This condominium has been completely renovated! All furniture and items are brand new in January 2019. Large flatscreen TV's, surround sound, memory foam mattress and fully filled kitchen to name a few must have amenities. Enjoy walking steps to Flathead Lake. Come with your water toys as this condo is located near public docks. A quick walk from Downtown Polson. Intro We stayed at this VRBO property from July 2nd to July 5th. Pros - The owner let us check in an hour early. - The location was great, with a short walk to the swim area on the lake. - We enjoyed fireworks on July 3rd (Polson celebrates on the 3rd), just a five-minute walk away. - They had K-cups available, including a delicious "Latte" one. - The owner provided soft, high-quality toilet paper, not the thin kind we found elsewhere on our trip. Cons - The fridge wasn't clean; there was a sticky orange goo on the top shelf. - The pull-out couch sheets smelled terrible, like sour milk or moldy cheese. Our kids ended up sleeping without sheets. - The dishwasher wouldn't stay shut and kept popping open. - There were no measuring cups, only shot glasses. FYI, 2 shot glasses equal 1/4 cup. - The bedroom sheets had a musty smell at first, which faded, but it made us question if they were clean after the previous occupant. - The AC was only in the living area, not in the bedroom. This should be mentioned in the listing. - While listed as Waterview, you can't see the water due to trees. - The grill and washer/dryer were public, not private as we had expected from the listing. Summary While we appreciated the early check-in and convenient location, the cleanliness and maintenance issues, along with incomplete listing details, affected our stay. We sent most of this info to the owner and never got a response, so we felt it was necessary to post for future occupants.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and loved the condo. I could walk to coffee and light shopping. And the park on the lake right across the street made the perfect picnic spot. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved all the beach decor and attention to detail. The hosts anticipated what guests might need during their stay. It is just a short walk to the lake and places to eat.

i could park 10' from the front door. unit is on the 1st floor. shower great. good coffee. tv's great but access to cable news (i'm a junkie) lacking.... only had cnn. this unit is 100' from a public park on the lake. minimal traffic. terrific place to stay in polson. favorite restaurant was 'the shoe' a short drive away on the lake. seemed to have everythg one would need for a holiday.

Perfect condo for a couple or a small family. Bed was comfy, condo was very clean, had everything one needs! Lovely little patio to enjoy the views of the lake. Location was perfect - walk to restaurants and shops!

The condo was nice and it worked out great for just my wife and I. The power in parts of the condo units went out, but they were on it right away. So overall it was a great weekend.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this adorably decorated property. I was prepared for it to feel small but it was well-thought-out and had everything we could ever think to need in the kitchen and bath. The location was right down the street from some cute shops and cafes and being right on the waterfront was perfect. I don't know if I have need to return to Polson but if I did, I would absolutely choose this rental again.

The condo was so clean and the owners thought of everything! There was even bottled water for the Keurig, shampoo and conditioner, and kids plates and silverware (even though we didn’t need), thought it was all so thoughtful! Perfect location in town and off of Flathead Lake. Bed and furniture were all very comfortable! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Polson!

The condo was in a great location, close to town, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Right across from the lake, very beautiful. Came in for a short stay and was pleased how beautiful the condo was and updated very nicely! The size is perfect for one couple to enjoy! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

The property was perfect for a one-week stay. Lake view out the living room window. Very nicely decorated. Everything is modern and nice. Fantastic towels and comfortable bed. Had everything I needed except a wine opener and a carafe -which I bought and left behind for the next visitors. I would 100% come back!!

The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There is a view of the lake, through the trees, from inside the condo which is peaceful and relaxing. From the front porch the view of Flathead Lake and the mountains is breath-taking! Be aware that the condo is downtown and first responder sirens going off during all hours of the night is a common occurrence. Normally, I am given access information to a rental 2-3 days before each stay. However, I had to reach out to the property owner the morning of our check-in to obtain access information. The host was prompt in replying to my request though and access to the condo was easy. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Thank you!

Condo was super clean! All the amenities you'd expect at a high end hotel. Neighbors are friendly, quiet location. Easy access whether you travel north or south. Steps from the lake......we loved it!! We didn't want to leave.
