VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE

No information about the availability of the parking space. We requested for 3 people in one room. In the end, we decided not to stay. The receptionist is blaming BOOKING.COM for not handling the request properly

Address is different from the information. It is also not what it is shown in the photos. Property did not know about my booking. Ended up looking for another place to stay.

cr is really icky. I needed to clean it up myself by buying cleaning materials. the back balcony has a standing water and is full of mosquitoes.

It was bad!

Nothing I liked.

The room was so small. Lots of mosquito. There’s a back door that doesn’t look safe. Door knob was rusty. After I saw the room I just left and looked for another place. Told the staff about it and never gave me any refund

The staff are accommodating. The place is near the highway. Rooms are spacious.

The facilities like bed, CR, and doors needs improvement. Needs to improve security so that guests would feel secure.

Proximity from the tourist spots, on-going constructions, TV not working, furniture and appliances full of dust, swarm of black ants in the restroom.

Paid cheap. Got what I paid for. I just didn't expect it was at that level.

The aircon was noiseless. Comfortable beds. Provided toiletries. Affordable cost.

We weren't able to locate it easily. No signage outside and too dark. Staff was not in the mood when we arrived. Yes, I know we were late for our check-in but he's not supposed to look grumpy accommodating us. The CR doorknob is broken. Toilet flush needs to be manually manipulated. Room door and lock needs to be fixed.

Accessible to transportation.

Noise can be heard from vehicles on the roadside, especially during wee hours at night. Renovation/Construction is on going during our stay (noise from construction and dusts are present). Dark entrance at night/ hotel is not visible at night. Flat screen TV is not available for viewing local channels.

Pleasant

The location was nice, it was located along the highway but there was no big sign of reddoorz especially at night time. They have different signage which give us the wrong notion. The name of the hotel wa Citavivere suites and not a small tarpulin as Reddoorz. They should fix their exact location online, we got lost because of it.

The CR door was broken and they just po a curtain in replacement for the door. It's unpleasant for me using a family room. Two thumbs down for me.

The room has no TV. The personnel is so rude and didn't know the right way to accommodate guests. The room is un tidy. WiFi is not working. This is so much to describe for a big disappointment. I will never recommend this hotel and promise not to take such promo if in return we will be the one to suffer. WORST CHECK IN EVER!
