The property boasts a 5,000 sq.m. private area with a 400 sq.m. fenced garden featuring a lawn and wildlife garden. Soak up the sun on the lawn or take a dip in the 10x5m angular swimming pool with stairs (available seasonally, May 2 to September 19). Refresh under the outdoor shower, unwind on the 20 sq.m. terrace with garden furniture, fire up the barbecue, or let the kids play on the playground with slides and swings.

The house offers convenient amenities like internet access, central heating, a washing machine, and a tumbler dryer. Two bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings. Groups of youth are not allowed at this property. Upon request and for an additional fee, you can secure private mooring and arrange sailing trips with a skipper.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 9-room villa that spans three levels and covers an area of 370 square meters. The villa features a comfortable and rustic furnishing style. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room measuring 58 square meters, complete with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display. This room provides access to the garden. Another living/dining room, measuring 40 square meters, is also located on the ground floor, equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a kitchen corner, and another satellite TV with a flat-screen display. This room offers access to both the garden and the terrace. The kitchen is outfitted with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and a dining table, as well as an open-hearth fireplace. It also provides access to the garden and the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a separate WC on the ground floor.
Amenities Included
The villa comes equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and pet-friendly accommodations, allowing you to bring along your furry companions. It also features a fireplace, satellite TV, heating (available at an additional cost), and a television. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests, with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The villa offers several outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, including a 20-square-meter roofed terrace, and two additional terraces measuring 15 square meters each. These areas are furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful countryside views. The villa also provides complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. It's important to note that the villa consists of two semi-detached parts: one with five rooms and the other with four rooms. Each part features a living/dining area and a kitchen on the ground floor, with bedrooms located on the upper floors. On the upper floor, there is one room with sloping ceilings ranging from 120 to 230 cm in height, featuring a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and a bath/WC. Another room on this floor also has sloping ceilings, with heights varying from 120 to 250 cm, and includes a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and a bath/WC.
