The room is not worth the price paid

The location is good and the rooms are large

The windows were bad and not insulated, which caused noise from the street and from a project under construction nearby. The receptionist tried to get 900 riyals to move me to a room that was less noisy, but I refused. For the first time in my life, I saw rubber earplugs on the hotel room bed so that I could sleep.

A budget place for a couple of days only with no services

The location was good and the main reason why I chose this place. The room was spacious. The staff was accommodating but their English abilities were to be improved. The bathroom was clean and the amenities were replaced daily. They have a very nice gym with a lot of equipment that looks very new and in fair condition. Unfortunately, I did not use it. The room service was prompt and the quality of food was decent, albeit the choices were very limited.

The room has small windows completely blind, so there was no natural light at all in the room. The lighting was also not nice making the room very uncomfortable. The window in the bedroom was broken and they were unable to fix it so when there was wind it became opened getting all the dust and noise coming in. The carpet was very dirty and dusty. As the whole room was carpeted I had allergies while in the room. The light switchers were away from the bed and the outlets were far away from the desks which was odd on the usage while working. The TV is not smart, thus you cannot link your computer or phone to watch your shows. You have to go with very basic local TV channels with poor quality and choices. The bed was soft (which is not good for me) and the pillows were super hard and high. Not even the "medical" pillow, which was a simple foam pillow a bit softer, worked for me.

It’s ok

Location was good. Not far from the airport and close to the Boulevard City and Boulevard World, which are worth a visit. Be sure to try Al-Afrah Restaurant which is just 5mins walk, offering Saudi cuisine at great prices. Super helpful staff.

There is construction work next door which is noisy. I was given a room on the other side of the construction but it overlooked another building which made it dull. The staff were super helpful and offered to change the room, only for it not being any better.

موقع الفندق

الفندق تغيير خلال سنة من زيارتي له .. للاسوء للاسف رائحة دورة المياة سئية جدا و ايضا موكيت الغرفة مستهلك و عزل النوافذ بالصالة و غرفة النوم سيء يدخل منها الهواء و لا يدخل شمس بسبب وضعهم للنوافذ لاصق اسود !

اعجبني اهتمام الاوتيل ب وضع سدادات اذن لعدم الازعاج وتوفير جميع احتياجات العميل

عدم توفر وجيه الافطار مع الغرفه والاقلام التي وضعت على المكتب جميعها لا تكتب و جوده التلفاز كانت نوعاً ما سيئه وغير واضحه

Cosy

Staff were truly polite & supportive though we arrived late but their reception to us was nice. The location is so near from a group of fine dining. In the morning you can notice the lovely sunrise.

Engaño absoluto.

Tamaño de la habitacion.

El hotel no aviso que habia construccion al lado de hotel. El ruido era tremendo 24/7!! Te dejaban tapones para los oidos pero un desastre. Los cristales de las ventanas pintadas en negro ! No habia luz natural en la habitacion. El wifi iba fatal. Solo me daba señal en la en entrada por tanto no he podido trabajar a gusto.

Hidden gem with great value for money in the centre of Riyadh

Location was central, hotel was well maintained and staff were exceptional. Everyone was helpful and attentive.

The pool is very very small. More of a hot tub. Breakfast buffet was very limited. The lobby could use some chill step background music to match the overall ambience of the decor.

Great gym and…nothing else

Very big gym, open to non-guests as well.

First night I was assigned a room facing massive construction works causing extreme noise during the whole night. I asked support to the night shift reception (a very young boy and a girl) who did not care at all helping me (the girl, who spoke very poor English, laughed at my face at some point). Differently, the morning after at 7am a different man at reception very kindly and promptly changed my room (to one with no windows…), clearly meaning the room was available the night before as well, how ridiculous. I got my problem solved in the end by a professional person, but still I did not sleep for 1 of the 2 nights I spent at the hotel. Breakfast very poor, definitely not 4 star (nor 3).

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, the gym was very good as seen in the photos. There was a very noisy construction work out of my room, but they changed for me immediately when I called them.

Breakfast was below average, I couldn’t find good coffee, only instant coffee they had
