Each of the two primary bedrooms lodges a king bed with astounding ocean views. ***Experience the epitome of seaside luxury in our recently renovated primary bedroom bathroom. A thoughtfully designed retreat, the serene bathroom hosts a large walk-in shower with exquisite tile work. New tile throughout the entire room! Includes a walk in closet.(Photos to come!) The other primary bedroom shares a full hall bathroom with the third bedroom. A lovely third bedroom sleeps two in a comfy queen. Each bedroom has wall mounted, high definition smart televisions. Designed to sleep 6, this retreat will be a memory to cherish.
The main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen, half bath, laundry room, family room, dining area, and ocean viewing area. The gourmet kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, gourmet pans, dishes, serving ware, and crockpot. A gourmet coffee maker with both a Keurig dispenser and regular carafe is provided. A laundry room houses a full size washer and dryer. Dining with seven or more is no problem here. A generous wooden table with Renovation Hardware style seating fills the dining area. Serve meals made from the gourmet kitchen which includes a five burner/warmer cooktop and convection/conventional oven. Ultra high speed Internet is provided and reaches to the beach!
A favorite area in the home is the viewing area. This area is surrounded with windows and houses two cozy wicker gliders and a table. You feel so close to the water in this area, almost like you're on a cruise ship! Relax here to watch the sunrise and sip your coffee or watch the moon rise and gaze upon the ocean~ absolutely incredible. The townhome is stocked with bedding, towels, beach towels and 6 beach chairs. The lower level contains a garage to park your car or store your kayaks and surfboards.
The balcony on the main floor houses seating. The second level also includes a private balcony off both of the master bedrooms. Relax on Adirondack chairs on the private, newly built deck below. A private shower and hose are located right by your deck. So close to the ocean! There are three levels: the garage, the main living area and on the third level, all bedrooms. Incredible views! Please note that there are two sets of stairs.

Publix shopping is 2.1 miles or a 3 minute drive. Amazing restaurants nearby include Caps on the Water, The Reef, Aunt Kate's, and Beaches. All very close!

My Family and I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was truly a fantastic experience. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunrises and relaxing walks along the shore.
The house had a spacious layout with plenty of room for our group, and the outdoor patio was a great spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.
One of the highlights of our trip was watching the dolphins play in the ocean right from the beach house's deck. It was such a magical experience that we will never forget.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this beach house. The location, amenities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable vacation. I can't wait to return and create more memories in this beautiful beachfront paradise.

Normally rent single family homes for vacation and pleasantly surprised by this townhouse. No issues with noise or disturbance from other units. The location is great and the home had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Bottom deck is covered in shade by 3 in the afternoon and was cool enough to sit outside and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. We will be back.

We’ve traveled the world and stayed in many VRBO properties - this home is the most perfect of all. The views are incomparable, the house is a home and you feel as if you are staying in a friend’s luxury home on the beach. The full glass windows in the front room makes for the perfect beach seat - you can enjoy watching the surf, pelicans, dolphins, sunrises and moonrises. It’s incredible. So much attention to detail, comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, fully equipped kitchen, quality appliances, many TV options including live TV, two oceanfront king bedrooms and so much more. We met Jeff (the owner) & he could not have been more accommodating, his wife Melinda communicated everything we needed to know beforehand and made for a smooth and easy process. The home is so close to great restaurants and minutes from historic St. Augustine. You will not be disappointed and you’ll make memories for a lifetime. Enjoy! We will return.

This is a great value for being right on the beach. We stayed in an end unit that was very comfortable and clean. The beachfront access and views from the unit absolutely made our stay! Our daughter loved all the beach toys and playing on the beach every morning. It was not crowded at all! Our speed!

This beach house is perfect! It's our second time staying here and everything was just great. The owners are wonderful to deal with. Everything was clean and ready for us at check-in. They have plenty of towels and beach chairs for use. You are just steps from the beach so its easy to get everything up and down. My 2 girls loved playing on the beach and riding the waves on the boogie boards. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Beautiful beach home!
We absolutely loved this beach house. It was so nice and everything was really convenient. We have stayed in condos in the past and we have lots of beach stuff to carry in between us and the kids everyday. We really enjoyed not having to wash everything everytime we came in. The bay window was a fantastic place to relax in the evenings. The chairs they have there are amazing! We had plenty of room to spread out inside and out. The beach was not crowded and we really enjoyed that. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we hope we get to come back soon!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this ocean-front home! The views were spectacular! No need to go to the beach since we were on it. Watching the surfers was so fun. We absolutely love this condo. It is beach front and has the most amazing view. The condo is stocked very well with beach chairs and towels being very important. The three balconies are awesome to sit and enjoy the view and the sounds of the ocean. Definitely didn’t want to leave.
