Comfortable, but the entrance...

The apartment has a balcony that has a good view, and the room also has a good interior. Its located near every point of interest in Batumi.

The hot water in the bathroom sometimes functioning well, sometimes not. The escalator too small and stops only at 8th floor, while the room is on the 10th floor. The stairs to the room is also unclean and dark.

Don't expect much but it is a good deal for this money.

The location is really good. The apartment is on the top floor and the view is amazing. Compared to the alternatives the price was good. WiFi was fast. The balcony is superb. There is a mangal stove on the balcony. Bathroom is good.

The apartment owner was very moody and entered our balcony without telling us once, as she lives next door. It is a big violation of privacy. Apartment was full of dust and all the dust was flying around. I warned her on the first day but she was like "What dust? I don't see any dust." All our black socks became white within hours. Elevator requires coins to work and it was a hassle carrying coins with you all the time. Fridge is very old and noisy, we had to close it at night to be able to sleep.

A panorama that takes your breath and stays in your memories

The location and the view from the balcony are one of the best in the city

if you are not ready to climb 2 stores with your luggage don't rent this place there is no microwave but in Batumi you don't really need it
