You feel a million miles away, and yet you are convenient to everything. Gas grill on the common deck while you watch the shore birds and boats or the stars and moonlight sparkle on the water. Great little place perfect for our weekend getaway to cape cod. Location is perfect and very close to ferry terminals so taking an excursion to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard was a snap!

Our stay was everything we expected and more. It was quiet, homey, clean and decorated so beautifully. Very comfortable and many extras like an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and kitchen needs. We will certainly stay there again. Already planning next years stay. Thank you

Pretty and quiet location, 2 minute walk to beach. Beautiful scenery and views. Very clean & well stocked with all the kitchen & bathroom necessities. Will be back to enjoy again

This was the perfect property for our short, but awesome, Cape Cod summer experience. The property was exactly what we expected, PLUS more. The owner covered every detail that a guest may need, snacks for the hungry traveler, glassware for wine or champagne, a Keurig machine stocked with K-cups; explicit instructions for everything from operating the TV to parking to how to lock the door to how to check-out. One of the nice surprises was a wireless speaker that we could connect our phones to stream music. The property was very clean, comfortable and really provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal - centrallly located, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of summer traffic, it provides a pleasant, cozy and quiet abode.

If you are looking for a beautiful space, in a quiet setting, with an easy walk to the beach… look no further. We had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our host was very responsive and timely for the few questions we had. Highly recommend this VRBO.

BEACH! Was clean and litterally 5min outside your door. Views were SPECTACULAR, seaBreezes & birds all great!! Umbrella, chairs towels!!
If you are looking for space..this one isnt for you. IF you want sleep thats out too. Neighbors were very loud after ten and
so much for noice ordinance, NO NOISE after ten, fireworks on beach and right outside the great room window IN the complex. Directions for things in condo (a/c, had no idea where pillows were, had to go and buy some, TV when she says NO Cable she means it we coundnt even get the news or weather, no stove made cooking difficult, and the grille isnt very close by, you need to share with the other residents and rain meant no cooking outside.
Otherwise it fit my needs, wanted to be on beach and i got that, next time i will bring more money because cooking in is impossible.

My husband and I had a family wedding on the Cape and decided to get a little place for ourselves instead of a hotel. This location did not disappoint! The kitchen was fully stocked, right down to a Keurig w/Pods. The bathroom was plenty big with great water pressure in shower. Three steps up and you were in the living room/bedroom. When the Murphy Bed is up, there is plenty of room to entertain w/plenty of seating. When the Murphy Bed is down, there is still plenty of room to move around. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, as was the couch. Parking was easy and just a short walk over the bridge to the beach! Highly recommend!!

Condo was perfect. Small but had everything you could possibly need….lots of kitchen utensils, beach things and generally a lovely place to be. Beautifully decorated with a Cape Cod theme with lovely views of the beach. Barbecue area was used and much appreciated. We feel so lucky to have found such a great place only a minute or two from the beach.

The condo exceeded our expectations! Location could not be more perfect, the condo was clean, comfortable, perfectly decorated and appointed and Sheila was great to work with. We'll definitely stay again when we return to the area!

My wife and I stayed for our 20 year anniversary. It's a cute condo in a great location. Your steps from the beach and a short drive to many different attractions. It was a wonderful stay and I recommend.

This cute little cottage was the perfect stay for a getaway on the cape!! A beautiful view of the ocean from the rooms and VERY clean with so many amenities! Definitely recommending and coming back for another stay!

This is a beautiful location! Early risers can watch the sunrise colors spread over the sky and water from the beach (just a minute over the sweet bridge) and sunsets from the beach, deck, and condo window are stunning. You can also watch the ferries come and go from nearby Hyannis through the day. Yarmouth provides easy access to all parts of the Cape, especially nearby inner and outer beaches. Lots of restaurants, fish stores, grocery stores, entertainment. A lovely long-weekend break that we are likely to repeat!

This property could not be more charming. The location is absolutely perfect, and the space itself is well appointed, clean, and just darling. Sheila was a great host, and was helpful, communicative, and we loved her place. I would absolutely book this condo again. It’s perfect for two.

Was a wonderful little cottage - perfect for two. Perfect location on Cape Cod- close to restaurants, ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, shopping,. Everything was clean and tidy. Would stay here again. Has a Murphy bed- for more space during the day just fold into wall.

Great location for enjoying the sea air and views and grabbing the provided beach chairs to use at the beach just a couple minutes by foot from the cottage. Nicely appointed and comfy to come back to after long days of being out and about.

It was beautiful right on the water and close to the ferries, whale watching. Restaurants in Hyannis weee wonderful. Owner did such a great job of decorating and use of space. Even though it is small we did not feel cramped. We will stay here again.

Very nice accomodations. Everything you need. The deck and the view is wonderful, as are the neighbors. Great location for all there is to see and do. Captain Parker's IS the best chowder around.

The Cove
This little cottage was perfect for our short getaway! Steps from the beach, and stocked with anything you would need. Sheila communicated very well and was a great host to rent from!

Great location if you want to be near the beach
The location was perfect for the beach goers. The neighborhood was so quiet! Tiny space for my 6’3 husband but we were too busy exploring the Cape for it to be an issue. Definitely recommend this place!

The only advice I would lend is that the bed is heavy to let down and put back up. If you have any issues with lifting or with mobility this bed might be difficult. It took my husband and I considerable effort to put the bed back up each morning. We are fit and in our late 60's. Otherwise, this is a perfect place for a couple. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

One of our best vacations
This little seaside cottage condo was perfect for our first vacation to the Cape area! The location, beautiful views, comfortable amenities and idyllic style set an immediate tone for this bucket list trip that's turned to a new vacation destination. Loved it!!

The location was ideal, only steps from the beach. A shared deck with adequate chairs and two gas grills was a perfect location which looked out over the water. “The Cove” condo was perfect for two people. Cleanliness, supplies and decor were top notch. Prior to the stay, I was concerned about the comfort of the Murphy bed. No need for concern as it was extremely comfortable.
