Hidden jewel in Gananoque

We liked everything! We were a group of 8 and we booked 4 rooms - for 2 nights. Colin and Peter were perfect hosts. Their attention to detail was visible everywhere in the house and in everything from the kitchen. We all loved every minute. The bedrooms were great, the breakfast delicious, and the location, perfect. We highly recommend Seaway Manor B&B!

Great place to stay

Hosts are very welcoming. Location is central to everything. Super clean. It’s nicely decorated.

The room was very small - we were there only one night so not a big issue.

Collin und Peter sind fantastische Gastgeber, sie sind sehr aufmerksam, geben tolle Tipps und das Frühstück ist traumhaft. Es ist alles sehr sauber, unserer Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war die beste Unterkunft von unserer 14 tägigen Rundreise. Auch sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Meter bis zum Schiffsanlegesteg 1000 Island Tour sowie ins Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank

The Seaway left us with the impression that the owners really, really cared for their guests.

Wonderful, welcoming hosts; beautiful room with comfy bed and crisp linens; great, quiet location - a couple of blocks from main street; delicious breakfast with fresh baking; and impeccable cleanliness, tidiness and freshness to the house - would not hesitate to come back!

Enjoyed our stay with wonderful hosts.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who provided great tips and information about the local area. Excellent cooked breakfast. Great location walkable to town, restaurants and places to walk. We liked Seaway Manor so much we stayed again a couple of days later on our return trip through the area.

Wonderful weekend

Property was very unique close to restaurants the downtown and the waterfront. Colin and Peter are exceptional hosts, the place was spotless, and breakfast was delicious.

We will not hesitate to return when we are in the area!

Breakfasts were excellent and tailored to your likes / dislikes. Location is very good - short walk to waterfront and restaurants. The hosts are well informed on the town and area in general and offered good advice. The hosts are very accommodating - could not have done more to make you feel welcome.

Unfortunately our room was the only one that did not have an on suite washroom - you had to exit the bedroom and enter the hallway for the washroom. This washroom is private and for your use only (and is only 2 steps from your door). The washroom is well appointed. This is more of an inconvenience and did not affect our stay.

Excellent stay in lovely house in a nice area with great hosts.

Peter and Colin were excellent hosts. They made us feel at home right from the start and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The house itself is in a lovely area at walking distance from the town centre and the riverside. Very nice breakfast, different every day. Home cooked and baked by Colin. Excellent suggestions and tips for things to do and see, lovely living room and outside chairs for the use of the guests. If we ever go to that area again they will be our first choice of B&B.

Amazing stay!

Peter and Colin were outstanding hosts. They really make you feel at home. We had a lovely room with comfortable bed. The breakfast is in one word: amazing! I can only recommand this place.

The location of the b&b was really good. Super close to the boat ride to the castle. Peter and Collin were great hosts as well. It was clean and comfy, not to mention the great breakfast. Would highly recommend!

We liked everything about the accommodations. Particularly pleasing was the welcome by our hosts and the marvelous breakfast that they provided. They were a terrific resource for information on dining in Ganonoque and we highly recommend the Indian restaurant that they suggested. Come here - you'll love it

Everything! Colin and Peter are fantastic hosts, the communication with them is super easy and they make you feel like home. Breakfast menu is of great quality and varies every day. The manor is beautiful, it is super clean and the bedroom was very comfy. The location is great, just a few steps to the city center. Thanks for making our stay in Gananoque more than enjoyable.

Enjoyable!

The staff was friendly, helpful and treated you like family....made you feel very comfortable. Breakfast was great and very enjoyable.

After experiencing the great service provided by Peter and partner...they made me realize you get immune to mediocre or bad service you mostly get everywhere else... There was NOTHING I didn't like from this experience....We enjoyed every minute of it.

Beautiful and Charming Bed and Breakfast

This Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. The house is absolutely charming and very well maintained. The hosts made our stay extremely comfortable and they pay attention to every detail. Breakfast was delicious and all pastries made from scratch! Would definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast to my friends and family and will definitely be returning myself!

Wonderful in every way!

This was exactly the OG B and B experience my friend and I were looking for. From the moment we were welcomed by the owners in their front garden and invited to check in early to our lovely room, everything was exactly what we hoped for. A spacious light filled room with plenty of windows, comfy beds with crisp white linens and towels, and a delicious home cooked breakfast with good strong coffee in the wonderful eclectic dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, exploring the area, and visiting with the fabulous owners who are delightfully friendly and informative. We absolutely will be back.

A perfect stay in all ways.

The location is perfect for walking around Gananoque. The room was spacious, clean and bright with housecoats available and a luggage rack. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and delicious baking. Colin and Peter were friendly and helpful hosts. A perfect stay.
