receive the email with the code to get the keys. I had been there over two hrs calling trying to talk to someone and I had to leave messages. So I had to get a hotel until they opened the next day.

komfy Kozy is beautiful and the views are worth the ride however either bring the price down a tad or fix hot tub, dust,

location had absolutely beautiful views. easy to get to all venues and food store was close too. the deck was extremely enjoyable especially to watch the bears down below. We loved the log cabin look - absolutely beautiful and bear motif through out the house. truly was a log cabin experience. much appreciated that it was shared for us to enjoy.

A lot of dust all over the house. not all settings worked on hot tub. Living room TV not easy to work. and the smart TV should be in the living room, not bedroom. Pool table was not leveled at all. the living room couches are shot . .could not sit on them too long without getting a back ache. ten towels is not enough. The garbage container should have a locking mechanism so when we put the garbage tightly tied in the container the bears shouldn’t have been able to easily lift the lid and tear apart the garbage and make a mess for us to clean up. we tried to abide by the rules but that one is easy for bear access. lastly - the deck was the best part of the house and the weather was fabulous - suggest putting a gate at the opening coming from the driveway so it’s a little more relaxing to be aware of a bear coming. we watched a bear 30 feet away scare the neighbor above and it easily could have come on the deck. we didn’t eat out on the deck, just coffee . .but if others do, could invite some neighborhood bears for a meal . . .

I enjoyed the trip and I would definitely like to stay again.

It was a great place to stay and very close Gatlinburg. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults in my group and having a hot tub and a pool table was an added bonus. it was also a blessing to get the property with such short notice. I was able to get this reservation with less than a two week notice for the week of Christmas.

Enough room for everyone and location.

Everything was dated, bigger TVs would have been nice for chilling with the family, pool table had huge bow in middle, skillets were severely warped. For the money I just expected it to be better. It cost more for 3 nights than it did for a week on the beach.

Very nice cabin, beautiful view!

The cabin was super nice and accommodating. Maintenance staff arrived quickly to resolve an issue with the dryer.

The grill outside was a small campsite grill located right by a steep drop off. Would have preferred a bigger grill at a different location but we made it work.
