Treehouse vijaya comfort stay

Rooms are good and clean. Suitable for only one day stay not more than that.

This place is not suitable for family. They don't have any arrangements for food though they claim complimentary breakfast.you need to struggle to find a good eatery.

Not so great

Location is in the right place it's closure to Kushalnagar and Madikeri. Staff were very helpful

The room cupboard wasn't opening initially had to complain to get it replaced. The bedsheets were dirty and were torn. The spring mattress made a lot of noise. Bath towels and toiletries weren't provided. Bath towels were provided after asking for it. The fan was making a constant noise.

Not worth the price I paid No ID check at the reception, just focused on Money gaining. Not able to identify Property from outside No facilities for Driver Poor Hospitality After multiple calls only get items for Room No receptionist No effort from hotel side to improve customer experience

Not worth the money and very pathetic amenities and not clean.

Accessibility by bus

Not worth the money paid. Bathroom and toilets were not clean. No amenities were there. Had to ask the hotel person the change the bedsheets and covers, not changed before check in, and were dirty. No space at all. Hardly 2 people can stand in it at the same time.

The room was practically brand new- with beautiful furnishings and appealing colors. It was practically spotless! Certainly quiet and extremely comfortable.

The room was very good and the service was amazing, the washroom was hygienic and the I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The stay at Treebo property was remarkable and the staff was very cooperative.

Pathetic Stay

Nothing

Fans were not working and the temperature was really high. Beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was also pathetic. The guy at the reception got it from some local shop. It was smelling very bad. Owner of the hotel was very rude. They don't have power backup in place.

We were two people , they gave us one towel , one water bottle between us. When I asked they said its gone for washing and will provide. At night after 10:00 pm there was no person in reception till morning 8:00 am. The staff have no clue how to manage a hotel. Don't even think to go here even if you are alone and want to just spend a night sleep
