Nearby we have excellent supermarkets (CR for example), 2 of the best restaurants in the city (Piracema and Nossa Casa for example) are just a few meters away.
In the surroundings there are excellent daytime leisure options (Orla, lookout point, museum and sights) and nightlife (Boteco do Sorriso, Marcotinho Brewery, Bar Mascotão, among others).

- There are king size beds, couple's box bed, single bed, sofa bed, hammocks and extra mattresses, arranged in the 4 rooms offered in the house.
- All furniture, kitchen and BBQ utensils and all the electro-electronics (stove, refrigerator, microwave, TV, cable channels, wifi, etc.) will be available.
- Distance to Beach: a few steps (the house is on the river's edge, literally)
- Distance to the Center: 800 meters
- Check-in and check-out times: flexible, being checked in at any time, informing in advance and check-out between 12h and 13h.
- Do you have a parking garage? Yes, for 2 cars, private. In addition to 2 external public vacancies.
- Are bed and bath linens available? Yes, individually for each guest.
