About this house rental
Welcome to Fore Augusta Drive. We are 4 minutes from the GTA Owners Club (pools, fitness center, etc.) and 15 minutes to Downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet friendly.
This distinctive 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home is located within the heart of the Galena Territory. Just minutes to Eagle Ridge Resort or to the GTA Owners Club near several walking trails. The home features a family room with wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV for your maximum enjoyment. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything to make your stay perfect and is open to the dining area which seats 10. The master King bedroom is located on the main level and has a private ensuite master bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed both with private bathrooms. The lower level entertainment room offers extra room to spread out behind a dry bar, over the pool table or in front of the large flat screen tv for hours of fun. There is a queen bedroom with a hallway bath and the last bedrooms with 2 twin beds has it's own ensuite bathroom. The outdoor areas are the highlight of this spacious home. Sit on the screen porch or soak in the outdoor hot tub to maximize your relaxation while at our Galena getaway. Please note guests do not have access to the garage at this home. Walking trails are super close and you could walk to Eagle Ridge or the GTA Owners club if you are up for an aggressive hilly walk - it can be done!
You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure.
Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days prior to check in. The provider is CSA.
When you book a home with us a 30% down payment is required, this is not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel before the final payment is due you will be refunded that payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your final payment will be processed, the stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted.
Please Note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay.
Check in details are sent 3 days prior to your arrival to the email on file. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The emailed check in details will cover this process.

Four Augusta was the perfect home for our 4 sibling + spouses annual getaway. It had everything we were looking for. There were several areas (living room, dining room, sunroom & deck) that were comfortable and roomy enough for all of us to gather. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The home was very clean and comfortable. Walking trails were close by. We definitely hope it is available for our next trip!

We were a group of two families with 5 kids total ranging in ages from 12-17. We enjoyed our time at the home and everyone had enough space. The teens walked over to the club house to play basketball and hang out. I wish we were closer to walking paths that weren’t in the full sun, but we ended up driving to one in the territory and it was a beautiful walk. We had some questions while were were there and the management company always answered promptly.

The clubhouse pool was fabulous and we loved the views in the neighborhood. A couple of the dining room chairs and one of the rocking chairs on the porch need their legs fixed, and there are wasp/hornet nests in the front tree and behind the light on the deck. Also, the pillows in the spa are falling apart.

Family reunion year 28, first since Covid. Great home, personal touches, quick responses when needed. Had a plumbing issue that resolved as quickly as possible. Delayed activities but response was swift. No issues the following day. Home was a perfect size for our needed. Loved the fire pit and had s'mores the last night. The hot tub was squeaky clean! Little touches light leaving firewood, beach towels, and lawn chairs made a difference.

This was the best house I have ever rented. It was the perfect size for our family (8 adults, 4 children) and was spotless. The kitchen/dining area was very spacious and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large yard space and the fire pit The pool table was a hit with all. There was a bird nest near the hot tub with very protective birds, but it was removed right away when we called about it. The pool was very close and family friendly. Our grandkids loved it (ages 5,4,3,3).
